Great playplace for kids. My Autistic 4 yr old was easily able to play here. Kind of smelly playplace to dine in though, I think it could use a bit more cleaning.

Service is amazing now. Frappes need to be filled to brim. They used whip cream to cover up missing Frappe. Not a deal breaker but does add up wit that and the other dri ks they do that with. Give them another chance at this location if you havent been lately.

This McDonalds is updated! Remodeled!! Very clean and modern! Food is good, and the staff is friendly. The play area is fun for the kids and not very crowded. The restrooms are very clean. It is connected to the gas station, so the parking and drive through can be slightly crowded at busy hours. Other than that, great place to hang out with kids!!

Everyone was very friendly. My husband actually really likes their coffee. They have great deals. Really a lifesaver on trips with their location. I just have two things that stuck out. One is, it took 12 or 14 minutes to go through the drive through to get two coffees. There was barely a line, there was no reason it should have taken this long. This was not normal. They might have just had an off day. I ordered an iced coffee with one less pump of sugar because they are too sweet for what I like. I am pretty sure it had extra even after we clarified when he asked. So if you are in a hurry, just don't be, and be sure you clarify your order very well.

Came in to get a quick lunch before going shopping. Ordered at the card kiosk and took a table topper so they could bring my food up to me. Except they didn’t bring my food out. They just called my table number. I went up and got the bag as if it were to go order. Had to ask them for a drink cup to get my Diet Coke. Later on, they called on another table number of a woman and family who are sitting out in the playground area and she couldn’t hear it. I told her that they called her table number. She went and got the food, and as she was struggling to get her food to her table while caring a toddler she asked me “what’s the point of the table toppers if they don’t bring your food to you?” That is an excellent question

Updating from 5 stars to 3. Most of the time, there's no coffee ready. They are usually out of specialty coffees. When you do get a regular black coffee, there's coffee grounds in the cup. We ordered on the app recently, and they couldn't find our order - which really didn't matter because they didn't have anything in stock anyway. The managers are FANTASTIC - despite dealing with upset and rude customers (like I was the last 2 visits), they kept their cool. As a retail manager myself, I could sense the level of frustration and defeat thy felt. Please, support the managers with properly working equipment, make the app ordering easier, and do better for the customers.

Not even mad, but when I once went here to get a hamburger, (I think I got the 2 burger meal) when I got home and opened up one of the burgers, it had NOTHING on it, just buns and ketchup 😭, like I said, not even mad, the other burger was right but the one that I was talking about was honestly funny! The order kiosks (which I use because it's easier to customize an order instead of explaining it to a person) rarely have table tents, so I have to pretend it's 99 or some other number that I hope is not in use. Further, the receipt rarely prints, so I don't have the system generated order number either if I can't remember what the screen said after I sit down. So I pretty much have to stand at the counter until they bring out an order that I recognize.

The staff is friendly, the food is decent, but the atmosphere feels like a prison. The grey boxy building needs to go and bring back the colorful family welcoming place it used to be.

I have been a dasher and have picked up from this location and I also have been a customer as well, I have seen positive changes at this location in the past 3 months service is kinda slow for mickey'ds But it's fresh!!!!! And they are honestly working on the customer service/friendliness and will give you an honest smile 😃

I come here in the mornings on my way to work and they are really quick, and get you going on your way. So props for that. The workers in the morning are nice, and quick in the drive thru. However this morning I ordered two sandwiches. Well this is what I got. This happens from time to time. As I do appreciate the quickness of this place you shouldn’t deliver food this way. It got cold and hard by the time I made it to my desk due to being in the bag exposed.

Employees seem bothered to be working. They lack attentiveness and professionalism. Since McDonald’s is open 24 hours, I typically swing by the drive-thru late nights but am told they are closed. I guess opening hours depend on their moods. Really hit or miss at this location. Food is typically good but you never know what kind of attitude you’ll be met with.

Stood at front desk for over 8 minutes until the lady finished on her cellphone and took my order. Very unprofessional and the waiting time was not good for this McDonald’s at all.

