Jennifer was very helpful, she recommended us a deal and we saved money. She also recommended us to do the review and it was very kind of her. She has helped me many times before and her customer service is absolutely amazing. She works very hard and the quality of her work is great, she’s also just such a sweet person. I love wing stop.

Lol let me tell you how cool the crew here is... I came to pick up an order for my sister thinking she placed her order for this particular wing stop.. (Roy Roger's & civic center) victorville. So I wait my turn gave my sister name they young guy behind the counter looked and was like im sorry someone else came and pick up the order, give me a minute to take to my shift supervisor... a moment or 2 passed and the young guy says he would be able to replace the order, just to find out from the shift supervisor that my sister never placed the order at this particular wing stop... had to drive to Hesperia to pick up the order she placed... lol

Amazing staff!! Everyone there is so helpful and always has a smile on their face. Whenever I place an online order it’s always ready when I get there and even dinning in or take out it takes no time at all, my favorite wingstop in the high desert hands down!!!

This is the best Wingstop we’ve ever eaten at along with the best service! You could tell it had been busy we went towards the end of the night and our food was still served hot, fresh, no mistakes and kind customer service. We always order all flats and in our town they never get it right. All the employees on Thursday night were wonderful! I will definitely stop here again.

Went in today to order. Customer service was great. I didn’t get the name of the 2 gentleman working in the front, but they were so nice. I did get the make of the girl Nadine and she was so awesome. Food was very good.

Warm chicken, Tasted like rubber. We tried the cajun corn Is horrible It seems like it was made weeks ago. Really dry..

This is solely based on the owner not the employees, the last few times i’ve visited this establishment they’ve been understaffed and orders are delayed, the employees always do a great job of being communicative on the delays with orders, They need the extra help, 2-3 employees is definitely not enough for the location

We went in there and waited 10 minutes and didn’t take our ordered they were only assisting pick up order they saw us waiting they multiple times and still didn’t assist us we ended up leaving instead of keep on waiting would not go there again unless you think it’s worth the wait

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Once I got home I realized I was given the wrong order. Called them up and was told they can remake it and guess what happened? They still didn't get it right. They were not busy at all! When I called and asked if this was Johanna all she said is "uuuhhhh mmmmm". It makes sense, if you don't even know your own name how do you even know you're handing out the right order. I was told I would get a refund so we will see. Had to make 2 trips to get the wrong order. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

So I went in the other day & surprisingly it was brought to my attention they no longer except cash. Luckily I had my cars, but there was only 2 other people inside & they has their food. It took exceptionally long for us to receive our food & when My husband got up to check our food was just there on the counter. He asked how long has my food been here & someone replied, 5 mins. After eating our food I clearly heard them call out other names... poor service & we will never return to this location
