We had an incredible experience at Billy’s Stone Crab in Hollywood! Our server, Richard, was fantastic — so attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. The seafood tower was absolutely overflowing, with more stone crab than we could even finish. Everything was fresh and perfectly chilled. The lobster pasta was rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Between the amazing food, great service, and waterfront view, it was a perfect evening. Highly recommend asking for Richard when you go!

Great food, great service and yes...it isn't cheap but it is a good value for the money in my opinion. Prompt, polite, engaging service. I had a lobster tail with a crabcake on top. People can say what they want about Florida lobster but apparently its in season and it was great. The crabcake was mostly crab meat and seasoned well, lobster was perfectly cooked. They have a great porch on the water, certainly a good spot to visit if you are in the area.

Amazing lunch from start to finish. The stone crab was incredible. Love the mustard sauce. The conch fritters were giant and the dipping sauce was great. Totally love the view right on the water. What a beautiful place. Excellent service valet parking. Gotta love it.

This is the quintessential seafood purveyor. As an appetizer, we had mushrooms stuffed with crab. Entrees were broiled shrimp and sea scallops. Side order of hash browns. Seems like an odd side, but it actually is a pretty good compliment. When Creme Brule is on the desert menu, I have to order it.

Exceptional service, food & experience!!!!! Our waitress was beyond amazing! Best fried shrimp we have ever eaten. Shrimp scampi was perfection! The key lime pie is out of this world!!!! The swing tables on the water were a great way to enjoy the experience. Sunset was a nice ending to the perfect evening! Run fast to Billy's!

Billy’s Stone Crab never disappoints. The service is impeccable, attentive, friendly, and professional from start to finish. The stone crabs are incredibly fresh, perfectly chilled, and full of flavor. You can really taste the quality in every bite. We had Mew York Strip Steak with blue cheese crust that was amazing! The delectable Key West Shrimp and the scallops topping the steak was on point. The asparagus with hollaindaise sauce was scrumptious and the key lime pie they adorned us with for our anniversary dessert was such a special surprise. The staff was courteous and amazing, full of knowledge about their menu. We will definitely be back!

Love this place, come here every-time I’m in town. Had the stone crab, of course. Never disappoints, so fresh and full of great flavor! The Alaskan King also amazing and fresh! Partner had the 3 inch thick filet and it was cooked a perfect medium! No idea how they did it! I recommend sitting outside at the water edge, so nice to see the boats passing by and beautiful sunset! Service is top notch! What you would expect in a place like this. Parking is TIGHT! I recommend using Uber.

I/we gave a 5 star to Billy's because a time was had! As we celebrated #35 Anniversary. Reservations was made. As we entered and stated such. The hostess stated, "we have been waiting on you all day with a smile. Then he complimented my outfit". I loved the hype! It feels good to walk into an establishment, where we are welcomed, as if everybody knows our name, lollol! The food amazinggggg! Billy's delivers every time, great seafood and drinks. I almost never have room for dessert. Keep doing what you're doing, it is satisfying 100%. See you soon!

I honestly don’t think I have much criticism for this restaurant. The food was amazing and incredibly flavorful. I had the filet mignon and that was the most tender perfectly cooked filet mignon I’ve ever tasted. My fiancé had the king crab legs— which were extremely expensive but very delicious and very worth the effort to crack them open and tear them apart. The lyonnesse (I think that’s what they’re called) potatoes were an amazingly flavorful side as well. We also shared a Basque cheesecake which was to die for honestly 💅. we got the watermelon lime and the Smokey (idk the name) alcoholic beverages as well which were both very good. I DEFINITELY suggest this place HOWEVER you would need to save at least 400$ for a 2 person meal should you get the crab since the crab costs around 150-200$. Thankfully, we had enough money saved up for this but I doubt we would be able to come again any time soon due to the high costs. some of the staff can come off as a little rude but assuming they’re running around from upstairs to the outside seating in super hot weather in uncomfortable clothing— I can see why they wouldn’t be incredibly thrilled. The atmosphere was amazing, it is incredibly pretty inside and outside however I would say that it seemed little cramped, which is probably just due to the extreme busyness and high demand of the restaurant. Also a tip for eating outside: don’t get the crab if you’re not prepared to defend yourself from the flies. They are feral for that stuff 😅.

