One of the best Burger Kings I’ve been in. The place is so clean and the food was hot and good. And I cannot forget to mention Crystal, she greeted us with a cheerful smile and took our order. This Burger King location from the past 6 Months I've been going here has been Top Notch. Whoever the Manager is for this location is doing a great job. Big shout out to her! Food= Fresh & Hot, Service= Amazing, Atmosphere= Clean Environment. People need to realize without good Management there would not be a "Good" Burger King or any restaurant period. Burger King has the best breakfast deal around. The 2 for $5 (or the 2 for $6) biscuit or croissant sandwiches. And the milkshakes are always good, especially the strawberry.
All things considered I love this BK branch. Occasionally the order gets confused but that happens everywhere. I find that the manager really goes above and beyond and works equally hard alongside her staff. I could go to Hallandale or Sterling as I am in the middle of them all but I go here especially because of her! Besides which if we don’t use them we lose them and I really like our neighborhood Burger King.
The seats in the hall are designed for children, it is impossible for a normal person to sit down.

Can’t rate anything because I didn’t get anything lost my appetite waiting from them to come on the drive thru smelling the dumpster when I drove around the store they where all standing around I had waited for over 15 minutes from the time I pulled up until I left. 15 minutes no other cars in front of me.
Food was cold and not fresh. The customized burger I received was cold. Obviously they had one sitting back there and just took off the toppings. I asked for fresh onion rings instead of fries and I never tasted tasteless onion rings from BK until now. They also were old and cold. Probably won't come back here for a dinner meal.
Paying attention to what a person specifies would be nice. If I asked for oinion rings but you give me cold fries yet you put the onion ring sauce in the bag then someone definitely wasn't paying attention 🤔

We ate here and the hamburger was nice but surprisingly you have to pay extra if you want vegetables on the hamburger 🍔 I don't know if this it's an standard thing but isn't in Europe. While we were there the drink machine didn't have any cero free lemonade it was disappointing

Well I have never been there physically but I have ordered from this place before. I am talking about 2018 it was the best Burger King I didn’t need to ask or specify anything. I don’t know if is the same owner. But if you order from here just know you are not going to get utensils or napkins or the sauce that you pay extra for. They just don’t care anymore. So the atmosphere I gave a 1 who’s the manager. I call and they don’t pick up the phone because I knew I wasn’t going to get my money’s worth but it was the cheapest out there. What happened to this place that had the best service and food. I literally threw out my fish sandwich was that really fish it was disgusting. And the fact of it all that uber does not care if your food tastes like crap . They don’t have live reps they don’t care if you get food poisoning they tell you call the merchant and rate them like if you’re dumb. But I am not going to take out food from my garbage. But don’t buy the fish sandwich at all . And the good is cold to the touch . No napkins no sauce and I pay for extra and did not get them . If you have a car make sure to check your bag before leaving. Because today I paid for a horrible meal and uber doesn’t care . And Burger King at this location did not pick up the phone.
Well to start off with the first time I download the app for Burger King the store is not far from my home at all finally get the order we order a Whopper with cheese and onion rings in place of the fries and the chocolate milkshake in place of the soda. when I order comes I noticed there's no drink and I asked the driver where's our drink at he says, I don't know that's what they gave me - turns out in the bag was two Whoppers with cheese one with onion rings and one with french fries no drink so that means the next person he goes to deliver to get 2 drinks and no meal no food then I tried to call the Burger King that's listed all over the internet/website and all the recordings say it's no service how do I fix this problem? is it that I just don't go to that store anymore because we quit going to that store that location for almost a year because of the problems the service the attitudes the drive through walking in at the counter hearing arguments from the employees yelling at people at the drive-thru and then we finally go back again but order through the app and still it's not correct still disappointed I'd rather just try McDonald's out and delete Burger King app completely. What's a damn shame is I've read the reviews on this store and it's ALL BAD. What a waste of property having this Burger King there. Just my opinion.
