Love Papa Murphy pizza. Don’t have one in Gilroy CA but will drive 25 minutes to the next town to get this great pizza. Never disappointed

We ordered 6 pizzas on a Saturday. They were made to order within 15 minutes. 2 young kids behind the counter made it happen. Just when I was starting to lose hope for humanity, they pull a stint like that. Good on ya Papa Murphy's! Good on ya.

Great pizza and the garlic bread is wonderful! Specialty pizzas $15 a large! Now where else can you get a better deal and fresh ingredients?! The employees were very helpful and did a great job!

This pizza is consistently excellent. Very easy to place the order and walk in to pick up. It only takes about 15 to 20 minutes to bake and it’s ready. Even without the coupons, it is very reasonably priced.

Best pizza value for your money. You can get a large, multi-topping pizza for less than $15 on Tuesdays. Compare that to other local pizza joints. Good pizza, fresh ingredients, lots of cheese; they also have vegetarian options and crustless options. Note that this is not a dine-in establishment. Pick up only. Extremely friendly and polite employees.

One of the best pizzas you can take and bake at home. Pro tip: cook an extra 5 minutes after it says, and not on the provided cardboard sheet. By doing this, the pizza crisps up to perfection!

This was my first time going to a Papa Murphy's. I placed my order online and picked it up. I couldn't find the place and even drove in front of it the location. I had to call and ask them where they are located as their sign outside wasn't lit. When I got there, I had to wait to pick it up as there was one person in front of me so I had to wait a few minutes. I got home, put the pizza in the oven based on the directions and waited for it to be ready. The wait was worth it as the pizza was really good. I will definitely come back again.

Ordered no mushrooms on my combo when I ordered online. Hubby went to pick up pizza and brought it home with an entire cup of mushrooms on it. See, the whole reason I order online is that I can't trust my hubby to order right in the store. I have to depend on the kind folks of Papa Murphys to read my order and help me out. I forgive you all though...this time.

Tried P. MURPHYS once and it was just ok, very lazy effort with the pizza. Tried to give a second chance today and it was NOT good. 1. Waited past my pick up time (pizzas weren't ready after 40 minutes). I wasn't happy about it but let it pass, then.. 2. She gave me my pizzas and one had a long black hair on it right underneath the wrapping. I handed it right back to her and she just pulled the hair out and gave it back to me. Totally unsanitary and absoloutely unacceptable. I walked out and immediately tossed it in the trash. Major strike 3. Waited 40 minutes for a take and bake, no hair nets, improper food sanitation practices and customer service. There was no apology for anything. My god, how does this location stay in business like this? It cost me money, time, fuel, effort and my appetite. Wonder what the health dept thinks of this. Eat here at your own risk.

The guy chewing gum kept playing with the gum outside his mouth, which annoyed me. At this point the guy making pizza called for help and a girl came out. She asked me if I had an order and I said yes that I placed it online. She looked for my pizza, but couldn't find it. She then looked through receipts and on the register but couldn't find it. She never offered to make me a pizza or apologize for the problem just looked at me as if to say thats it we are done. What poor service, you can bet I'll tell all my friends

What the heck shutting down on a specials day? So unprofessional of the franchise owner and manager. This place was shut down an hour before closing. No ingredients or materials to make anything available. I’m livid. An hour before closing? I guess it’s cheaper to buy a frozen pizza anyway.

I've done online orders twice and had to wait an additional 20 minutes to get my pizzas because they missed my orders or forgot about me. It was especially annoying after I prepaid the tips. It's not worth the wait so I won't be returning