Was seated super quickly on a holiday without a reservation and had absolutely fabulous traditional Florida food! For the quality of food, this was an absolute steal with beautiful views of the intercoastal! A must stop for visitors and locals alike.

Restaurant is located on the River which gave a magnificent view and provided a comfortable breeze. Meal are excellent. Variety of crabs and seafood; the steaks are mot baf either. Our waiter, Christian ( spelling?), he was excellent.

Service was outstanding but the food was not what we expected. It was good but we were thinking it would be amazing. Nice place, good service and decent food. Maybe it was just an off night. Will definitely try again to see.

Service was incredible. Our server was professional, knowledgeable, and thoughtful in the best ways. She made us feel really special. The space was clean and romantic, and the views were lovely. The filet was out of this world and was like butter. The conch fritters, red snapper islamorada, and medium stone crabs were just alright, and the hashbrows were pretty awful. Overall I'd love to visit again, but would definitely explore other menu items.

So, where do I start? Billy Stone Crab Restaurant is very expensive. There’s no other way around it but if you have the dough and you want some delicious seafood with a great atmosphere great service did not suggest you visit the restaurant in Hollywood Florida. The Stone crab claws are absolutely amazing my wife and I also had the Caesar salad amazing some of the best Caesar dressing I’ve had in many years. We also shared the fried seafood platter. Everything was fried to perfection. One thing I can’t say about this restaurant is they do appreciate their veterans and they do offer a veterans discount. If you don’t ask for it, you won’t get it but if you ask for it, they will oblige you so I would like to say thank you to the restaurant because I’m a veteran and I love when we’re respected and honored for the service that we provided to this great United States of America so if you’re in Hollywood Florida and you’re looking for some great seafood not average seafood. This was a truly fun experience for us. We made a reservation through open table, it is recommended to do this, the place is very crowded. Bustling atmosphere, lots of people enjoying themselves! We sat inside, it is a beautiful more upscale restaurant with a fantastic view of the water. The stone crab was very delicious, recommend trying this for sure! Visited Billy’s for lunch and it was a phenomenal experience. Robert, our server, provided terrific guidance and recommendations for the dishes with the various pricing options for the stone crab claws which were perfect. Atmosphere was great with a nice view of the intracoastal.

We showed up without a reservation and were sat outside without a problem, we got lucky as it got pretty busy right after we arrived. Our server was super nice, we had amazing weather and we asked if they could put the shade up to enjoy some sun and he happily did. The food was awesome, the Florida stone crabs were really amazing. Overall a great experience and definitely will be back when I am back in Hollywood.

My first time at Billy’s Stone Crab in Hollywood, FL, and it was unforgettable! Invited by my niece and her family, we sat outside near the water, which was amazing. The food? Just incredible! 🦀 We were lucky enough to enjoy the first batches of stone crab, and every bite was perfection. Visiting from Celina, Texas, where brisket and barbecue are the staples, it was such a treat to experience seafood at this level. The Chilean Seabass was out of this world, and the mac n’ cheese was “delicioso” in my young nephew’s words! 🧀🎣 It’s definitely a place I’ll be returning to for birthdays and special celebrations. Love it here! The Key West with Grouper is a must! The stuffed mushrooms are delicious and so is the drink called "Impression". The service and the staff are impeccable. Delicious seafood, steaks and the view is a plus. Feeding the Tarpon and if you lucky seeing dolphins is a great highlight to this restaurant.