The worst branch of Burger King.. The employees' treatment is bad. The service is bad. They kept me for half an hour without receiving the order. After checking, it turned out that I did not have an order at all. After that, the employee put my order next to the cashier and left.. When I asked her, she said I put it in front of you, don't you see?? This treatment is very bad and I will never return to this branch

Food is never prepared on time. Staff are unfriendly and personal calls are more important. I was being helped and she walked away for a personal call In addition, I almost received refried had browns. AWFUL EXPERIENCE OVERALL. I was charged 13.90 for 2bags of ice and given medium sodas when I requested large. I was charged for the 2 large sodas though. The total was supposed to be 8.52. I tried to get the difference back and the manage Mary tried to charge me 5.33 more. She said it had to go back on the debit card. It's apparent the store on Hollywood Blvd in Hollywood Florida is AWFUL.
NIce and quick drive through service BUT Ms. Sierra who took my order also gave me my coffee; I asked her for the creme and sugar that is always provided in a small paper bag and she totally IGNORED me. In the past week I've had the pleasure of submitting 5 star reviews for two different burger kings. That will not happen this time. 7 employees standing around looking lost. Wrong orders, giving small drink cups no matter what size was paid for. Old fries under heat lamp. There is no one that can lead them out of their confusion ? I let them keep two stars because the cleanliness was decent and there is free parking. Some Bks get it and some Bks just dont.
while the restaurant itself was clean, after eating here with my partner the both of us got very sick afterwards. not to mention the employees were extremely unwelcoming and kept staring at me like i was from another planet whenever i went up to the registers
Drive thru service needs to be improved. I waited at the speaker for about 4 minutes with no greeting. Then when I pulled up the window I was told they were busy and I needed to drive back around to place my order. I left without ordering food. Someone there needs to be an ex Chick-fil-a worker to train the others in customer service.
I don’t review fast food places usually but I felt like I had to review this place because not only was the food subpar, but the service was as well. There was only a few people were working the FOH and the attitude that was displayed was. Just seemed like they didn’t care. I had to wait until my food was prepared for my drink cup, even after trying to get the cashiers attention multiple times. When I received the fries they were cold and the burger was so so. The only thing that was really good was the Hershey pie, which is kinda hard to mess up considering they are pre made and in a box. Don’t go here unless it’s you’re only choice.

Came to the door at 6:14pm and was told the dining room was closed and I had to go through the drive thru. Even though there was someone sitting in the dining room when I arrived. This is ridiculous and makes absolutely no sense that the dining room would be closed to customers this early with more than 3 workers just standing there. Atleast 1 in the back. It was not busy at all. I will call to speak to management tomorrow.
Thursday 11/09/23. 2:30pm. Looby is closed. I went to the window to buy my lunch. Manager said wait, I'll be right with you after the next car but she kept taking orders from the drive thru. Finally after 5 cars passed I was able to order. Why is the lobby closed? Why does she keep me waiting while other customers sitting comfortably in their cars are being taken care of?
Idk what’s so hard about making food or reading simple directions buts it’s very hard for the people that work here apparently. Nobody elevator goes up that works here. Can’t even bag food right .
They was very rude. I went there in the evening. I was the only person in the line. I waited patiently. I ask the manager. Is anybody taking orders she said yes me. She said it like she didn't want to take my order. I watch everybody walk around not interested in taking orders. My thing is if you don't want to work. Don't come in. Visited this Burger King plenty of times and always bad service with long wait times both indoors and drive through. Drive through girl usually has an attitude and almost always forgets part of my order. Sucks when you realize after your home just to drive all the way back and be told they don’t believe you. This place needs new management.
I was in a rush and went drive thru. Everytime I've been here, the employees are in an overwhelming daze. But today took the cake. I go to pay with tap, she has to take my phone to the register in the front instead of the drive thru register. I asked for coke zero. She forgot it. I ask for bbq for my nuggets, I get ketchup.....like am I missing something here?
I have been calling this place for over an hour the phone number doesn’t work . You can’t reach anyone. They send you the wrong things . But you have to take it because Uber doesn’t give a damn is a third party. They deliver my food or keep it again Uber doesn’t give a damn. So as you employees are underpaid don’t take it out on us .