Unfortunately not sure what was up with this Mc D's at 11:30pm. I (and the 4 other cars in the drive thru) got left alone in the drive thru for 15 mins after being told "be right with you" . No explanation or apology for the wait. After giving my mobile code, an additional 10 min wait before getting food. Longest time I've ever waited for a mobile order placed in advance.

I came here tonight on 6/13/2025 at 730 pm when i came in nobody was in the front i placed my order at the kiosk and got 2 mcflurrys with fudge but they were out of fudge instead of asking if i wanted something else they just put choclate syrup on one and the other nothing i asked if i can get something else they just brushed me off i didnt even know who the manager and if it was the guy that spoke with me he sure did not act like a manager especially when i was a manager at mcdonalds for years also the one girl was cussing really loud and on her phone which is all fine but very inappropriate for a work environment she was nice to me though and the play area exit that is suppossed to have an alarm in case a child leaves is not working or off

This is a new McDonald's. I have used the drive-through 3 times and have been disappointed. Taking my order is fine, but window #1 can't count change back, and I can't figure out how to apply a coupon. The poor manager was everywhere helping both windows. Window #2 either forgets about you or repeats the wrong order. At least the one on congested 380 has it together.

Theres always a wait even when just getting coffee. They always get my coffee order wrong and have argued about it before. They do treat you well in the voice drive through when taking the order. But then theres a girl and guy that slightly argue about who is gonna take the order recently. And several times theyve left out sauce and gotten my burgers wrong. Theres been nights the drive throughs been closed too which is weird when theyre 24/7.

I order a Salad, and a combo. I particularly order sprite. My salad had EXTRA lime wedge even tho I ask WITHOUT it. I was able to eat only 1/3 of the salad and no chicken at all cause it was soaking wet and covered on that lime wedge. My sprite was flavored and I ordered just the original. I don't usually give bad reviews but I was really mad to the fact that they put, not just the amount of lime that it comes with it, but EXTRA. No way for me to just take whatever had the lime on it, all of the chicken and 2/3 of my salad was given to my dogs.

One of the worst McDonald's experiences I've ever had. I put in a mobile order at this location and drove over there. When I got to the McDonald's there was one car at each speaker but no one was in the process of ordering. We were all just sitting there. Eventually both of the cars in front of me drove away without actually ordering anything. If I hadn't already paid on my phone ahead of time I would've left too. After more than ten minutes waiting at the speaker saying "hello" loudly and getting no response, another car pulled up to the speaker next to me and was asked to order immediately. So I had already been waiting at this McDonald's for over 20 minutes for food that I already ordered and paid for but they decided to take this other cars order first. When they did finally greet me over the speaker I said I had a mobile order and provided my code. I was asked to pull around. When I arrived at the first window the employee had no idea what was going on. I told them I had a mobile order and they asked if I had checked in, I said yeah the person at the speaker told me to pull around. They then shouted into the back "YO YALL GOT HIS MOBILE ORDER" and asked me to pull up to the next window. I pulled up to the next window and waited for another 12 minutes for my food, which was cold and they didn't put any of the sauces I had ordered for my nuggets in the bag. Just a horribly slow location that is disrespectful to their customers. Go somewhere else.

I almost never write reviews but today I must have to. My daughter today found a hair inside of one the chicken nuggets she was eating. I understand sometimes things happen, but honestly this is something that can’t be happening. You need to check more on the hygiene of your staff. It’s not the first time something happens in this location, specifically. The customer service is not very good either. But it’s close to my home and that why I go here. But definitely not going anymore.

