Came into replace my Mac and cheese, Jessica G at the window was soooo sweet and even gave me a pastry and side for the inconvenience!. She is always sooo welcoming and accommodating. I always have the best experience with her, Definitely a staple to this location. Panera Bread, please take care of her, she is the beeeeest!!🥰🤗

My experience with picking up lunch was great. Sydney was my cashier. She was very kind. My salad was delicious, the fruit was sweet, and the dressing was amazing. I will return in the near future.

I always enjoy Panera. I'm not a big fan of the kiosks. The kiosks are situated as soon as you come in the door, and then there's a long short counter like a coffee shop, so I didn't even realize that they had normal cash registers. The bathroom is code entry, only 2 stalls. It was clean, and they had a changing table for babies by the sink. There's plenty of searing inside and out, with the patio seating.

I would especially like to thank the young baker girl who always greets me with a smile and helps me with my Sip Club drinks whenever I come in most mornings, she always asks about my day and stops what she is doing to make sure I am taken care of if there is no one else around to do so. Managers are very helpful and professional. Very convenient location right across from Victory Valley College.

never been to a panera bread so today was my first time . nice young guy took our orders and he was very patient and understanding ! i didn’t catch his name but it was today 2/13/26 at around 1900 . the food was amazing ! we loved it so much and it was all fresh and warm .

Signed up for the sip club, I truly love it. I order online and zip thru the line in rapid pickup. They are so nice and give my doggies ice water with no argument. I go as much as possible.

One of the newest locations here in the high desert, this Panera is located on the southbound side of Bear Valley in Hesperia, just West of the Jess Ranch Marketplace. This review is mainly for the drinks. We've tried their coffees, lemonade and fountain drinks as part of their "Sip Club". For a yearly or monthly fee you get iced & hot coffees, fountain drinks, etc unlimited every two hours. This was a great value considering we got it for free as being part of the first 100 customers to visit. But considering some people spend 3-4 dollars a day on coffee at other coffee shops, this club can actually be well worth it for those who have this routine. The strawberry mint lemonade and coffees were good. Also by being a member you get regular promotions for half off pastries and other menu items. We haven't tried the food yet, but from what I hear, it is mainly pre-packaged foods that are not freshly prepared. For the yearly membership the sip club would be something you should look into.

The side was missing , half of one bagel and I requested all bagels cut, but only one bag was. I realize that this was opening day and there was a substantial wait because of the amount of customers, so ext to have a perfect visit next time. I spoke to the manager about the missing side. So I hope that will be addressed with the team. Otherwise I am very happy there’s a Panera close to me now. Looking forward to next visit 👍

I have been going weekly since they opened, this is the third time I got Citrus Asian Salad, it is probably the best salad on the menu. But each time I have only gotten about 3-4 very very small pieces of chicken on the salad. Every time is a drive-thru pick up so I don’t notice until I get home. Today I went inside the cafe to eat, ordered the same salad and there were maybe 3 small crumbles of chicken pieces. For $14 I expect a little better. If it wasn’t so busy I probably would have asked for more, but felt bad. I would start checking protein portions.

The food is typical panera bread food. It’s no secret that is overpriced for the quality and serving size. Some items are decent though (I like the broccoli cheddar bowl, cookies, Italian sandwich). However, the service lacks in this location. It’s easy to order on the touch screens, but when your name is called to pick up your food, the atmosphere of the place changes. The ladies handing out the food always seem to be rushed, frustrated, and just simply pissed off at the world. It feels like I am grabbing my lunch from the school cafeteria and I am about to get in trouble. The worst part, it is not even that busy. I’ve been to busy Panera Breads and this is not one of them. The drive thru is a hit and miss. Sometimes slower than others and like other posters said; they do tend to run out of some items quite often. I have been to this location maybe six times since it opened and I encountered at least one of these experiences every time. There is room to improve.

Not a good Panera!! Keep going back to see if it will be different. Warm soups, not hot!! Avocado toast a disappointment for the price. Coffee tastes old or machine is dirty. Cookies are not fresh! Only thing my kids and I liked was the Italian sandwich. Not a good store. Stay away if you can!!