I always preferred Burger King over any burger fast food place. This day I got a sweet tooth for a vanilla shake and a Hershey’s chocolate pie, so I ordered and paid online. I did before this option without any issues at different place. “Go to the drive through and pick it up”. However, this time I was asked to get out of my vehicle and go to the store to pick it up and on the top of this I have to wait for over 20 minutes to get them. Not a good experience.
Arrived at the drive thru. Had to say “ Hello” twice after waiting for someone to take my order finally placed an order at 11:03 am in the drive thru. Drove up paid. Guy gives me my Diet Coke. Was asked to park in a space they will bring the rest of the order to me. No one comes out for 20 minutes. I then get out of my car and go into the building and they haven’t even started my order. There were only 2 people ahead of me when I arrived. I tell them I’m late for work now. The shift manager says “why didn’t I say I was going to be late” and I’m like “why do I need to tell you that ? My order should have been ready within 5 minutes. She said they were “changing shifts” which has absolutely no concern for me whatsoever. There needs to be better communication with customers and time management between the associates to process a drive thru order in an efficient time frame. I finally received my order at 11:37 am. 34 minutes after I placed it. Drove 5 minutes to my work and I was late arriving there. Get to my desk and Finally able to eat my impossible burger. Fries were cold. Drink was watered down after waiting so long. Ugh. I will never go there again and I advise everyone to do the same. It’s definitely not worth your time. Substandard food, horrible service. If there was a negative star rating to give them I would.
I just left this location. The attendant/cashier was very rude. I announced myself three times at the order booth with no response. With it being late I assumed orders were being taken at the window. When I arrived at the window, I was verbally assaulted for not waiting until she responded. To add insult to injury, she insisted I drive back around to place the order…I was the only person there, and she is the only person I could see working from where I was. Her tone and lack of customer service was senseless. I spoke to a resident in the area and he mentioned she always has a nasty attitude with customers and that’s why hardly anyone goes to this location anymore.
This is for Burger King corporate. TRAIN YOUR STAFF! Everyone looked like they didn't know what was going on, no sense of urgency. and everyone doing the same thing instead of delegating tasks. I felt bad for the manager. I know this is just fast food and minimum paying job but have some pride in what you're doing. Highly disappointing.
I don't understand how this place stays in business. I pull up, no body is in the drive thru yet I have to sit there 10 mins before someone takes my order. Then when the food arrives, it's just microwaved garbage. Nothing fresh. It's like they make everything hours before and microwave it to order. I won't be wasting my time or money here anymore.

Worst Burger King I have been too. Rude people. I asked that I wanted a diet coke with my order and I was told they don't carry any diet products. I said WHAT!!!! I had to take regular soda instead. Disgusting service!!! Today 11/29/24 we ordered sandwiches through the app and have been waiting for them for more than 20 minutes! All the visitors who personally approach the cash register and came later have already received their sandwiches and ate them... when asked where my order is, the employee looks at the monitor and is silent. Is it such a joke? My order is on the monitor... I won't come to this restaurant again. Shame on you!
The old black woman named Carol ignored me at first glance and I had to raise my voice several hundred decibels repeating the phrase "excuse me" to get her attention. She obviously, due to her demeanor and rude attitude did not want to give me my order and purposefully got it wrong several times to annoy me. All I asked for was a vanilla cup with chocolate syrup on top. At first she made the vanilla cup in a cone WITH syrup and made it look like a mess, then when I asked for a remake, she lied and said there was no syrup and so I asked for a general manager. She ignored me, said that she, herself, was the general manager and threatened to call the police. I noticed a Hispanic lady was giving orders and called out to her. It turns out that the Hispanic woman was the general manager. However, when I told the general manager, Mehri what happened, she gaslights me and tells me that the black woman at the counter, Carol, would never act in such a way. The whole crew needs to be replaced because they all ignored me when I asked for the General manager.