Total garbage service. I stood at the front counter - literally zero other customers... stood there for 10 minutes, the workers never acknowledged me or took my order and all kiosks were down and not working. This store lied and gaslit me - they’re listed everywhere from Google to their corporate app as 24 hours and their dinner menu explicitly states it’s until 3:59am. I ordered at 3:30am and it was a confirmed order and instead they just pretended to be closed until 4:01 and said it’s now too late because it’s breakfast menu. Don’t accept and confirm orders and then blame the customer - this is disingenuous and a ridiculous waste of time. It took 50 minutes of waiting, being lied to, and trouble shooting with door dash only to have my order cancelled and now it’s too late for me to get any kind of real meal. This location has pulled stuff like this numerous times where they just don’t seem to want to comply with their posted hours and I’ve had over times I’ve arrived in the drive through in the evening only for them to just stand there and ignore all cars that tried to order.

I just left this location and I’m so pissed off that food was by far my WORST McDonald’s experience and it was like a damn manager or maybe a GM in out of uniform in the back and food sucked at my hungriest. I WANT A DAMN REFUND

Avoid!! Went here and order a small order of chicken nuggets. It took 28 minutes to get it. No employee was present at the front and they forced people to use the automated order touch screen. Many older customers had trouble and couldn’t use it without help. Which was provided by the other customers. When waiting the 28 minutes I witnessed numerous people get the wrong orders or not get their full orders. I took it upon myself to start being an advocate for the other customers making sure an employee would actually Help them. It was easily the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever witnessed and was very frustrating and slow. I will never go back to this McDonald’s and would urge others to avoid it.

Late night is slow as a snail. Oddly they can move people along all day long. Then the lazy crew soles in and about midnight you may wait 10 to even have someone take your order much less wait in the line for another 10 while they do who knows what inside. Ridiculous.

We waited again and finally asked if there was anyone who could take an order? They said there’s only two of us here . We said, but you still have to take orders correct? They told us to use the kiosk! We informed them we tried but what we want wasn’t listed. They told us they sold out 2 weeks! How hard is it! And these people want $15/hr!!!!! Seriously!

This is the worst run McDonald's in all of North Texas. We go here often because it is closest to our house. Each time I take the kids they usually get a cheese burger happy meal or nugget happy meal and I will get a 10 piece nugget meal About 90 percent of the time they are out of something which makes the order less than complete. For example were out of coke a couple of weeks ago. The next time they were out of ice. Last time they were out of plastic cups so everyone got coffee cups for soda and they were out BBQ sauce. This time they were out of BBQ sauce and they didn't have any trays to serve on. Enough was enough. I asked for a refund and walked out. I don't understand what this places malfunction is. Other McDonald's don't seem to have these issues as frequently as this.

I ordered a meal with a mocha frappe, no whip. Double blend. Instead, I got a mocha frappe with whip. When I asked to have it remade correctly, they tried to get me away from the window so that they could remove the whip instead of remaking it correctly. Don't eat here. The workers get attitude when they mess up your order, and you ask for the correction.

We stopped by late at night after a concert and had the worst fast food experience we've ever experienced . It took about 5 minutes just to get our order placed, and then we were told to pull forward after paying to wait for our order. We waited over 30 minutes before heading inside to see what the issue was (it was past 12am amd wanted to give them the benefit of doubt) . When my partner went inside, he was ignored by the 2 employees and had to repeatedly ask what was going on. It seems like one employee forgot that she had us pull ahead to the 1st reserved spot, handed another car our food, and when told it was the wrong order our food was placed on a counter and left to sit. Once my partner was finally addressed, he was coldly offered to either take the food that sat for now 45+ minutes or a refund. We took the refund and left extremely upset and unsatisfied. We will never be coming to this location due to employee attitude and lack of responsibility.

Walked in at 5am this morning (10/22/24) to the white 50-60ish aged caucasian male manager yelling at the hispanic woman cashier at the top of his lungs. It was very disrespectful and disturbing. If he acts like that to his employees imagine how he treats his family at home. If he can’t act mature and handle the position professionally, he needs to get fired. The cooks and cashier did their job great, food and customer service was perfect.

I was excited to introduce my mom to the strawberry cream pie. I bought one for each of us as well as got a customized Big Mac for myself. I noticed my mother wasn't real impressed with her pie, and then I noticed it was burned and hard. The time stamp was shown to sell by 2:19 pm. I bought the pies at 10:00 pm. Extra onions, pickles, and sauce are what I ordered on the Big Mac. Instead, what I received was Big Mac 'litw'. It had so little sauce that it tasted dry.

