Ordered 3 double cheeseburgers and two McChickens via the drive thru. Line went fast and everything was hot. I wish there were napkins in the bag though.

Was hungry so I stopped at this location. The staff was very polite and helpful, I didn't know what I wanted to eat the staff was very patient and allowed me the time I needed to decide. My sandwich was fresh and my fries was hot. I enjoyed my food and the service I received. The restaurant was very clean and inviting the bathrooms was very clean. I would definitely refer a friend and return.

I just door dashed from this location and while I was missing some items, I was quickly reimbursed and given the correct order with an additional drink as well! Free of charge. Customers need to be more understanding on how hard people work in customer service and should try to be patient if things don’t go exactly as planned. Thank you very much you guys and gals 🤙🏽❤️

I think this is quite possibly one of the last McDonald's with a Play Place! It's very clean & appealing to let your kids/grandkids play either on the computerized games (free mostly) or climb in the slides;ECT! We truly LOVE going here!

The drive thru has a robot that takes your order but that is understandable when restaurants are having a hard time feeling positions. Good food, good service. My only complaint is that the McDonald's outside waste basket was filled to the brim.

The only place in this part of town that will hire 14 year olds. Service and consistency are great considering that they have several employees that are experiencing their first job. These are the places we should be supporting, I wish more companies would follow McDs leadership of workforce development and hire more high-school kids. However, keep in mind that these are kids learning the real world and we need to nurture these early work experiences. Try to be understanding and not act like a jerk.

They finally got great, people back. Fries have been fresh every time (4x) in last month. I had a mess up months back, and corporate contacted me, but i have never received the coupons. Store itself has corrected itself. Great McDonald's location.

Nice location with a play area and lots of seating. It looked a little dirty the day we stopped in. Just looked like they need a few more staff, which is everyone these days. The food was fast and prepared how we wanted. The kiosks are nice and help speed up the ordering process.

Came in hungry, left moved. I went to order and was met with a generous gentleman. Ariel was so polite and kind, he helped me with the card payment process and the food was speedy and yum.

It’s a lot nicer now that they have remodeled the lobby and play place. I don’t care much for the self service screens but everything else is nice. The play place is so much better then the last one. I tried to take some pictures without getting adults or kids in them.

Just a normal McDs thats been updated recently. The play area was super fun according to my kids. The music was pretty loud and made the setting a bit uncomfortable for adults, we couldnt even hear each other talk at the table. Otherwise a nice place.

Average McDonald's meal and service. The indoor playground seems popular. From where I was sitting inside, I noticed excessive beeping sounds from the kitchen. Just constant timers going off and once I noticed it, it was hard to tune out during my entire meal. Maybe all McDonald's have that, I'm not sure.

Me and my boyfriend pulled into the drive thru to order and was greeted with nothing but rudeness. Order was taken wrong. They would not stop talking long enough to hear order. Always trying to guess what you were saying. Food was severed cold for inside dining. One sandwich was wrong due to order taking. Went to correct before nobody paying attention to counter. Fish sandwich was ordered no tartar sauce due to allergies. Ever since the pandemic McDonald's service has gone down hill. I dread going there. Half the time my orders are incorrect. Then when I try to fix it at the window the employee, using someone new, is indifferent to my issue. This visit McDonald's is using an automated system to take my verbal order in the drive through. After giving my order the system asked me to verify order on screen. I couldn't because it was either turned off or broken. But I knew my order was wrong because the price the system quoted was only $3.97 and I knew it should be at least $10.00. The employee at the cashier window corrected my order. When I got to pick-up window the young girl tried to hand me a happy meal. I informed her that was not mine and when I politely tried to tell her my order she turned her back on me. Long story shorter she attempted to give me three more orders. Each time she turned her back on me when I tried to tell her what I ordered. Finally got right bag of food, but I didn't get my drinks and she had already closed the window. I had to knock to get her attention. She gave me my drinks after I explained that I didn't get them. This is not an isolated incident. It is happening everywhere.

The guy that brought the order out was very helpful, it was whoever bagged our food that messed up. I always check my order before I leave and I'm glad I did because I was missing a cheeseburger. The guy that brought the food out to the carside to go area went back in and brought my missing cheeseburger plus extra fries. I ordered a medium quarter pounder meal and a medium 2 cheeseburger meal....I left with a quarter pounder, 4 fries, 2 cheeseburgers and 2 drinks, if that tells you how messed up the person is bagging, because the first bag had a quarter pounder, cheeseburger and 3 fries. 🤦 ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING. Bright side is, I received 2 extra fries 🤣.

