My favorite sandwich spot, great sandwich full of meat unlike subway. My 2 favorites are the triple dip and the hot pastrami!!

The online ordering menu and pickup options saves time. I am happy there is a gluten free wrap.

I always have a great experience at TOGOs, but the service at this location was exceptional! Emerald greeted me at the door and really made me feel welcomed, in addition to making a fantastic sandwich. I'll definitely be back

I didn't get the young gentlemens name. He hand made these sandwiches and took his time, giving a real homestyle feel, he made our sandwiches look so good, and they tasted even better!! My father in law who is disabled, ate his whole sandwich, very rare. THANK YOU, the food made me feel good. So good, i had to write this review.

When I go to a fast food place, I don't expect amazing and professionalism. This was a big exception. The owner was the ideal worker: professional, courteous, hard worker, friendly, and family oriented. On top of that, the food was great. I was surprised how large the sandwich was in terms of girth.

Tasty sandwiches, clean atmosphere, and great service! I haven’t been to Togo’s in awhile but Viviana S. reminded me why I used to come so often! She was the sweetest! Thank you:)

I received absolutely stellar service from Caleb when ordering my sandwiches tonight. He was extremely thoughtful, knowledgeable, fast, and overall a great person to meet. Highly recommend.

Stopped in with a friend for lunch. Greeted as soon as we entered. Took our order & asked about everything before adding....great customer service. I had problem with Freestyle beverage machine. Manager went above & beyond to take care of me.....gave me bottle drink so I could sit & eat. Very pleasant experience.

Ordered a roast beef and Turkey sandwich online and they forgot the part of the roast beef meat. I called and told them and they said it was sitting in the auju and to come get it. I thought I was coming to get a remade sandwich. Nope it was a plastic bag with the roast beef in it. The meat was dry and tough and actually made the sandwich worse. I spent nearly $17 for a sandwich that was dry even tho I ordered different sauces on it and just horrible. Definitely wish I hadn't wasted my money but was hoping for something different and good while moving that wasnt fast food. Update: I went back today, a week later customer service was great sandwich much better. I did get a different one from last time. Soda machine was giving them trouble but they were really great in helping me get soda that didn't take like bubble water!

It's consistently fresh and definitely delicious. I usually get the same thing, every time. I get the #24 Turkey and Avocado, the regular size. But my friend was paying and forced the staff to make me a large sandwich. It was gigantic! It was legitimately so big, that it was 3 meals worth of food. So much! I definitely recommend Togo's for delicious sandwiches, as they are consistent and deliciously fresh. You can't go wrong. 5 out of 5.

Coming back up in the sandwich game, Togos has been on a rollercoaster ride the last several years. This was a good experience, when they have it together I love there sandwiches!

Oh yeah!! Throw your "Subw..." sandwiches in the garbage. This place give you more meat than bread and lettuce. Always good value and tasty!! Excellent service!!

Excellent food as always! I guess they are going thru renovations so things are packed in a corner. Staff is doing their best but they need more help though.

Good food , wish they had other bread options buts its due to Covid 19. The staff was awesome.

too expensive for food that does not satisfy my expectations from my past recollection of enjoying its overall food. Portions where small, I had to literally go back into store and request that my broccoli and cheddar be filled to the rim and not just half-way.(for what I paid, it should have not tasted like blended up, cold soup. salad was tasty. overall, too expensive for overall poor-quality food.

Nice employees, but they are too slow. It took them over 30 minutes to have two sandwich made with only one other costumer present. It's clean and roomy.

Togo's has great sandwiches of course. But they're customer service is lacking. Parking is horrendous as well.

Great sourdough, try your sandwich toasted! It's most cost effective to do the daily deal. Saturday's are turkey and cheddar, my go-to.

It was ok. The sandwich was good and fulfilling. It took a long time for someone to help me. I felt rush by the cashier. Like my order was not even done and she wanted to ring me up. Too expensive. I got a meal and I was shocked to see how much it cost.