The girl taking order was not listening and this was on 12/13/2023 @ 11:19 am we pulled into the drive through and ordered a big Mac and a mcnuggets buddies with that they asked what sauce for the nuggets to which we replied honey mustard and when she asked for sauce for the bug Mac we replied big Mac sauce tell me why we pull out thinking we got nuggets when it was a container of big Mac sauce that was already on the burger and we repeated to this lady about 4 times the order the sauce was supposed to be in and for which item fast forward we pull up to the first window she says in an aggressive manner "16.00" we hand her the card we paid we moved forward to get our food we got it no problem until we pulled over to look and saw the nugget box full with bug Mac sauce THAT WASNT CLOSED UP AND SPILT IN THE BAG. I called up there twice wanting to talk to the manager about the issue no response they weren't busy so they didn't have a reason not to pick up.

They can never get the order correct, I've had to go through the drive thru then go into the store every single time I order food here. Apparently they don't understand what "No cheese" means. I've had them give me another sandwich with cheese, after coming in store to get the original order fixed. They don't pay attention, service is trash, you'll sit there for 20 minutes for them to fix your original order and it'll take multiple attempts. Then they'll be in no hurry to give you the order you ordered in the first place after they didn't do it properly the first time.

The reviews dont lie, this has to be one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Time and time again they will not get your order correct, give you the wrong sauce or no sauce at all and more often than not your food will be packaged poorly or not at all. I haven't visited this location in over a year and today I thought... heck why not try it again.. did I get what I asked for? No.. plus my nuggets had no sauce included after I asked for an extra one- shame on me for not digging through the bag to double check if you can even do the simplest thing... for get it.. never going back The owner is laughing at how poorly he can run this location and the line still be full in the drive thru..

Stay away from this McDonald’s. I’m not sure what all their prices are, but I can tell you they are charging $2.19 for a vanilla ice cream cone. All the other locations I get them at charge about $1.09. I went to this one tonight and ordered 2 and she said $4.74! …for TWO cones. They are price gouging and charging double. Today we came to change a winter ticket for a hamburguer, and this location said they don't receive this kind of tickets because it doesn't have the postal code and they don't accept this... and in the bottom of the ticket said "void where prohibited" and they don't care... I’m baffled at how an establishment can be so poorly managed and still be open. The staff was rude and dismissive and it took literally took 19 minutes for a Bacon McDouble. They finally gave it to me in an oversized bag because they were out of regular bags. Someone please put this staff out of their misery and close this location down.

The fries were old and cold, while the burgers were even worst. The meat was old and it seemed like the burgers had been there for a while. This evening, 5/02/24 at 7:10pm I went to this location again to buy food for myself and my kids, this time we made the effort and went inside to order the food, I requested the food be prepared fresh, the young lady who took my order laughed and proceeded to prepare my order… and guess what - AGAIN it was awful. So not only is the food terrible and the service is the even worse. The kids that work there are busy on their cell phones, and or not interested in the customer - this location is not worth having the name McDonald’s. Please CLOSE this location so that we are forced to go to another location. Thank you For your reference my order was 250

As if this line wasn't long enough...now the person at the window is texting and showing off her disgusting nails which I thought in food service you weren't supposed to have nails like that but whatever. Been here 25 minutes and still haven't got my food. If I haven't already paid I would have left by now.

While it says 24 hours, they will not take orders between 2:30-3:30. They say it will take an hour to get things back up, even though it takes 15 minutes to get a fryer back up. And then, even though most McDonalds serve fries until 4 am, will not serve them until 10am. Do not go here late night.

I ordered a bundle nugget. When I got my order I only had nuggets. I told the lady at the window this and she grabbed the manager on duty. The manager informed me that since I was only charged for the nuggets that the fries would be additional. I came to McDonald's for the bundle. That was very poor customer service. I the customer being penalized because the cashier rung my order up wrong. 12/02/24 at 1:11.

