Peet's Cafe offers some of the finest coffee around, but my recent visit was marred by the unfortunate presence of disrespectful anti-maskers. Despite posted local orders and requests from the counter staff, they imposed themselves on the place, disrupting the welcoming atmosphere. I hope Peet's takes steps to ensure all patrons respect safety measures, allowing everyone to enjoy their coffee in peace.

Customer service is friendly. Food and coffee is better than Starbucks. This Peet's has plenty of indoor seating. I got the large Holiday Spice Latte, Crispy Ham & Swiss sandwich, and the Berry Cream Scone. It was really tasty.

The staff was nice. I was greeted by 3 different people and checked on by people working on other things. :-) I asked for a straw, but remembered I brought my own. They did have them available upon request.

I am Uber and Lyft Driver and I always go for Breakfast to Starbucks or Peet's coffee whichever comes in my way first so today I am here and there is a 1 Dollar off for this week on ' Cheddar Egg Sandwich ' I liked this and in the meanwhile, I placed an order for another sandwich as it is fresh and well cooked and enjoyed by sitting in the crowded lovely environment in the Peet's Dining Hall. My favorite coffee company. I have visited here a couple of times and order a lot of times from here through DoorDash always wanted to give you a review but never could possibly. This is my favorite coffee company. It’s underrated one, that’s what I believe. I love their coffee taste and even the prices I find reasonable, more or less it’s the same like Starbucks but a good one. I always get myself a Chai Latte from this place but with cardamom. I even got myself a chocolate croissant, everything was fresh and the customer experience too fairly good.

I have found this location's cold brew to be consistently good. Today, both Anthony and Tiana were busting their behinds while managing the morning rush. I appreciate their hustle and how they were able to maintain a positive vibe! There were other awesome people working but I haven't met them yet. I'll definitely return 😊

The staff was awesome and their Mocha with whipped cream.. delicious! The restrooms however were a sight for sore eyes (poorly maintained)

Sad thing. Look like they hire a new witness who doesn’t know how to respect others. I pretty like the place, but I have to find another coffe shop then.

I like Peets but service was not the best today. Ordered a simple order (latte and choc crossant) and it too 30 min to get my drink. I asked if they forgot about 20 min in and someone behind the counter said yes, it's still coming but they are backed up. 10 min later, I asked again and they did not have any order for me. They promptly made it and apologized.

I'm someone who likes this brand of coffee. But this morning around 10. The woman who was a cashier. had a bad day and her attitude was very rude. that she did not forget that she chose her work and is offering a service of poor quality.

I already said when ordering "for here use a glass mug" I waited for quite a long time about 15 minutes there was no glass mug at the pick-up point it turned out that my coffee had been made about 10 minutes ago but using a glass cup, and yeah my coffee was already cold and when I complained about the glass mug request, the barista said I don't know hahahaa the first time disappointed with peets coffee

Unfortunately, my last experience at this café was disappointing and changed my opinion about a place I used to consider one of my favorites. When I tried to pay in cash with a $50 bill, I was surprised that they refused my payment without offering any explanation or alternative. Since I didn’t have smaller bills or my card on me at the time, there was no willingness from the staff to help, which was disappointing, especially from a brand I usually prefer. Additionally, the attitude of the person who served me was completely indifferent, showing no friendliness or even an apology. The response was simply, “We don’t accept $50 bills,” with no options or flexibility, and they quickly moved on to the next person in line. This experience makes me question the lack of training and how good customer service can make a big difference. It may not be a big deal to some, but to me, service is essential, and this kind of treatment makes me think twice about coming back.