Ordered delivery and it was a mess. Food arrived completely cold and 30 min late. Our address was correct for delivery but the. It somehow changed it from the time of placing the order and assigning it. Strange. I went back into the app and see my address is still correct now but again somehow when it completes the order it sends the driver to a similar spelled street but not mine. One of the worst experiences. There is a sign inside saying they will help you with mobile orders. I needed help. The young female manager came over . Some how we must have assigned the order to mobile but not cashed it out. I then tried to push the use inside restaurant. Back and forth. Then she says we must have assigned it. The app now SAS you need to wait 10 min. I say ok as a manager can you fix this. She says no. You need to call the app people. I ask can you just discount my order so I can get it. She says no. I nicely mentioned then I will just go somewhere else and she says or you can wait 10 min. I left what the heck is this when a manager cannot help?

I have been refraining from writing a review for this location but at best they are consistently inconsistent! I realize that it is fast food, having worked at McD’s in the 80s but for the prices they are asking and what they now have to pay the employees is it too hard to get an order correct? On January 2nd 2024, this was the only location in the area that was open at around 2AM and honestly I don't see myself ever coming back. I frequent this location often as I work nights and my experience with them continues to get worse. Usually the same employee that just doesn't seem to have a care in the world. Took them dam near 20 minutes to take my order at the machine. When I finally placed my order I drove to the window and from looking in the drive thru window it had looked like a tornado happened inside the building. It was almost as if the employee had dumped a full trashcan on the floor infront of the window. There was no way you could walk anywhere inside without having to step on the trash. The countertops where nasty with empty bottles and containers everywhere and the employee was standing there texting on her phone and made it very obvious she didn't care about keeping clean or doing the job. When she took my cash I used to Pay for the meal I had to remind her I was still waiting on my drink and she gave me a look as if I was asking for too much. The place was so disgusting I was questioning weather or not I should eat the food. I'm hoping someone with authority to do something sees this review and reaches out to me as I have recorded a short video showing how disgusting the place was and that's only from what could be seen from the drive thru window, makes me wonder how bad the rest of the kitchen was. The employee was lazy and worthless she had a bad attitude and made it apparent she didn't want to do anything but be on her phone. If I was a manager of the store and saw this without a question she would be gone. There was also a ladie in a van that was too big to fit in the drive thru but kept trying to get the employees attention. She was ignored every attempt. She had a pick up order she had already paid for she had been waiting on for an hour and yet the employee continued to ignore her. She even called the location 5 times to listen to to ring forever and then when someone did answer she got hung up on immediately. When I finally got my food I told the employee about the ladie in the van and she responded with " well she's gonna wait 2 mores " she wouldn't even keep the window open for the conversation she kept closing the window befor we were done talking. Again not a care in the world was rude as hell and a worthless lazy employee. I hope the ladie in the van got her money back because she ended up driving away.

Person in drive thru was absolutely disgusting and disrespectful tried to rush me getting my food and out the line . Had an attitude & rolled his eyes when I asked for napkins, receipt, and to read my order off to me. Not only did he read out the whole order, but Purposely forgot my condiments. I called and tried to explain my frustration and he started cutting me off and instead of letting me get any sentence out he jus kept yelling what else do you want over and over while I was talking and raising his voice, my husband grabbed my phone and told him he was being very disrespectful and repeatedly asked for his name to report him to corporate he tried to argue with my man and refused to give him his name . He proceeded to call my husband racial slurs and hung up in our faces and now refuses to answer McDonald’s phone for customers I am so fed up with this night shift staff they are rude disrespectful always sighing and having attitudes and have refused numerous times to not make my food fresh someone needs to fire this man it’s getting outta hand ‼️‼️it is EVERY night. I can describe what the workers looks like too, it’s gotten to the point where I refuse to go back and have THEM make my food because they do everything with such a bad attitude I think they’re gonna do something with my food.

This place never misses to miss! It’s honestly quite sad. I’ve had more incorrect orders than not, however, I’ve learned it’s better to just deal with it. It’s not worth going inside. The floors and tables are almost always sticky and asking for a missing item/order really just adds 20 minutes to the wait. This might be McDonald’s but I am not lovin’ it.