I had the stone crab plate which was my first ever stone crab. It was already cracked for you so basically ready to peel off and eat. The food was very exquisite and beautifully prepared. Enjoyed the full succulent taste of the crabmeat. She had the filet minion cooked medium rare to perfection! The steak was amazingly tender full of flavor. We started out with stuffed mushrooms and calamari. The stuffed mushrooms were oh so good!! The calamari was perfectly cooked to be tender vs chewy like many places. For dessert, we had keylime pie with homemade whip cream. Super excellent taste for the crust to be homemade as well! The overall service was excellent as well. We sat outside along the intercoastal waterway to watch boats go by at sunset. What an amazing site to view! Highly recommended! The only draw backs was outside was very hot and humid as one would expect. The other draw back was very long wait times for food. We got there at 600 pm only to get our food around 9 pm.

WOW. The service was great from when we first walked in. We were greeted by what I think was a manager and then the hostess. Our table wasn't ready, waiting for a couple to get up to sit by the water on the second floor. So we went to the bar to grab a quick drink. Then the manger said our table was ready a few moments later and brought our drinks to our table. Once we sat down we were greeted by our waitress and she went over the seafood and meats. Then we ordered drinks and got appetizers. Which were so good and fresh and flavorful. The Rockefeller oysters are a must!! Then we had gotten complementary bread and homemade butter which was amazing. We had gotten a table by the water on the second floor and it was a great view watching the boats go by and also dock. Our waitress was so kind and very attentive. We then ordered our entrees - the seafood pasta Alfredo, chefs kiss! My husband's food was also extremely good and fresh. We couldn't even finish because we were stuffed lol. We then got hot towels for our hands and we were given key lime pie on the house due to a miscommunication - which was greatly appreciated since we were celebrating our anniversary! After we paid we went to valet to get the car and I ventured off to the dock to see the tarpon. I was greeted by an employee and he asked if I wanted to feed them - ummm yes !! So he brought out some gloves and cut up fish. It was an overall 100/10 experience. Our first time and wont be the last!

I went to Billy's Stone Crab last night with friends, and we had a great experience. The atmosphere was nice and quiet—perfect for a relaxed dinner and good conversation. The food was excellent, and the service was truly outstanding from start to finish. The lobster bisque is a must-try—absolutely delicious. I called ahead of time to make a reservation from NY. They were able to accommodate our party of 9 on Christmas Eve. Our waitress was amazing. She was able to manage our large group by herself and was very kind. The food was delicious. Everyone at the table ordered something different but was able to share how delicious their food was. My wife and I got the seafood tower and it was the best seafood both of us have ever had! We are from the Midwest so our comparison options are limited. Well worth the price!

We love this place!! The food was EXCELLENT! Pricey but worth every penny! Service was a little slow but our waitress was great and very informative about the selection! We got the conch fritters, Steak with lobster tail, creamed spinach, and the key west with black grouper!! The water view is also beautiful....we would definetly go back again!!!!

We were visiting from NY, and had a party of 9. They were very accommodating with making reservations for us on Christmas Eve. The food was excellent, and service was even better. They have valet parking, so that was also helpful. The fried calamari appetizer was a large portion, so my kids were happy about that! I would definitely return if I'm in the area again.

I do not eat seafood, but my family does, so we went. I had the prime rib. It was steak house quality. My family loved the seafood/fish. But what I need to share is in regards to our server. I think his name was Gore. I never had a better server in my life. I actually said that to my wife the next day. If he can see this, he had to run out after us to give me my jacket this past Wednesday. Keep up the great work dude.