After going to the Panera at Dunia Plaza, I was relieved that this new location would be a lot closer.. I also anticipated the speed of service would be better at this new location, but boy was I wrong. The employees at Dunia Plaza are never able to find mobile order., They asked for my name about 2-4 times before saying “oh okay I found your order” It’s pretty frustrating that you have to give them your name over and over and they also even ask WHAT you ordered..(which mind u it’s always JUST drinks from sip club) In short, the same slow and depressing service is now happening at the new location and it hasn’t even been a week. I’m not a fan of the rapid pick up drive thru either because how is it “rapid” if they’re taking their sweet time to push out orders for the cars ahead. Rapid pickup means you’re in and you’re out. They need to adapt Chick Fil A method where mobile orders get pushed out by a specific person. They should start parking the large drive thru orders to move the cars w smaller orders through quicker. Anyway, I’m not coming back to this location. It sucks.

My name is Michael Adolphson I have a disability and I have a electric scooter for my disability for me to get around I bought something from your place of business earlier and I'm on probation and I went back later the same day because I needed to charge my scooter because I didn't have any help from anybody I'm not from the hi desert and I don't know anybody I just lost my marriage 3 years ago and my ex wife just passed away in her sleep June 9th 2025 just recently but we separated in 2022 so I was not causing any problems and by law I'm part of the American disability act laws I have the right to take my electric scooter into any facility and the facility has to accommodate me for what I need I'm struggling just to survive and the only thing I depend on right now is my electric scooter to get back and forth to probation and the only place I felt safe was the Panera bread facility and one of your coworkers said I couldn't have it charging and was very rude I already had almost the same incident a week ago at the rocky gas station down the street off of I and Bear valley and I spoke with the manager after I left a message and she knows about the Ada American disability act laws she's seen my message she was very nice to me she asked me if I had an issue with an employee and I told her yes so she addressed it to that employee I know I have no issues bringing my scooter into the facility of that rocket gas station or any other place it is a law and that's the only thing I have to charge my scooter to get around places to the things that I need to accommodate me and my disability and for probation and there's any issues or questions you have you can speak with my probation officer

The service was wonderful The atmosphere was very nice. But the food was terrible! I ask for a egg avocado spinach sandwich which is on to me it had tomatoes on it. And I'm thinking this is not my sandwich I didn't order anything with tomatoes on it I take it back I tell him what's wrong with it they said the avocado is on the bottom she brought that plate back to me. I told her I cannot eat tomatoes this is not the sandwich I ordered she took it back in the back again they proceeded to take the tomatoes off the sandwich send the same sandwich back to me. The sandwich now is cold the egg is cold as ice!! So working in food service what I would have done was made the sandwich completely over again, without the tomatoes so it will come out to the customer hot and fresh! Oh and this is not the first time this has happened to me with this sandwich the first time they said they ran out of avocado and made the sandwich and send it out. Other words they make a sandwich that they want you to have! I will not go back to panera Bread.

**Update** To be fair, I spoke with the manager and she is making everything good. Great Customer service, though I am still not happy with the food.** I have been to the new Panera location 4x since it opened several months ago. The first time we waited 25 minutes in the drive through, we would have left, but there was a car behind us and one in front of us. I thought ok, maybe still getting use to everything because it's new. Next time we went inside. I was surprised to see that the decor was very cold and uninviting. Small and looked like a hospital cafeteria. Uncomfortable. Waited 30 minutes for our order. The third time I ordered online, to pick up in the drive through. This time a 20 minute wait. Again only one car in front of me, two cars behind me, otherwise I would have walked in to pickup my order. Today was the worse experience. I was the only car. I ordered in the drive through, I had a question about a product and the employee had to look it up. Ok, maybe the employee was new. After 20 minutes I got my order. Soup was cold, but the sandwiches were horrible! One was a green godess caprese (vegetarian), it literally was missing the dressing, cheese and tomato. It had a handful of lettuce, that's it!! The other sandwich was a pepperoni mozzarella melt. I ordered a half sandwich. The half had 4 pieces of pepperoni, no cheese and a sprinkle of marinara sauce. WAY overpriced, and the food has been progressively worse each visit. We won't be going back again. Shame on you Panera, this particular store does not meet any of your standards. Complete waste of time and money.