But, the sandwiches they make are inconsistent. 1 out of every 3 or 4 sandwiches I order there often come somewhat burnt. It's not inedible, but it's something that I wouldn't eat if I had a choice. Once I was gone and opened my sandwiches neither of them were labeled. After opening them it made sense why, the worker had made the exact same sandwich twice when it was actually different sandwiches. To top it off the sandwiches were both cold when it was requested they be warmed up. ***Updated: Luckily I received a follow up the next day and a full refund was issued for the inconvenience. ***Updated 2/7: This location turns off the oven 40 minutes prior till closing so you can not get a warm sandwich after that time.

Curbside was great. The food was nasty dry not enough cranberry on the sandwich that even requested extra and it was just the worst. The way they make their sandwiches is very poor I wouldn't recommend this location to anybody for a Togo's. Togo's sandwiches need to be beefed up we're in a pandemic people are doing curbside and pick up Uber eats etc step it up guys step it up.

The experience I received from the night staff on 6-10-2020 was the worst experience ever. 30 minutes before closing, ordered a pick for 2 my soup was cold, burned my sandwich. I was over charged and never refunded correctly , employee gave me an order receipt not a refund receipt. My money was taken out of my account. I’m still expecting a refund.

Horrible service in front of good Togo’s recipes. Ordered on-line and when arriving 15 minutes later they had not seen the order; front screen not working. I had already paid, including a tip on-line so said I would be right back and did another errand through farmer’s Market traffic, came back through farmer’s market traffic. Went in and totally surprised them. They didn’t have my order even started. Said they didn’t hear me so I guess they assumed I didn’t want the sandwiches I paid for. Not the first time the service has been marginal, (by that I mean bad), but I am a slow learner. Please learn from my experience.

This Togo's location is the filthiest that I've ever been to, since visiting hundreds of other stores . It was so bad then I almost walked out without placing my order . The kitchen floor is disgusting . There is a mop that was not in a bucket, just spread across the kitchen floor, and it was very noticeable, where that's the first thing you noticed when are you looking across the counter and into the kitchen.. This Togo's should be inspected for Health violations . When you walk in there's packages and food scraps left on the tables, and when you get to the area to order, the prep station is very unkempt, and disorganized. However, to my surprise, the sandwich that I ordered was quite good.

Rude management, ordered catering for about $200 and asked for a ranch sauce and they told me you should pay extra money to have even one sauce as well as the rude management.

We ordered 5 sandwiches and received 3 . I had to go back and get the other 2 we paid for . All had old hard bread . it took 25 min to make and we were first in line . The employees were not on top of their job . The new girl made 3 of the sandwiches .Had bad service today . Bummer . I won t be going back to that store .

I've tried eating here on three occasions and every time I get sick. Not sick enough to need medical attention but sick enough where you throw up and deal with diarrhea for a few days.

Customer service is garbage, the guy with dreads refused service, that's no way to operate a business. I'll stick with the UC location . Management should look at this kids attitude.

This place sucks! I hate to give bad reviews and I’m sorry that these people may need their job but beware. It’s hit or miss and I keep getting missed. Not what it once was… bye bye Togos

Last time I was there she even coughed near my sandwich. 0 stars the one off A street and Hesperian wayyyyy much better! That one such much more professionalism friendliness I rather travel way across town for better service.

I worked 12 hours at Tesla. I'm not from Hayward. Was out running errands decided to eat at Togo's! Terrible experience. The person was rude, unprofessional, and short with me. Started my order online after walking from across the street. Just shocked at the unprofessionalism. Absolutely no reason to choose to be rude because customers order online. Went to El Pollo Loco across the street instead and had a great experience and great food! I have a business in Downtown Clovis California. So My family eat at the local Togo's frequently. So was extremely disappointed in the Togo's in Hayward.

I had went to eat yesterday with my girlfriend as we are sitting down eating an employee starts yelling at some young women walking by. The employee was extremely loud. I have been to this location before and been helped by a older woman very polite and friendly which is why I came back I have had prior interactions with the manager which isn’t always polite but the employee yesterday was completely rude.