Not sure if they offer anything other than Valet but we did pull into the valet spot. There were also individuals who came on a boat and docked at the restaurant to eat. We came here close to when they opened on a Sunday and were offered several options, inside, outdoor patio or the dock little cabanas which we opted for. We were shown the seafood options on a tray and the pricing. We chose to get the side of Brussel Sprouts and the Half Seafood Tower. The Brussel Sprouts were nice and crispy and had a delicious bacon flavor with a bit of spice. Seafood Tower was amazing and Jason M was absolutely amazing. There were a handful of individuals who waited on us but Jason was personable, friendly and top tier service. He went above and beyond. Stone crabs, crab legs and shrimp were exceptional and the oysters had a good flavor. I didnt love the crab meat and the lobster was a smidge overcooked but they replaced it with no issues. There were also individuals who came on a boat and docked at the restaurant to eat. Beautiful spot for a weekend afternoon, I definitely recommend and would come back!

Great atmosphere, great service, great food! Key lime butter comes with the bread! I highly recommend the lobster ravioli, wedge salad, creamed spinach! Of course the crab is fresh and fantastic. We got the large and the medium are just as good. They’ll show you what they’ve got and what the different sizes look like. The brussel sprouts are delicious if you love honey! We made the reservation at 6 pm. And got there right before the sun goes down.The restaurant has 2 floors. The first floor is a small bar, and there are a lot of seafood options you can choose. If you are seafood lovers, you definitely come to the right place. The server is very top-notch, and the food and drinks come out very fast. Also, the portion is very big, so we kinda ordered to share everything. The oysters are very fresh and also the food. The view and ambient are magnificent. Love the desserts. Kinda pricey, but it was worth it.

This place blew my mind. I never in my life ate at such a great establishment. The stone crab has been a little bit of a dream of mine since I started watching food review videos years ago, and I finally got to try them. Just the medium sized claws are all you need to get a great taste. I also ordered the new york strip , which was a little undersalted, but not complaining at all. Our server was tentative, very sharply dressed, and very knowledgeable about all the selections on the menu. First and foremost – Our server BRANDON was one hell of an entertainer – simply the best server I have had in a long time. Dinner here was like seafood heaven to me – Boy I had a feast. From the seafood tower, to the lobster roll, to the blackened scallops – I can’t begin to express how much I enjoyed dinner here. I visited here with some family member and we had a blast. We were seated inside by the window – over looking the water! What a view! Yes you pay a pretty penny! BUT IT IS WORTH IT. The best dockside dining in Hollywood FL! Our experience was extraordinary! The service, atmosphere and menu offerings are gracious and professional yet so friendly and welcoming. Our server Jason is the best! After an exceptional dinner of grouper, crab, shrimp, and the Brussels sprouts we were treated to a very special experience - they brought us gloves and bowls to feed the tarpon circling the dock. This is a spot in Hollywood, Florida, with amazing views of the Intracoastal Waterway. You can sit inside or outside near the water. Never been here but always wanted to try. Came here with a friend for the Stone Crab season. The waiter comes by with a platter of seafood and meat selections. I felt the stone crabs 🦀 were a bit frozen previously. They were so cold to touch and eat. I felt they lacked freshness, especially given the prices for the all-you-can-eat options. The service was good, as were the drinks & the potato dish, and the oysters we ordered as a side. It's only valet parking for $10. So plan accordingly. Reservations are recommended

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5 Stars — A Memorable Meal, With Room to Improve Visited Billy’s Stone Crab for the first time while attending a work conference, and overall it was a very enjoyable dining experience. We arrived on a busy night, and the restaurant clearly had a full house — which speaks to its popularity — but it also showed in the service. Our server was friendly and welcoming, yet the pacing of the meal felt uneven. Our appetizer arrived immediately, which was great, but then there was a long wait before the entrees came out. During that lull, water glasses stayed empty longer than they should have, and we needed to flag down staff a couple of times for refills and additional drinks. The food, however, was the star of the evening. The smoked fish appetizer was the best surprise of the meal — a standout that set high expectations. For mains, we sampled the signature stone crab, a rich lobster bisque, and the Bretone Grouper — sautéed with mushrooms, shallots, capers, crab meat, and jumbo shrimp in a lemon-butter and white-wine sauce. Each dish was flavorful and generously portioned, with the grouper in particular showcasing a lovely balance of textures and seasonings. In summary, Billy’s Stone Crab delivers excellent seafood with strong flavors and thoughtful preparations, but service flow on a very busy evening lagged just enough to impact the overall experience. With slightly better attention to pacing and refills, this could easily be a 5-star outing. Would recommend for seafood lovers — especially the smoked fish and stone crab.