The worst service and in some cases the shift changes the front desk workers, in this case a tall tatooed lady is so rude, the lobby full of clients and a her actitud were so unprofessional, there were some kids at the lobby and she was screaming at the employees as such as the uber drivers were waiting for pick up, the girl in the table very slow and also with but actitud making the food, everything dirty and mess.it is a really shame.
I was so pissed off last night I went to this Burgerking and I ordered a number one cut in half with cheese and I didn’t receive anything. I ordered it. The sandwich was disgusting. Everything was falling out into the paper and they forgot my sandwich and I had to turn around and go back after I turned around and went back. They told me to park I parked and it was some little kids that was on a bike. She gave my food to one of the little boys to bring on the bike to my car, this little kid doesn’t even work for the Burger.King Two piece nugget one was in the bag by time I got home and I asked her for two wraps and it looks like she rung me up and I didn’t even receive the other two that I paid for now I’m trying to call the store for a refund and your store phone is not working. Been going here for 30 years. But all it takes is ONE Bad Experience to Lose a loyal customer. After Long hard day of work I order a Chicken sandwich to take home and I got a BRICK HARD Burnt To a Crisp Totally Unedible Sandwich.... Gave it to my Dog and he Walked away from it. DONE with This Location. Who ever the Crew was on 7/24/2024 at 10:42 PM should never be allowed near a kitchen. I Ain't Kidding That Chicken was BRICK HARD and Burnt! 🤮🤮🤮🤮
I witnessed the manager turn a 12 year old boy down when he asked for water in this HOT Florida weather. It was until the boy asked for water for the 2nd time when someone from the line decided to pay for a cup of water for the boy. I’m a Hollywood City employee and I don’t agree with how she handled the situation.
Terrible service, I do not recommend coming here. It’s horribly slow, and no one can explain when my order will be ready. Awful place. The wait for the order is over 25 minutes, and people who arrived later are getting their orders first!!!
I warn you about this place, the staff is rude and will flick you off because they sadly have hired some neanderthals in place of people who are grateful to have work during a recession. Slowest staff at drive thru, I'm surprised they're in business. It usually doesn't bother me but today they put a different lady at the window and she literally had no manners. Came in last week for breakfast at 10:20. There was 3 people in front of me. They served everyone breakfast. I reached counter at 10:28 and when I started to order breakfast she said Breakfast is over. The cooked was ranting if I wanted breakfast she would have to make more eggs so it would be a wait. Ok! I ordered lunch and coffee. No coffee I’ll have to make it and bring it to you. Half way I went up for my coffee-it’s not ready-OK! I’m done eating and ask for my coffee-she never made coffee and I watch her start it. No management in charge of customer service. I watched another customer get their money back because no one made the order and a drive up customer come in with the wrong order. They weren’t busy. Plus side the decor is nice and the lady cleaning seating area smiled and was pleasant-she is your Star employee.
Worst BK everytime I go there (3times in the past yr) they mess up. Today the fries are so disgusting they really need maintain the greese, i ordered 3 fries only received 2. The chicken sandwich was so crispy you could barely chew it. And on top of all that the managers standing there flirting with a customer rather than actually work and managing obviously. Another Burger King that needs to be visited by corporate. It’s as if they are doing the world a favor for being open. Personally, I lost my appetite after my experience here. The food was cold. I waited 15 minutes for a mobile order, and to compensate I was offered fries. Wendy’s DEFINITELY has one up on this brand when it comes to service. Very bad and mean. Every time I come around 10:30, 11, they say “we are only taking cash orders”, then, we ordered, and said “we can’t do a Texas double whopper, we can just do a Texas whopper” and it’s the same thing, they just have to add one slice more of meat. And when we were done with what she wanted we to order. At 11:00 pm tonight. She said: “my manager said we are no longer taking orders”. They played with us basically. And they’re not respecting the schedule showed on google maps. This is not the first time.
