I had a great experience at this Subway location! The restaurant was clean, ingredients were fresh, and the service was quick. Special thanks to Mohit—he was very polite, professional, and made my sandwich exactly the way I wanted. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

Overall: 8/10 A solid, simple, tuna sub — but not particularly exciting unless you customize boldly. 🐟 Taste • Mild tuna mixed with mayo — creamy and lightly salty. • Not “fishy,” which works for many but might feel bland to others. Bread & Texture • Soft bread • Add veggies (lettuce, onions, cucumbers) for crunch. Parking • Parking is a nightmare — very tight and limited. Good to know if you’re grabbing a quick stop!

I had such a great experience thanks to Annabelle at the Subway on Hawthorn. After leaving the Boundary Rd location disappointed and leaving a 1-star review for the poor service there, I decided to drive out of my way hoping for something better — and Annabelle delivered! She was extremely kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable. I’m very grateful for the amazing service. Un très grand merci à Annabelle!

It was clean and all the toppings looked and tasted fresh. The guy working gave the vibe like he didn't want to be there but he was still professional and answered any questions I had. The cookies I chose as part of my combo were smaller than all the rest and he noticed and gave me one extra without me asking. That's great service! Food made me feel great too!

Nice and not too busy location. My only concern is the cleanliness. Near and around the fountain drink dispenser there are many fruit flies. It needs to be cleaned frequently in order for the flies to go away.

We had subs last night, delivered by Skip...it was really tasty, but both our subs were barely filled inside. My add ons like spinach was barely visible.. I think I had 2 leaves on my 6", as well as 6 shreds of cheese. Shreded lettuce was very sparse as well as the ground up steak. They don't say the meat is shredded. I'll never go there again. I'm upset even more about the fact that this was our only takeout, in 2 weeks... which is all we allow ourselves. Due to affordability. Thanks for nothing. I have photos to share, but this forum is coincidentally unable to send too.

This place is garbage. The subs are destroyed, the staff doesn't take any care whatsoever. Everytime I eat here the sub is ripped in half and everything is falling out. Unbelievable.

Then she hung up on me. When I called back and asked to speak to the manager, another person said she was sorry for what 1st person had said and done. She further said she would call the manager and then call me back. She never called back. I called back and was told that there was nothing to do about it. When I said I was going to post a review about the terrible service, she told me to go ahead and do whatever I like. Nice. People, save your money. Shop elsewhere. They are RUDE. They make terrible, and the WRONG sandwiches, and they just don't care.

Sub with no meat, I ordered 2 for 1 Canadian Club on Uber, I get the subs with no meat or cheese on either one. This is the second time this has happened to me from two locations. Are they forced to offer this deal and then begrudgingly withhold the protein to save costs? Is the protein worth more to you than the bread and veggies for which I am than fully refunded? I guess so, nevertheless Subway is history from now on.