Every time I go to this location, I’m missing something. Every time I order through the app for this location, I’m missing something. You call the store about missing stuff through the app and they say they can’t do anything it, not even let you come by to pick it up. If you go into the store from the drive thru to get missing items, the employees are very curt about it. Tbf they usually give you your missing items but definitely not without hassle and dismissiveness. If you want what you paid for, pick a different location because this one isn’t it. Foods fine, atmosphere is whatever, but they can’t seem to fill an order to save their lives.

This McDonald's is the worst. I ordered a cheeseburger for my kid with no ketchup, they put ketchup on it. So I had to pull around, I sat there for 20 minutes because the young person brought me another one with ketchup. Then I had to enter the restaurant and notice the manager sitting there on his phone watching something. He was completely oblivious and could care less. It's an absolute disgrace and they need new management. I would never recommend unless you're literally staving.

Ordering and the first thing they say is , "what do you want?" The wind was blowing and they couldn't hear me so they said, "speak up" Finish ording and they just say, " k pull around." I come to this McDonald's all the time, worst attitude I've ever experienced.

On top of everything the staff definitely shouldn’t be giving attitude and being rude when people say they’re order is incorrect or if they’ve waited eternity and still not got there food.

As a door dasher, they are VERY understaffed, usually only two people working there at night, and there's a HUGE line, the lady there makes it known that if you're a door dasher you're an inconvenience and not as important as the other people in line and will tell you to move up so they can get the others their food and then will worry about your dash. expect a waiting time of 30 minutes, no joke, I've timed it.

Getting my food at this McDonald's at 10 tonight was a joke. Waiting in the drive-through after placing a mobile order, I got to the window after quite a while, and they didn't have my code. They made me wait longer to see if the code appeared. After waiting 20 minutes, it still didn't show up, and the employee said, "Sorry, we don't have your order." If I could've given 0 stars I would've. 1 car in drive thru, I pull in and make my order ($5 mcdouble meal deal) Get to the window and am asked to pull around because we're waiting on something. No biggie, I ask for my drink before I pull around and am told no (very rudely). I ask them to plz make sure my sauces are in the bag when it comes out and she says they will be. No cars behind me so not sure why I had to pull around, probably something to do with wait time or some other metric the store is graded on. Pull around and there's 2 other cars waiting as well. I wait for like 6 minutes, nothing. So I run in to use the restroom, and see like 5 people just standing around talking/flirting. Again no biggie, everyone should be able to have fun at work. Get back out in my car in the "waiting" area, another few minutes and out comes my food and drink, no sauces. Frustrating but stuff happens. I ask the guy if he could run me out the sauces and he says sure. Then I wait another 2 minutes, nothing. Not sure if he disappeared, was assassinated, or what but he never comes back. So i run in and get my sauces. Now I'm home and am missing the nuggets that came with my meal, the burger is wrong, and the soda is flat. Absolutely horrible experience, might be the worst I've ever had. I feel like I should get this meal free next time I'm around this store considering all the headache this was.

As soon as the little door shut for taking money she hopped right on her phone, heads down in it. Ordered cheeseburgers with onion and cheese only; how hard is it to make that? Made with ketchup only. Waited forever. Soda was handed to me covered in soda. I will never understand society today. I worked fast food as a teenager and delivered excellent service with correct food orders making a fourth of what they make now. I usually avoid this McDonald's due to poor service and food but had no choice with late night need for food.

Waited over 30 mins for frys and a drink, I don't understand. Not even a long line or anything like that.

I did a mcdelivery. I order a caramel frappe I got a chocolate milk.

Took me 20+ minutes to get my food! Customer service is absolutely doesn't exist here! JIM YOU NEED REIGHN THIS STORE IN! Most definitely the worse McDonald's in the northland!

It's upsetting when you're on a night schedule and the only thing open is McDonald's. I never will understand why McDonald's has such low quality and standards. You shouldn't have to spend $14+ on a meal when all that's going to be edible is the fries. I hope I can find the strength to get up in the morning and go to the grocery store so this never has to happen to me again. I really wish grocery stores were 24/7 and every McDonald's was closed from 10pm-8am.