A restaurant with breathtaking views and mouthwatering seafood! We were a group of 5, we sat outside and enjoyed watching the boats pass by during sunset! Calamari was the best I’ve ever had! Cooked perfectly! The sweet chili and peanut combo worked well together. Fish dip was amazing. Blackened shrimp were very dry, as to be expected. Clam chowder was not our favorite. Room for improvement. Wedge salad was not our favorite. Room for improvement. Overall a wonderful dinning experience. Highly recommend a reservation! We will be back to try more of the menu! Thank you for a wonderful dinner!

Was recommended Billy’s, was satisfied with the meal and service. Arrived at 7:30 sat promptly on deck. Screens were lowered and heaters were running. Food was good, not great. We had 2 seafood samplers. I ordered soup and salad (only one at the table) and they brought me both at one time after seafood appetizers were served and removed. Would return but my expectations would be lower. I heard it’s better than joes, I’m not convinced yet

I made a reservation and asked for a table for 1 along the water and was told they had an opening at 5 or 9, so I took the 5:00. It was perfect and beautiful right on the intercoastal. I asked to open the shade slightly as the sun didn't bother me and I wanted the clear view. I ordered the combo platter which was $40. It came with oysters, shrimp, lobster tail and stone crab. Everything was very good except for the lobster tail. It was tiny, maybe 3 oz if that, and incredibly tough. It tasted like it had been cooked 3 times over. It was seriously nearly inedible. I really should have said something as the only reason I ate it was because I paid for it.... yikes. For this type of a restaurant I was surprised how awful it was. That aside, everything else was very nice. I also ordered a side of the hashbrowns as I had read a previous review how good they were. They were deliciously crispy!! Very yummy with the onions. I did feel slightly rushed and would have enjoyed taking my time enjoying the view, but I understand there were other reservations coming in I'm sure. It was a busy Friday night. The mustard sauce was great of course. Butter might have been nice for the tail. I spent $64 before the tip which was reasonable.

We arrived at Billy’s Stone Crab a little early due to a time zone mix-up on my part, but the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. A gentleman greeted us warmly, let us choose our table, and even got us drinks before the restaurant officially opened—truly a great first impression. Once the restaurant opened and our server changed, the experience became a bit more uneven. Simone, our new waiter, wasn’t nearly as attentive. He passed our table several times without checking in, and my wife’s water glass sat empty for much of the meal. It was a noticeable difference compared to the warm welcome we received when we first arrived. That said, the stone crab itself was the clear highlight—fresh, flavorful, and everything we hoped it would be for our first time trying it. The calamari was also solid, but the conch soup felt underwhelming and lacked flavor. The dinner salad had several pieces of wilted or soggy lettuce, which didn’t quite live up to the rest of the meal. If we were just rating the crab and the first server’s hospitality, this would be a five-star review. We’d definitely come back for the stone crab, but hope for a more consistently attentive service next time.

Food Incredibly Good!!. Service Amazing... But it was Too Dark - I Could Not See My Food... I Had to Use my Phone Light to see what i was eating..

Such a wonderful experience. This place serves the best seafood I tried in my life. We ordered half of normal one for 4 people and it worked perfect. I recommend sitting next to the water so you can see all the yatchs. About the prices, I do not think it’s a place to go more than once, almost 60 dollars per person. And as a tip, the desserts are not worth it, it’s clear that they do it better in the main plate.

