The employee at the counter yesterday was very friendly, and the sandwiches were delicious. A great lunch stop before our long drive home.
This was the Subway inside Walmart. It's refreshing to walk into an establishment and see people actually working hard without supervision. Romeo and Sebastian were doing just that! These two young people deserve a raise at the very least.
April 1st approximately 4-4:30 pm whoever the young lady and gentleman were working there deserve the absolute utmost appreciation and my hope is that they will be recognized for their amazing customer service! I have had a terrible experience in the past where I placed a big order and the location marked it as ready and never called me to tell me they were out of items instead they just didn't do the order at all and then they didn't refund me correctly either ( Walmart location). I was so upset because I waited hours why it showed them on the app making it then they marked it ready and it wasn't which really rubbed me the wrong way But.... THIS LOCATION BY SAFEWAY DID THE EXACT OPPOSITE! they called to inform me what items they were out of and what substitutes they had to offer she was so kind and friendly and they even wrote which sandwich was which on my wrappers!! Talk about freaking customer service talk about going above and beyond. I'm so impressed with the female employee who called me and the gentleman who was there when I arrived! Thank you for your customer service 🙏
I gave the 5 stars to the guy working right now . NOT the store "well the owners/management"! He was out of close to half the stuff to make sandwiches. Steak, pastrami etc.. out. He was extremely gracious and nice etc. So he gets 5 stars the store for leaving an employee in the position of not having a lot of regular items gets 2 stars because of the guy.
While I'm disappointed the footlong pretzel has been selling out so dang quickly, I was still able to get my lunch there and out. Ordered the same thing as usual and it remained the same taste as I remembered. I would go there again someday.
The sandwiches are good most of the time. Staff fluctuated quite a bit, have had excellent customer service one day and terrible the next. Busy during peak hours, but otherwise it is pretty quick.
on the website it says closes at nine. On their front door, it says they close at nine. For heaven sakes i pulled up at 8:15 and your OPEN sign was on??? But here i am standing outside of a looked door with an empty stomach with an employee running to tell me there only open till 8!!!! I’m not mad at the workers i just wanted a scrumptious sandwich, which i always get at this location. had to have taco bell instead and workers was weird when i knew the workers at subway would be more then nice. Sincerely- a very hungry disappointed girl 🥺
Poorly run location, hardly ever are ready for rushes and because management is almost never there they have shift leads that aren't really managers so they don't actually do what a manager should do, food is good ofc but everything else leaves a lot to be desired.
Bread was flat in the middle, soda was flat(no carbonation), and they were out of bacon and sweet onion sauce for the sandwiches we had hoped to order.
Twice now I have had mayonaise added to my sandwich. I am allergic to mayonaise. I can not make it back to the shop today, so I ended up throwing it away like my last sandwich. Sad, that is two strikes. I am through. B
The employee making our sub seemed to either have a severe cold or some sort of persistent nasal drip and dilated pupils. Super nice but spoke super fast and moved faster than a speeding bullet.
I made a mobile order around 5. It is currently 5:48 and my order is still not complete. There is only one employee making food right now in the time I have been waiting I've seen another employee outside taKing pictures of the store hours and in her car not supporting her co worker or the customers.
When there is a line and Hispanic kid is standing there not helping with 4 people in line and an online order being prepped before us. By the way great job! This happened January 3, 2024@ 2:05 Hispanic guy said, “ Someone called in” so what help out don’t just stand there on your phone and turn on music doing nothing and make older guy make sandwiches and ring people up. I would fire that kid poor customer service 🤬😡
This location HATES customers! HORRIBLE SERVICE. I'll NEVER return! Absolute horrible customer ratings. More 1 star reviews than any other. THIS OWNER HAS NO PRIDE. Subway inside Walmart is a much better choice!
My experience dining in this establishment was utterly appalling, to say the least. While I must commend the employees, Sabian, Mathew, and Kaden, for their exceptional kindness and assistance throughout my visit, I cannot overlook the deplorable state of the food offered. At first glance, all the items appeared to be nothing short of spoiled and potentially hazardous. The sandwich I ordered only confirmed my worst suspicions. The vegetables were leathery and emitted an unmistakable stench as if they had been left to rot in the scorching summer heat for an excessive period. The meat was equally dreadful, emitting a repulsive odor rendering it completely inedible. I have never been so utterly appalled. My grievances extend far beyond the kitchen staff, as I firmly believe that the responsibility ultimately lies with the manager and assistant manager. Their negligence in allowing such substandard ingredients to be served to customers is unforgivable. I shudder to think of the dire consequences had I consumed that sandwich; it is highly likely I would have fallen victim to food poisoning or worse. I feel compelled to emphasize that the employees were not to blame. On the contrary, they conscientiously warned me about the deplorable condition of the ingredients, explaining that the freezer storing them had been malfunctioning for a considerable time. It is my earnest hope that this review serves as a grave warning to potential patrons, shedding light on the shocking display of indifference demonstrated by the regional manager, the store manager, and the assistant manager. Their actions, or lack thereof, warrant severe repercussions, and I sincerely hope they face termination or, at the very least, demotion from their positions. The safety and well-being of customers should never be compromised, and the management's failure in upholding these standards is inexcusable.
Bathroom is filthy and cleaning log is blank. Trash cans in dining room are literally overflowing, could not even get a napkin in.. Covers for meats and condiments scattered all over each other. Probably cross contaminating chicken, beef, tuna, vegetables. SHOCKING!
Very unpleasant dining experience. Employee had to ask me two or three times each item I wanted for my sandwich, inexplicably. Burned bread, staff was out of lettuce and napkins, filthy restrooms. Yuk.
I never do reviews but this place had the worst customer service, our server was Tanner and he was talking to his coworker for 10 minutes before he even said hi and was just so rude the whole time. Go to the Walmart one instead, the girl there is nice.
It took a half hour to order our food. Only 1 person in front of us and she left after us with just 3 sandwiches. I had to ask if they could clean some tables so we could sit to eat. Sandwiches were average for subway but the time it took and lack of cleanliness were both very low.
Was going home from a long drive and they mixed up my sandwhich order, i said spicy italian about 5 times and they gave me black forest ham. I used subway rewards points i pain stakingly earned to get the sandwhich so i give this location zero stars(or one if the website im writing the review on wont allow zero) if i can for completely botching up my order.
