It's always five stars when Hot is the best time to eat this pizza always and our little Caesars is by far the best I've tried others all over thinking it's all the same nope it's not sucks can't beat this one.

They took 39 minutes to take my order and I had to wait 57 minutes to get my order but the food is pretty good they should hire more people to work there and the people working there is so slow.

The pizza is just like any other little Caesar's, nothing fancy. But since this is the only little Caesar's in Hollister, they are really busy (or the workers are just very slow) after 4pm. You will always have to wait at least 20 mins for the hot and ready pizza (plus the wait to order); I would almost guarantee it. Your best bet is to call it in and then pick it up (still a wait at the store to pay and pick up). The store front is small so the line is typically out the door after 4pm. Keep this in mind if it is cold or raining. And they usually only have 1 cashier and that 1 person takes the order, answers the phone, and gets your pizza order ready (hence the reason why the line is out the door). Do yourself a favor and call or use the app. But remember if you call, you still have to wait in line to pay and pick it up. If you use the app, you can skip that line.

Food is good, i love the stuffed crust pepperoni 🍕 pizza, but service is bad. I got the wrong pizza and had to come back from home and wait another like 30 minutes for the right pizza. Total time about 90 minutes to finally eat dinner. Second time it happens.

If you like waiting 15-20 minutes for a “hot and ready” pizza go here. It’s really as though they don’t understand that the pizzas are supposed to be ready when people walk in.

We order from here for something on the fly in a pinch. Tonight the order was accepted, and come time for delivery, I get a message that the order was cancelled. Tried calling the store and no answer. If it was because of no delivery team available, I understand. Let us know and we can pick it up. Not just cancel altogether and leave people hanging.

Waited 15 minutes for someone to take my order. When I was finally asked what I wanted, (Hot-N-Ready) they said there were none and it would be 30 minutes. I was looking at no less than five Hot-N-Ready pizza's in the warming box.

today date is 10/23/23 @5:56. i came to pick up two pizza which i order online and the time it was supposed to be ready was 5:41. so when i went in there was one customer in front of me, it passed 5 minutes and no one has helped that person, then that customer left and i waited another 5 minutes til someone came to to help me out, she just came to tell me it’s not ready yet, no estimate, not even telling me if they are making it or not, after that she was walking away, and i asked her to come and tell me when will it be ready turns oily i have to wait 10 more minutes, when there is 2 person or more making pizzas actually no one person making pizza and the other one just using their phone with gloves on and then we’re touching pizza. KEEP IN FACT THAT ITS NOT BUSY RIGHT NOW.

Don’t know why I keep ordering from here. It is absolutely the worst little Caesar’s I have ever experienced. I always order ahead using the app and every other location has my order ready by the estimated time or earlier. This location is never ready by the estimated time and I usually have to wait at least 30 minutes longer. If you decide to order from here give an extra 30 - 45 minutes before heading over for pickup.

Just got home from picking up a couple of pizzas. First one was the extra most pepperoni, which was just fine. The second was the new fanceroni pepperoni and that was an extremely disappointing. First the pizza didn't have over 100 pepperoni pieces like it claims maybe like 60. Second it was half warm and half cold, which is odd because it was made fresh. Don't know why it was like that and definitely not going to eat it because it maybe under cooked.

Terrible service. Trust the reviews, the staff is lazy and unsupervised. Your order won't be ready at stated time. You will literally wait 1.5 hours to 2 hours per pizza. Management needs to step in improve the service.

Crowded area next to competitive food and pricing. Yet kids wanted pizza, went over at 12:25 rude guy at counter. Dry Lips long haired buck toothed young man did not know any morals nor responded like a well educated young man. I then asked for peppers and cheese he said he was out. When I can clearly see them & when I asked him he ignored me and attended another person in line. Pizza was also burnt and crusty.

I arrived there at the store at 936 pm. Nobody in the store and one employee sitting down. I wanted to order some pizza to go (one combo and a custom three topping) after talking to someone in the back, the employee informed me that they were not taking orders since they were closing in 20 minutes. I was offered a couple of Hot and Ready pizza that were not even close to what I needed or wanted. I've never walked into someplace that didn't want my business. 20 minutes is plenty of time to cook a pizza, it ain't rocket science. Maybe they should turn off the OPEN sign at 930 so they can really close at 10. I won't be hurrying back to give them my business.

