First Time ordering online I signed up for Popeyes app account place my first order 10 pcs chicken classic 2 sides plus 1 free side. When I got home to my surprise they had packed or given me spicy chicken not classic like I order oblisly I didn't go back because I had already served it to the family on plates I personally can't have spicy food everyone was ok eating spicy chicken but the point was that they didn't give me what I order and paid for. So everyone eating chicken and me only eating side dish orders

So we ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, but was parked because the cook is on break and the lady taken our order said she would have to cook them.... The other guy there i guess could not put 2 chickens in some hot oil for 6 mins... smh it was a mobile order .9:50 2-28. 2901 Florida Ave, Hemet Ca.CA.

This is the third time I have com to this Popeyes chicken. They serve burnt chicken and old chicken that has no crust on it! CHECK YOUR BOX OF CHICKEN BEFORE YOU LEAVE! They serve a bad product!

Walked in to order and no line waited close to 15 minutes until I got one of the employees attention to place order. During the transaction another employee interveind and they both walked off to the back of the store, left me standing there and she never came back and line is behind is beginning to get larger. I just folded up my wallet and left. This is the first time I have ever experienced something like this in my life.

While next door, In-N-Out deals with a line of cars down the street and turns over the orders in a professional and quick manner, Popeye's struggles to complete two drive thru orders in over 20 minutes. After waiting more than 5 minutes at the speaker, the employee taking my order couldn't have been more curt & unpleasant. Meanwhile, I'm 'parked' in their drive thru & listening to the personable & efficient In-N-Out employee greet his customers & make them happy they waited 20 minutes in line to place their order. Terrible customer service!

The food was incredible, I ordered the 3 PC chicken tenders combo, no issue there! What I absolutely disliked was the AI drive thru service. It was very difficult to order my food since the AI kept on saying "coupon not valid" (I was using a coupon), so I eventually gave up and went to the window to speak to an actual human. Amazing food, but I recommend switching back to human interaction :)

First let me start with the fact that all reviews are getting standard computer responses and highly doubt that corporate or any one is looking into why this particular location is getting so many bad reviews and complaints. So its useless for the auto response. Secondly this is the 3rd time I go to this location and its always the same horrible and lack of customer service and the wait time for orders is insane considering they one noone else neither inside the restaurant or drive thru. I've spent about the same next door at in n out with much better customer service and better food. Thirdly the food is bad dry mac and cheese, mashed potatoes with no gravy, and rice worst of all taste like burnt plastic wrapped in foil. The biscuits taste raw which probably were. Last time I will be giving this place a try because even trying to go back and getting a refund or anything to make the experience better its just worse and not worth the time and hassle. Too much money wasted on food that doesn't taste good, takes longer than eating in at olive garden, and worse customer service than trying to get thru to the police department. If I could give zero stars I without a doubt not give any.

What a disappointment of a business. We've gotten orders from here before and the mess ups every single time had us not going back well after quite literally 2 years. I can say it has only gotten worse. It should not be that every single time you order they can't get it right. Honestly the staff doesn't deserve the pay if they can't even read the ticket. Clear it out and start over because it's ridiculous, and a pit for your money.

The lack of customer service is unbelievable. Having people stand by the counter for 5 minutes while multiple employees walk by without acknowledging you is crazy. I will never return to this location.would be ashamed if I was the owner

This establishment is highly unprofessional. Food is sub par and stale. I just ordered the family meal through the drive thru and here I am at home with the wrong order. I dont know how they could have messed this up when I was literally the only person in line. How sad. PS. I really don't leave negative reviews, but I couldn't get a hold of the restaurant. I called several times during the last hour.

We walked in and were told to use the order machines. Got thru the order and it said "something is wrong try against n or use cashier. The cashier said you prob ordered an item we dont make - which was a wrap. Info not given on the order kiosk. Changed the order and got same results. Then she agreed to take our order at her station. We got to the drinks and asked for coke zero (which was on the drink page of the kiosk. So we agreed to get diet coke. The drink machine had no ice so we had to ask for some from the drive-thru machine. Went back to the drink machine and the drink had no carbonation. Back to the counter and she said yeah its been like that for months. Food was great but i am never going back to this store.

We ordered food when we were halfway to our home, a burger was missing. This wasn't the first time it happened since the last time we ordered a box of fries and it didn't come either. It isn't fair that we are wasting our money on something you won't even give us.

I deliver food and EVERY single time I pick up from here I have to wait, I am ignored, and given horrible customer service. There was literally no one in the drive through. I walk in no one is up front. I stand there for several minutes before I have to call out, then a manager that was standing behind the wall that clearly hears me yelled for her employee to come talk to me. Then the employee tells me her manager is working on the order when I see the ticket still on the machine, I had already looked at the time on the ticket and it had been sitting there for 6 minutes. She then starts to work on the order. The food just sitting in the window dying. When you hire such poor management this is what you get over and over again. It wasn't even my food and I just felt bad for the quality they got. Do better.

Service is poor and slow. There was 3 cars in front of me, it took Popeyes employees roughly 10-15 minutes to serve each car in front of me. I ordered my food through the drive through. Once arriving at the pick up window, I overheard staff complaining about being at work and that they were ready to leave as other staff members laughed. The staff were not polite. When I opened my bag I noticed more than half of my fries were sitting at the bottom of the bag. My sandwich was cold and sloppily put together. The Hemet Popeyes should be avoided unless you are fine with restaurant workers treating "you" like a burden.

When I pulled into the drive through there was a total of 6 cars in front of me. It took more than 40 minutes to get my food. They did not have enough Mac & cheese to complete my order so I cancelled a large M&C because I was not paying $6.99 for frys. I just got home to discover my 5 piece 2 can dine meal is 4 wings and 1 thigh. I have put up with slow service and order mistakes in the past because I really like the food but this is the last straw. I will never go there again.

The absolute worst popeyes ive ever been to. ordered delivery and HALF of my order was missing completely. Then the mashed potato’s they did give me barly filled the bottom for the container. How can you run a business like this? First and last time i’ll ever order from this location and i suggest you don’t waste your time here. absolutely terrible.