Ordered a #2 on their breakfast menu but it smelled funky and tasted bitter. Definitely spoiled. Tried to call them to warn them but their phone line is disconnected. Super sus.

The Entire store sucks, Not because of the business strictly the employees, I've come at 6 different times of a day, time of a week, The food has been cold, Consistently missing items, I've never had a full warm meal, And everyone seems so rushed, when the store has nobody, Especially when its empty and there's consistent mistakes and error, the location needs to be re-evaluated

Staff is in no hurry to get your order done, something is always not working like they’re ice cream machines, soda machines, cashier system, you name it. Of things are working then they’re out of stock of other things. Wait times with only two people in line can be up to 20 minutes. This is really the worst McDonald’s. The restaurant is always dirty. It seems like a busy location and there always seems to be quite a few staff working, but I am not sure if my order is ever 100% correct. I go there fairly often because it is close, they have a play area and I have a kid, but now I am done. This time condiments weren’t forgotten (great!) the burger wasn’t wrong (great! although I ordered breakfast) but the breakfast sandwich was missing. Luckily my kiddo got to eat, but I had a hash brown and coffee. Of course the store can’t help with an app order, but I can come all the way back and get another sandwich. Done with this location :(

This location is always terrible. I’ve had to go back several times because they always miss something in my order or they give me the wrong order. Last night they forgot my nuggets. Bun on the burger was hard. Only reason I go back is because it’s the closest one to my house. Management needs to do better.

The last straw! The service here sucks! Too many times they are slow, out of tea, cannot follow the drink I customized and just uneasy. Today I asked for unsweetened tea with lemon and Splenda but was handed an empty cup?? When I asked i was told no lemon but when I asked about tea since there was none at the self serve area, I was told they only had sweet tea. Then when I opened my bag, I found the Splenda packets. WT? I also HATE trying to park as folks entering the drive thru frequently block the parking spots. Getting out xan be a hassle when wanting to go north since it's a busy traffic corridor and cars backup at the intersection and dont leave a gap to get out. I frequently have to pull out by Qwik Kar so I can pull out into the left lane. I only come for breakfast because my child insists.We WERE a daily customer but that ends today! We will go to Jack or WhatABurger instead! At least I get what we order and get out onto the street without issues! And to McDonalds management, do not ask me to contact your customer service. They NEVER do anything to fix the issues at this location. We had been coming here for years and I have seen zero improvement. Since COVID, this is the worst location you have.

Sat in the drive-through line for 10 minutes no one acknowledged either lanes which had four cars each in them. I drove up to the window. I was told at the window. It’s not their problem and they cannot take my order out the window. I would need to go wait in line again. Called to speak with somebody about the situation and the guy who answered the phone said he could not give me a corporate phone number. They do not have access to corporate phone numbers and I could Google it myself. Man whoever’s working in Saturday night crew really needs to step it up. Unacceptable. Customer service.

They wouldn't open breakfast until a hour after my online order and well , in the drive through , they literally shut the lights off and refused to give me my order when it was filled threw the app. I waited over a hour to get my order and the lady at the counter, did it.I tipped her five dollars because the manager wouldn't come out of the back office

Visited this McDonald’s on 12/16/25 around 7:00 PM and had one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve had anywhere. I approached the manager on duty (with dreadlocks) to raise a legitimate concern, and he barely acknowledged me at all. Instead of listening or acting like a professional, he was too busy gossiping, joking around, and messing about with teenage coworkers. I was left standing there feeling ignored and dismissed, like my time and concern meant absolutely nothing.

Went through drive thru at 9pm last night. Service at the speaker placing order was fine but the wait time was insane. There were 3 cars ahead of us and I could hear and see the guy working the 2nd windows hollering and laughing with someone else. Then it sounded like a party with alot of loud laughing. Tried to see name tag but no one was in uniform or had name tags. Very disappointed in the service last night. Another car behind us left and went to Taco bell....wished I would have done the same...our food and fries were cold.