This have happened 4 time already. I order online to pick up food at a specific time because of lunch time and every time I have to wait like an extra 20 min! Like today pick up time was 12pm and its 12:43 and still here waiting for the pizzas. And customer service just horrible…

They are so disorganized, the employees (especially the cashiers) continually mess up on taking the correct orders and charging the correct amount from customers. I've heard customers complain everytime I've gone in there. They always have a line out the door with only one employee working the front. We continually go because it is cheap and the employees are always nice to me (even though they do not appear to be happy) but I recommend calling your order in, and asking for the name of the employee who takes your order because, I have witnessed, & also been apart of them telling me they have no such order...just don't go in with a bad attitude because it'll be worse once you leave there. Imo.

Wait was extremely long and all i ordered was crazy bread, never have i been to a place with such terrible and slow service. Was so close to just leaving without me order.

I’ve been to this location multiple times and every time I get treated with disrespect. I’ve spent the last 30 minutes asking for help but only the Hispanic customers were helped. Very disappointed and frustrated that such discriminatory treatment is allowed , because of the color of my skin I get ignored an my food always has problems. Would not recommend this establishment to anyone!

Literally one whole half of the machine is full to the top with pizzas but no one can get it because it's not programmed or people aren't putting in the names or whatever so the pickup codes aren't working. Then they have one person working the front counter. Where is a backup? How come they have one person working the front counter at dinner rush

Found a huge women's hair in My pizza, and I was completely disgusted . Store quality control is terrible. I don't know how the staff didn't see SUCH A LONG HUGE HAIR!! I don't care how cheap the pizza is , don't eat here unless you like hair in your food and terrible service with even longer wait times

This location really needs help. They are failing at customer service. The wait times have been ridiculous. About a month ago, I went in to order & there was 1 customer infront of me. No one was at the register. About 2 people in the back making pizzas.They clearly saw that there was a line forming, but yet no one came out to acknowledge us. Waited almost 10 mins for someone to come in the front. After the person in front of me picked up their pizza, the worker then returned to the back making pizzas without acknowledging the rest of us or even taking my order. I'm a pretty patient person, but after another 10 mins, I left. Then i tried my luck with ordering through doordash yesterday & it must've been 2hrs from when I put in my order to when I received my food. Never going back or ordering from this place again! Something needs to change!

So for a place that advertises quick pizza, I ordered my pizza at 5pm. It said it would be ready by 550pm. I show up at 6 and then wait another 20 min. Total of 1.5 hours to make a pizza... One pizza... Probably won't be returning anytime soon.

Placed order online. Got to the store to pick it up waited another 25 min in line because they were under staffed. When I finally got my order the crazy bread was full of garlic butter like extra extra and they were cold. I went back inside to see if they would change it. And the lady cashier told me I was gunna have to wait another 10 mim for new ones. I told her I have been waiting for 30 min already and my crazy bread should have been fresh since the beginning. And she ended up giving me some old ones that were in the warmer and I just took them. And left.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. I tried using my giftcard but their pin pad wouldn't work, so I just gave them cash, but was short $3. So I was going to pay the rest on credit card, but they were having issues because the pin pad wasn't working for the card either. And they won't take anything above a $20, and I only had a $50 bill. After standing at the register for 20 minutes, a guy behind me paid the rest for me in cash. I waited in the store for almost 40 minutes just to get a not fully cooked pizza. The crust was still a little raw at the bottom. There were 8 people behind me and they all left and got their pizza before I even finished my order. As someone who has worked as a manager of food industry, I was unimpressed with how they ran the store. I probably could've solved the issue with the pin pad myself to be honest, the staff seemed untrained and confused.

Read reviews! Would Not Reccomend. I went to this location for a "hot and ready" pizza and was told it would be an hour and a half wait. Not 1 customer was in the store. I guess that's a common thing here considering the top review from 2 weeks ago said the same exact thing. Im pretty sure you can't advertise something in which you are unable to provide.

I go to San Jose and Salinas CA always ready Not able give ZERO STARS OTHERWISE I CERTAINLY WOULD HAVE CONSIDER THIS NEGATIVE REPORT

This location is in desperate need of new management. They are not organized. Today there were about 20 people in the lobby waiting for their orders that were placed 1-2 hours ago. Another ladies food was lost. By the time we got our food, it was cold. This happens every time we order at this location in Hollister. Ownership needs to do something quickly before they lose customers. They need somebody with experience and that will take charge.