Food was excellent with large portions! We ordered the seafood combination (fried but done nicely) the seafood Alfredo and stone crab claws. Great, fun waiters but very pricey. Be ready to spend $50 to $70 per person plus the tip. We sat inside in the wine room but we should have sat outside on the water.

This was my second time here. I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed my first time more than the second time and the reason? The waiter! We had an amazing waiter named 'Z', the first time. I don't know who we had the second time... It just seemed he wasn't that interested once he knew we weren't there for the stone crabs... 🤷🏿‍♀️ Anyway, I'll just request Z the next time to ensure we have a dynamic experience! Nonetheless, the food was good, but what's good food without a good experience to accommodate it? Anyways, I'll still go back again!

We made a reservation in advance, and our table was ready by 8:30, just as expected. The food was delicious, featuring fresh seafood with plenty of options. I believe that anything you try here is good. There are two downsides to the place, but they won’t stop me from returning. First, it can get quite noisy when the restaurant is full, making it difficult to hear the person at your table. They could easily address this issue by installing acoustic panels to reduce the noise. My partner and I had to speak loudly to hear each other. Hence my 4 stars under "atmosphere" The second downside, which is unusual for an upscale establishment, is that at 10 p.m., the valet parking staff comes to your table to hand you your car keys as their shift ends. This felt a bit off. When the waiter welcomes you, he brings a large tray showcasing all the five-star options available and explains each dish and its price. It is a bit too "auction-like" for my taste, but ok 😎 Overall, the food is delicious, the service is excellent, and the view is fantastic if you're seated by the window. This restaurant is definitely on my list of places to return to! I 100% recommend it. We spent USD 170 (tip and tax included) for two people.

My wife and I tried Billys Staone Crab on our recent trip to Florida. Great waterfront eating experience. Food was OK, I'd call it more of a tourist attraction than a really good fine dining restaurant. Stone Crab and King Crab legs were extremely over priced. If you want a full king Crab, plan on spending $300. If you want to try their seafood tower that they are known for, another $300. Food way overpriced for the value. If you want to say you've been there, go for it but if you want to spend a couple hundred and have a really good meal, there are better choices.

We were excited to visit Billy's Stone crab Restaurant. However. Food was not up to my expectations. Steak was dry, lobster not tasty at all. If you're looking to sit outside to enjoy the view. Do not order Brussels sprouts. You will have 1000 🪰 flies all over your food. We have to go inside to be able to eat. This place smells bad . I'm not happy at all !!!! Ballet parking guy was nice.

The break down in my stars say it all. The food was, fine…. The lobster Mac was not good. Their burrata appetizer was good. Their Brussels weren’t crispy but the flavor was great. Everything else was just fine. I will say the sweet butter they bring out with the bread didn’t go with the bread well. Service was good, not great, but good. I had to interact with Mangement and the manager was very nice. You clearly go to this place for the atmosphere.

I will start this out by starting I love seafood, love unique restaurants so I will say my expectations where set high for this place with all the talk in the town about this spot. I will say the food was ok, not great or exceptional by any means. 2 orders of soups came out cold and had to go back one main dish was ice cold and had to go back. The main the did not even bother to make a new one and simply warmed it up and brought it back out making it not even edible for being cooked twice. Best part no manger came over to see what happened, they charged for everything and did not offer to comp any of the food. Now for a high end restaurant with waiters that have on suits & black gloves you would think dished would be put down in front of you…. Nope I got a here you go 3x and handed my plate in my hands to put down on the table while I had to shuffle things around. I am not a picky person and have always offered to help a waitress or waitress to put something down but to have a “here you go” for all my dishes well this place should not be a high end restaurant selling $500+ seafood towers. Waiter was a very nice guy I will say that. Honestly not an establishment I will be going back to eat. I you love bread and some crazy tasty honey butter, this was by far the best I have ever had and truthfully the best part of the meal. If you don’t mind being upsold and pushed to get more than what you need than this is your spot. You will need to know how to say NO, I am from NY so this was easy. Yes I live in FL now. Suggestion to management: please have your staff be more attentive to the table, clean dishes away, don’t hand plates to the people sitting at the table and when things keep going back to the kitchen I would think and manager would at a minimum walk over to the table to apologize and see what could be done. Even when we told the waiter what was wrong, no apologies just picked up the plates and took them away. Extremely disappointing for such a beautiful restaurant.