I have tried to come to this mcdonald’s SOOOOO many times and i’ve literally seen several people inside and they never take my order in the drive thru. All i want is a mcdouble to cure my hunger after my 12 hour shifts but this location makes it impossible. Don’t come here between the hours of 2am-5am because it will be a huge waste of time. I’m very disappointed and i am NOT mclovin it.

I stopped at Mcdonalds to eat. This was first time and my last. I waited 10 min to order. The black men argued over who would take my order. One said "take their order" the other one said "na man, you take their order" the drinks were flat. The counter tops by the fountain drinks were messy with drinks spilled all over the counter and trash everywhere. I will not be back! It doesn't even deserve a star, but i have to give it. It is what it is.

Unfortunately this locations morning shift is a legitimate disaster. My boyfriend ordered a large coffee and I cannot make this up they handed it to us HALF EMPTY?! I come here regularly (that will change at this point) and nearly every morning they have some issue preparing my order and its become laughable how often I have to basically fight to get the food I paid for.

I’ve come to this place a ton. However, I sat in the mobile pick up area for over 20min waiting on my order. Never got my food, no one came to check to see if I had an order at all. I filled the app out correctly, but no one ever delivered my food. It was over 30 minutes since I had ordered my food, and I just gave up.

Update 3-19-2025. Today, "No ice cream cones anymore. Sorry, system down today also. " 2 yrs go I gave then a 5! : Took my grand. The nuggets were fresh and hot, too hot to eat and had to cool down, I loved that they were that fresh! FF were cooled off. The choc chip cookies were warm so, dessert first! we shoved them in our ice cream cone while nuggets cooled, yummy! The SERVICE was super friendly too, and fast and hey, its fast food so for that, i rated it 5

Can you hire people who can work or knows what they are doing, stayed in line for 20min today, to order food the man on the other end kept on saying he will be back, no one came back. Lots of cars left! We drove by the window to see what’s going on. There one guys doing cash, another lady on her phone, no one at window. I have no idea what kind of shady place is this! Senior management need to take a look at what’s going on!

If you want to work for a fast food restaurant without actually working at one, this is the place for you! I ordered a chicken sandwich, add cheese. I paid for the cheese. After waiting for 8 full minutes at the counter to order (no one in line in front of me, multiple employees behind the counter seeing I exist but not acknowledging my existence, I was finally granted the opportunity to order from a woman who very much made it clear she was ready to leave work. She made such an effort to show she didn’t want to be there, her dedication was very evident and commendable. After ordering and paying for an extra slice of cheese, I was then thankfully discussed amongst the crew working on my chicken sandwich as they all talked about how broke I was for wanting to add and pay for cheese on my sandwich. Finally, 10 minutes later my one chicken sandwich was ready. See photo. When I received my chicken sandwich, I noticed there was no cheese. The sandwich itself was mostly crispy, partially chicken. Again, see photo. I let the employee know that my cheese was missing. Roughly 5 minutes later, as I stood in the empty restaurant, my cheese arrived in a chicken nugget box and I was told to assemble the sandwich myself. I am truly grateful for the experience.

Ordered two happy meal cheeseburgers,” meat and cheese Only,”, and one of them was rung up “no meat no cheese” . they wrapped a bun in the wrapper and put it in my kids. Happy meal and I got all the way home and one of my kids didn’t have food. The other burger had onions anyways. And the phone number online doesn’t work so I can’t even call to complain. McDonald’s as a whole has gone to the dumpster.

I felt disgusted eating here!! The floor and place is absolutely filthy like they have not cleaned in months!!! The floor has a film/coat of filth on them as you walk and the service is horrible, you stand for someone to take your order and the staff completely ignores you it is faster to order on the kiosk or on your phone!! I even had to go up to get my food rather than them bringing it to my table. They need new staff asap at least someone that actually cares and has customer service!! This place doesn’t even deserve a star!!!