Place is stupid they pull you around and make wait even if there is nobody behind you they cheat on the times I been waiting 15 min for a single burger and fries worst place ever

Experience was slow but that's to be expected. My complaint is with the drive-thru worker who was very confused, followed by a manager who came up to the window and asked if I ordered the cookies, which I replied with a no. He then asked why I would take the cookies if I didn't order them, all but accusing me of stealing a shitty order of McDonald's cookies. The car before me was given those cookies. The confused attendant just stood there with a dead glaze over her eyes while I had to repeat my order three times to the manager to get him to understand that I would not take cookies without asking for them. Maybe we should bring AI back. It can't be much worse than this.

Ordered door dashs , completely disgusting, i never one to really complain about food , but this is the worst i have ever received, both burgers UNDERCOOKED!! 🤢🤢🤢

Hi I ordered a ten piece chicken nugget and one of them looked like if somebody took a bite out of it and it seemed like if they were trying to hide it because the one thqt was bitten was at the bottom almost the last one it is so sad

I ordered from this McDonald’s couple times and I was disappointed in what I received this is the first McDonald’s that’s consistent with under performance horrible food and cold it’s like they take it out the freezer and put in a to go bag. I cannot stress how bad it is. Never gave me decent food I ordered something to eat that’s fresh not hard uncooked chicken, there’s no way this is not a health hazard I even put them in the microwave for whole 8 minutes still was uneatable and looked unappetizing. It’s like they’re not even trying even a little bit has to be a joke I would give it 0 star if I could

This place is ridiculous. For one how hard is it to count 6 chicken nuggets which wat I ordered for my grandchild I get the nugget box says 6 on it but open it only 4 are in there not 6 my granddaughter is 4 yrs old and can count to 20 and count upto 20 items the Hispanic girl that works drive thru on nights is as rude as they come. Even when I work doordash and have to pick up orders for customers she is still rude no good customer skills from her at all if she hates her job thatvmuch well go find another one dont make everyone else miserable because u are i order fries with no salt so why is it I get my order and my fries are cold as heck and soggy but dark basically like they just recooked already done fries instead of fresh like they suppose to when u order without salt basically ended up whole order was cold I say something about fries cold she says oh well they busy not her problem the food cold well if u busy then food should have been hot and fresh lol but ok whatever just sad that the quality of fast food has decreased so much over the years more so now with fast food places so disappointed and tired of nothing being done with food I pay to have cooked and prepared for myself and family that I work hard for to beable to beable to take family put for a treat which is becoming more difficult with times and u would also think with wat the employees make an hour u would get better service and better quality with price increases on food and stuff not horrible and treated rudely by the employees that are paid to do a job and deal with people

They have a monopoly thing and everytime I order things specifically from that menu, I'm missing the stickers on one to two items (whether it be a large fry or a big mac). I don't eat mcdonald's every day but wanted to participate. It makes me not want to order from this location... The guy that takes the money wore his hood the whole time. When I got to the window, he was making faces of disgust. He was also faking his customer service. 10/29/25 6:00 PM

I witnessed an employee use the restroom & exit without washing his hands. I asked the same employee who was the manager on duty, he said he was & proceeded to lie about washing his hands in the kitchen. I said I don't believe that & he got rather unruly before a another employee pulled him away. No chance I'll ever stop here again.

Sat there, placed an order for a few meals and a couple drinks and some extra food items sitting there for a while and then the GM lady declaring she walked up to me and my family telling us. We were no longer allowed to eat there because she was declaring that we were homeless But yet I have a home and reside at a home basically because we come here as regulars attack us as homeless people

I ordered a double cheeseburger with no pickle on the McDonald’s app. It looked like they just scraped the grill and put all the burnt pieces right on the burger. Probably not coming back here again

Wow, what has happened to McDonald's? We tried to order food and were told cash only, I get out of line and get money and back. I am now the second car in line at this location and for 26 minutes no one is taking orders. I call the store and let them know and he says he doesn’t see anyone at the window. Finally, he starts taking orders. Get my meal and get home and a Big Mac without meat. I go back and they make a new one and the meat patties and about sausage patty size. Of course, it was blackout without receipts or any proof. This is like the 4th time we have had problems with this location and won’t be going back.

I wouldn’t recommend going there past 10pm. The service is bad. Long lines that take forever to get through. Credit card machine always down. Then there’s no active cameras. Just a month or two ago went to the drive thru and a car in front of me decided to reverse back into my car and drove off. I kept calling McDonald’s asking to see if they got video but the managers never called me back. Cops tried to get video still the same thing. Called again someone said that they don’t have any active cameras that records.