We used to really enjoy this restaurant. For us, it’s not just about the food — the atmosphere and service matter just as much. But during our recent visit, we were rushed out 40 minutes before closing time, which felt very unwelcoming. Thanks to my wife for checking the bill — a 20% tip was already included, which brought our total to nearly $200. I left feeling disappointed. What happened to this place we used to love?

Initially, I must commend the exceptional service provided by our server. Their demeanor was exceedingly courteous and their knowledge of the menu was impressive. However, there are certain aspects that I found troubling. For instance, I ordered the ribeye bone-in. The price listed on your website was $70, yet on the menu, it was marked as MP, which turned out to be $100. Money is not a concern for me, as I am fortunate enough to be financially stable. What truly perturbed me was the lack of consideration shown by the multiple employees at the server station. While my wife and I were dining, their loud conversations and laughter disrupted our meal. It is imperative that your staff understand the importance of maintaining a quiet and respectful environment for all guests.

Sadly did not meet my expectations according to reviews… food was ok at best. My lobster tail tasted quite fishy, Greek salad topped with way too many onions and the steak was bland. Furthermore we’re we’re suprised to discover that the indoor dining room was closed due to construction.

Flipped coin between GGs (recommended by locals) & here - food average even if the steak was cooked properly. Photo attached was second attempt after waiting 20mins in between first one & this, rare to med rare at best - center was very cool. First one so well done no flavor, Dry & minimal pink color. Sever very nice, took it off the bill at least but overall very disappointing service. $125 for cheapest bottle of red wine, potatoes, a salad & small lobster tail that my wife ordered. Wouldn’t go back.

Food is great. But service was horrible. Staff not trained properly. For instance, we had ordered salads and soup. Dinner came and table had not been cleared. We had no room on our table. Food servers said that was the busboy’s job and they weren’t doing their job properly. Soup for one person came out 15 minutes before other people’s salads. We had to ask numerous times for drinks, even when our glasses were sitting empty for lengthy periods of time. At their price point, you’d expect better service. Probably not going back.

Came for dinner with wife and I haven’t been here in a year. Service is always fantastic. But food quality? Not the same. Ordered the burrata caprese, and burrata is supposed to be creamy inside and this burrata was like semi frozen cream cheese. Not very good at all. I expect burrata to be creamy and a tad watery. Then I ordered fettuccine Alfredo and the sauce was very thick and bland. But the side order of sweet potato fries is what truly disappointed me and was surprised that it even came out the way it did. Photo will be provided. But they were burnt. Not sure how something goes out this way and no one had the common sense to return it. That did it for me. I’ll be looking for somewhere else to spend my money.

Love the food here but unfortunately this is the second time I have a negative experience with the valet. They are extremely condescending and affect the experience from the moment you walk in. Billy’s needs to look into changing management on this end of business. I will continue to go to Billy’s For their amazing food and service but would rather park on street parking 5 blocks away than ever give the valet my business ever again. I’m actually extremely disgusted by the whole experience.

The hospitality was extremely disappointing. We sat at the bar for drinks, and the bartender with tattoos appeared annoyed by our presence. Another bartender did serve us and was pleasant initially, but after delivering our drinks, she did not check back in. Instead, she sat on a step stool and remained on her phone the entire time. We had planned to have dinner at the bar, but the lack of attentiveness and engagement changed our plans. Several staff members were on their phones nearby and openly discussing personal matters, which created an unprofessional atmosphere. I would not recommend sitting at the bar. The service was the worst I’ve experienced.
