Hands down top 3 favorite burger joint in its category. Fresh meat, good add-on choices. And they have 2 flavor French fries. I like the Cajon seasoning and add jalapeños to my burger! Nom nom nom

Protein style is available! Double cheese burger wrapped in lettuce with tomatoes, grilled onions, pickles, mushrooms, and bacon. Plus all the endless roasted peanuts you want. I had to eat it with a fork and knife. So delicious!! Will definitely be back for more!!

The GZone's Review of Five Guys on 19621 Hesperian Blvd, Hayward, CA: Excellent service, burgers, beef dogs, fries, and things at this location. My brother and I stopped by for bite. It was pretty busy, but We were greeted right as we walked in. Nice clean and decently organized. The ordering was smooth thanks to the young man taking our orders. As a first timer, he coached me through mine🤣. Orders came out about 12 minutes later, which wasn't bad, given the crowd. Nice, hot and well prepared, and seasoned. Thick beef patties, toasty bun, and plenty of fresh condiments. Fries were decent, a little soft for me but complimented my order. Overall $$'s well spent. For a Five Guys, it was clean and the service was fast. Same food as at any Five Guys. The prices are ridiculous. $24 for a cheeseburger, fries and soda. It's a burger chain that will remain popular for awhile and then disappear as so many other chains have done.

Burger was tasty and fresh. Bun was not fresh or soft. Toppings were ok. Cheese was pretty good. $13.94 for a double bacon cheeseburger? Not again. More emplyees than customers. Too many other options to return here.

5 guys French fries are absolutely delicious! Stopped in for lunch. Nice friendly staff and they were hustling. Food came out quick, hot and tasty. A few outdoor tables, but Noone eating inside. Double patty and bacon burger yum-my!

The hamburger was outstanding. The milkshake was not as thick as I would want. The fries...oh the fries were some of the best I have had. I ordered the large and got almost as much extra in the bag. *** WARNING...if you are allergic to peanuts do not order them as they are cooked in peanut oil. A little pricey $$$ over 21.00 for drink, fries and burger.

I have tried several locations and made the conclusion that their hamburgers are not that great. I always get fries and that's the only thing I call great. Let's talk about the burger: the meat is dry and the bacon has a rancid taste. The condiments and toppings are good and you get all of them included with your burger. Today there was a burnt taste in my burger. Don't know if it was from the patty or the bacon. My biggest complaint of the chain is the bread. The chefs do not warm the buns. You get them cold, wrinkled and flat. It doesn't make the experience good and I hate my burgers cold. A couple of months ago I tried their hot dog in the Foster City location. Again their bun was cold and I hated it. Therefore you should avoid the hot dog at all costs. If I had known it would be like that then I would have gone to Costco to get a good hot dog for just $1.50 and a soft drink is included. Anyway, that's the food experience. Oh, I forgot to praise Five Guys for giving us free peanuts. I loved them. A typical Five Guys environment is noisy. They blast the music in most locations. If you don't mind that then that is your kinda place. The restaurant can be messy and unkept. A big reason is peanut shells are all over the place. Guys if you are looking for a men's restroom in this location, there is none. There's a ladies and a mixed gender bathroom. That means guys are out if luck if both bathrooms are occupied by ladies. I guess I am going back to In N Out Burgers.

Come to five guys if you want to spend top dollar for a sloppy cheeseburger not to mention expensive paid $20 for a combo. Staff was super friendly though.

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger that did not have bacon on it. The wrapping appears to have some kind of grease on half of it but no bacon. The fries were not edible since they were way overly seasoned. I will be speaking with a manager as soon as they open tomorrow.
