Had the fried walleye! Mmm. Can hardly wait to order it again.
Looking to schedule Easter Bruch this year (2025) but it is almost getting to be cost prohibitive, unfortunately. $67.00 even with a non- acholic drink, tax, and SC is really getting up there. They have really increased the price over the last few years since we started coming here for the Easter and / or Mother's day bruches. Again, love everything about this place but they are really driving up the regular menu and brunch prices. I really hope that the decisions makers/management might re-evaluate the price points, otherwise, I think they might start seeing a decrease in patrons. Easter brunch (2024)was fantastic!! Buffet selection, service, organization, and cleanliness were all on point! All staff did an excellent job! Thank you for making it such a pleasant experience!
Good drinks and food (salmon). Service was top notch. Jim Pagel was playing good dining music.
Today is my wife's, and believe it or not my birthday. We usually go out for dinner every year but that isn't possible this year. A big thank you to the staff for two awesome steak dinners so we could still celebrate we a great meal. Also, your process for curbside pickup was very well executed. Again, thank you!!
Very nice atmosphere. Wait staff was very friendly. Went for a business meeting at 3:30 pm, not needing any meals or drinks. Only ordered a lemonade and staff was not pushy about the fact that we were not ordering anything else. By nearly 5:00 pm I ordered an appetizer to go to make the waitress feel like her time wasn't wasted. Southwest egg rolls. They were a little small for $8, 2 egg rolls cut in half, but they tasted fantastic and the sauce was awesome. Best thing was the staff, very professional!
Kathleen's restaurant at Apple Mountain is a very relaxing, welcoming place to to have dinner. We had chicken stir fry - it was made with organic chicken and balsamic rice. Our waitress Pam was very friendly and attentive to our needs. This was our second visit to this restaurant and we'll definitely be back again!
I had honey salmon, delicious. My husband had fish and chips. good. dinner was accompanied by the jazz trio. wonderfule
This is a great choice for a fine dining experience. The dishes are well prepared and a good portion. There is a good selection of wine, beer and cocktails. Service was prompt and checked in at a good frequency for refreshing drinks and ensure nothing else was needed. It is also a nice venue, situated on a golf course, with good scenery.
Food wasn't great. The fresh fruit had an aftertaste of onions. The sandwich i had was dry. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating.
Kind of a let down. The device was fine, but for our 45th anniversary we were not expecting to be served in takeout plastic and in a takeout bag. We were advised at time of ordering, but didn't really want to leave. Food was good.
Smells like a funeral parlor. Front staff was unenthusiastic. Servers were pleasant. Food was subpar. I ordered the Arugula salad which was to be tossed in olive oil.. It arrived dry. Asked for olive oil and I was brought a homemade dressing of lemon juice, Parmesan, and pine nuts. Not bad but NOT olive oil lol.
Most of our party's meals were a disappointment. Food was overcooked and/or bland. Service was fair but not good. My wife was served an allergin after being assured by the waitress it was free of her allergin. She did not bother to check first or check back. My wife chose to not eat it but was charged anyway. A call to the manager revealed he had not been told and he took the item off the bill after the fact the following day. Sorry but that is too little too late, he should have comped both meals or invited us back. We try back every two or three years but are always disappointed. Another in our group suggested it but she was disappointed this time as well. There are so many better choices around and most are cheaper and have better service.
We visited this restaurant today, in December, and were quite surprised to see a fly at this time of year. The fly landed on each of our dishes at least once, which made the meal uncomfortable. Our waitress didn’t check on our table for long periods, so we eventually had to go find her ourselves to order dessert. Her nails were quite long, which made us a bit uneasy when she served the food. We ordered the kids’ mac and cheese, and the waitress told us it was Kraft. Even though our child also ate some of the appetizer, the portion was still too small and he said he was still hungry. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations.
