I have always wanted to try Rally’s/Checker’s since seeing one in Florida when I was on vacation but it was a long line back then. I was in the South Bay area after shopping at the near by Best Buy. I pulled up and was greeted by an automated ordering system. It had a bit of trouble taking my order but it finally went thru. This is when an actual person is needed to take orders. I ordered the MVP Meal Deal. I got the Swiss mushroom melt which came with fries, a deep fried apple pie and a drink. You can’t beat that type of deal in this economy. The burger was savory and full of flavor. The seasoned fries top notch and the apple pie was a piece of heaven. Everything came out hot and fresh. Will return to Rally’s especially this location when in the area. I live in the San Fernando Valley and would be delighted if Rally’s had a location in the area.

Was not fast. Was so scrumptious and only$4. Can't wait to do it again. Should have up graded to large for $2. More.
I love this location—it’s truly one of my favorites! Every time I visit, I’m greeted with great energy from the staff, and the food is consistently fresh and delicious. My go-to is the Big Buford combo—the meat is always cooked perfectly, and the veggies are incredibly fresh. And of course, you can never go wrong with Rally's fries—they’re always served warm, crispy, and full of flavor. I’ll definitely be back to try more items on the menu. Keep up the amazing work!

I tried the new brisket sandwich burger. It is amazing! I had a coupon for BOGO brisket melt...I thought to myself that I would eat one with the fries I bought and save the other for later.....Boy, was I delusional. I ate them both in Rally's parking lot🤣🤣 Great job Rally's!!! Keep it on the menu forever!!!

Super good food. I'm a French fry guy and they definitely hit the mark. The BBQ bacon chicken burger was fire crispy bacon and juicy fried chicken. I also tried the new strawberry cheesecake bites were a great addition to the cinnamon apple pie. Overall I loved the meal and the wait time wasn't bad at all. Also, new experience. Did you know that rallys is using an AI to service the drive thru? Pretty professional AI if I say so myself.

Hey everyone today I tried Rally's in Hawthorne CA and I must say well done. Entering the drive-through can be a little confusing however the line moved quickly. My food was fresh and hot. Napkins were in my bag with dipping sauce for my nuggets. The staff was friendly and the portions per price was perfect. I look forward to my next order of fries. So far I have one other restaurant were the fries are killer. "I Tried It"
I love the flavor that rally brings when it's done right. Looks like the servers didn't like me. Overall not bad. Hopefully next time it's better.
This rally is very penny pinching . Charging for sauce is kinda valid but I hate it . But I draw the lines at no refills . I was taken back . You’re telling me I have to buy a brand new drink ? Kinda ridiculous to me if you’re asking
Its true. They will bs you about the app not scanning or my favorite. My scanner/system is not working while the lady is smiling and laughing. Oil is always dirty so the fries stick to the roof of your mouth. Burgers are sloppy/soggy because they just dont care. Dont get me wrong... you get what you pay for, but still..... damn did rallys go down hill...... this location used to be THE spot.... not anymore.... in n out... here I come!
manager charges for whats supposed to be a free refill when you eat outside for the fast food experience. The manager was extremely rude, not understanding and wanted to argue about it. syrup and water doesnt cost much wont ever come back here they are extremely rude and cheap.
I bought the chicken bites with fries. The fries were almost acceptable, but the chicken bites were absolutely terrible. I will never buy them again.
This location I was a lil disappointing The food wasn't to fresh even though I was the only one in line. The area is near a bus stop also we're a lot of homeless people hang. I love rallys I just feel this location has room for improvement.
This place is close to my house. It's a place I wouldn't go to again. because it is the worst place the people who are working there. They are not friendly with customer service and my food was all UGLY, the fries were very cold and hard when I told them I wanted my food well done... How bad, rvery bad, the place I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.!!!
On 6/10/24 at around 12:30am my wife and I ordered through the drive-tru. We ordered 2 fish sandwich and 2 fries. We told them to make everything fresh and to drop the fish so it will be fresh. Got home and went to eat our food while biting into the fish sandwich, it was literally like biting into rubber! The fish look like plastic and it was very cold! Tried calling them but they never answered the phone! So I drove back up there with the food. The manager looked at me when I came up to the window but acted like she didn't see me! I knocked on the window and everyone ignored me! So I knocked harder and the manager look to have an attitude and told the other lady to come to the window. I complained about the food and told them that they were suppose to make everything fresh and it wasn't. They lady just stood there and starred at the bag! She acted like she didn't want to do anything about it. Finally she said that they would make it again. After waiting, the manager came to the with my food to hand to me and I said thank you but she didn't even look at me nor did she smile and say you're welcome or have a good night. She just slammed the window in my face! How are these workers getting paid 20/hr when they have poor customer service skills.
I have been coming here for years because it's near my place of employment. But the customer service has gone downhill. They have signage up with the pricing but will not honor the prices displayed. Showed the manager, and she tried to tell me that the "prices" displayed were not, in fact the prices but the calories. I explained to her that I knew how to read a menu, and that she was wrong. She refused to honor the prices displayed. Food was not fresh even the sauce was old stuck to the container. Will not be returning.