Came to the rapid drive thru yesterday for a drink. It was a simple order because I have a sip club membership. The girl handed me my drink and right as I was about to say thank you the drive thru window closed on me and all the girls about 3 or 4 of them started laughing uncontrollably at the girls disrespect towards a customer (me). Were they being this way because I ordered one drink and didn't leave a tip on the app for one drink? Hmm idk but it was very unprofessional. The funny part was I was going to give her a cash tip but after she treated me that way I felt she was undeserving of my hard earned money. There is no need to make people feel like absolute garbage for ordering something as simple as a drink. Maybe don't work at an establishment that offers a drink club or maybe don't work at all if your attitudes aren't mature enough to do your job. Your customers are your paycheck so I would recommend having a better attitude while working during your shift.

Both times he clearly sees the car, I have a rapid pick up order that's ready...and still no greeting for a couple of minutes. Now when you pay over $3 for extra steak and cheese...a half sandwich for $8. No extra steak or cheese. That pisses me off. I didn't complain the first time, but now it's necessary. When I called to get it corrected, Efeldia is who I spoke to. She decided to break down measurements of what is on the sandwich over the phone...but even crazier she somehow knew that my sandwich had 3 oz of steak on it "which is more then what should be on there". There is absolutely no way there is 3 times the steak on this half sandwich. Why are businesses like this now. And why can you not find good customer service anymore. I've been a manager in the food industry for a long time...I know portions and I definitely know when a customer takes the time to let you know you messed up, more then once at that, you don't debate with them about it. You simply need to make them leave happy. I'm most definitely do not feel comfortable letting you touch my food now after your debating this with me. Do better! And definitely consider some customer service training...it's your WHOLE business!

I picked up an online order through the drive-thru. I began to back up as I noticed I did not get my loaf of bread. I back up to the window and let the guy know I didn't get my loaf of bread. He looked at me suspiciously. He asked to see the order receipt on my phone. I showed him. He was still suspcious and asked to see the receipt off my bag.I tore it off and handed it to him. He finally closed the window and went to get my loaf of bread. As he handed it to me, he didn't apologize or anything, and I live in SW Hesperia near Oak Hills, so if I had not of noticed this mistake I would have been out a loaf of bread that I paid for. Mistakes happen. No problem. The issue I have is the grilling that I had to go through to convince the worker that I paid for a loaf of bread that I did not receive. Today, I ordered a brownie and chicken sandwich, neither of which I ate, because I did not like them. The chicken sandwich was 95% bread, 5% chicken. The brownie has chocolate chunks in it, and I like smooth brownies with no chips. The last time I went here my food was ok, so I returned this morning. But, idk if I'll be making the trip here again. I question the cleanliness of the employees.

You know that feeling when you’re craving an overpriced sandwich, so you order it online to take home and enjoy your meal. You pick up your order, get home and all the sides are there, but they forgot pack your sandwich. The incompetence of this place will ruin your meal

About a month ago, I reported that someone was misusing my Sip Club ID, and instead of help, I was blamed and told to handle it myself. I let that go, hoping it was a one-time issue. Today, I was parked in my usual spot — close to the entrance because of my bad back and hips. An employee confronted me, claiming I was parking too close to her car, even though I was well within my space. Another employee even stood by as if to protect her. She said I park next to her every day, as if it’s a problem, but I’m just trying to park safely and comfortably. This happened while she was on the clock, making it even more disappointing. I’ve never damaged anyone’s car, and I always try to be respectful. It’s frustrating that this is how I was treated. I love Panera, but I hope they train their staff to treat customers with more kindness and professionalism. I’ll give them one more chance, but if this happens again, I’ll reach out to corporate.

My advice to you about coming to this location is save your money and your time they even got my order wrong. I recommend going to the Victorville location instead. Maybe Im old school but when you work with the public you should always do your best to smile and speak to the customers visiting the establishment you're representing.