Came today at 6am because online it says it was open. There was employees inside . They were serving the drive thru . But when I tried to go inside there door was lock . Why would you guys say you open at 6am if you guys don’t . That false advertisement. They were just standing around in the store so I don’t understand why it was such a problem to serve us but definitely calling corporate might as well just shut down
My son is Autistic and I picked him up from dad's for a breather. I ask him what he wanted to eat, he said BK. He ordered on the kiosk and ordered mozzarella fries, cookies and a value drink. I ordered a Viking sundae from the How to train a Dragon food options. So after waiting about 5 mins and telling my son to listen for his name for his food (which the manager and the cashier heard me tell him) the manager comes and said "there's no mozzarella sticks" if you know autistic children you know when they have they're mind on something that's it's hard to change it. I convince him to get chicken fries, I tell the manager. She comes back after a couple mins with the chicken fries and just places them on the counter and walks away. She heard the convo between my son and she couldn't even say his name for the order. An order which was incomplete. When I asked for my sundae the drive thru girl that was wandering in the front asks super rudely "what's her order" like if I wanted something free or was trying to scam her. I finally got my sundae and the nicer front cashier tells me they dont have the right cups for the sundae. So basically im paying this company to make food I have to order on a kiosks, for them not to have the items I order (due to poor management) which they are promoting for a movie and a side of rudeness. No wonder these restaurants are closing and we gladly pay higher prices for better service because this experience not only for me but for my son sucked.
Do not come here at night. Came on Tuesday April 29th at 11pm because I was craving an origin chicken sandwich with cheese, since this is the closest Bk by my house. Placed an order on the app, and went to pick up. The Trans person working there at night was so rude, I honestly wanted to leave the food and leave. Looked at me like what do you want, and when I told them I was picking up food they rolled their eyes, slammed the window, and went to prepare the food. Like, do they really hire anybody to work at these places? Do they not screen atleast for attitude and customer service experience at all?
My worst customer service has been by Marry the manager of the place, in my order there was a problem with the hamburger I ordered, I respectfully went to ask for her change and Marry did not want to do it, I had to insist several times, until in a rude way she yelled at one of the workers to tell me, there is only hopper burger if she doesn't want that she doesn't leave, I don't change anything (the hamburger I ordered the combo was worth 15, the hoper combo was worth 9.50) I didn't agree, in a derogatory and rude way in the same way she gave me the hopper and not the one I asked for. Apart from this I saw in all that moment how he treated the employees badly, he yelled at them and you could see the fear they had of him, even one of the same employees
Who dat tripping over a bike need to be fired. It wasnt crowded. Next imma have to leave my wheelchair outside. Petty. The olny thing you doing now is losing money im never coming hear most of my orders are 20+ times that by 52 weeks now subtract it now im boycotting BK
I was knocking on the door just trying to get the missing item from me food, not really trying to bother them but what got me annoyed is this girl see me hears me and ignores me for 5 minutes straight I have to walk to the drive-through standing for a long time being pregnant, this is honestly the worst service I have received. This girl has black short hair, curly hair , Hispanic, skin color white, was wearing black leggings and the Burger King shirt with the hat. She could have honestly just point the window instead of ignoring me. This shouldn't happen to anyone and even a pregnant person, the other lady there was really nice and sweet help me with everything. 10:35 Thursday Fed 1, I will be reaching the company.

Just came back from Burger King and one of the employees who works at the cash register had the nerve to express how she felt telling my dad how he eats there every day, making a joke out of it then, when I confronted her, she started making a disturbance in the restaurant. We didn’t come there to be harassed in mimic.
Never come back to this place . It was 9:50Pm . There door already close I was walking my dog with my two kids and husband because i literally live across the street. So I approached the drive thru window and asked if they could sell me something First they said no because I didn't have the car with me. Then the other girl said "she is Spanish" and I said "I understand what you’re saying " that for me was disrespectful because she just assume that by my looks then another lady said I can sell to her just because she is with the kids but not a big order, I told her okay. Then she said "you know what ? a car is coming and I can't sell to her." In fact, there wasn't a car coming. They just refused me service because I was walking and didn't have the car with me. What a lack of values and empathy.
They were very rude and disrespectful. Upon returning and trying them again, after years... I regretted it. The owner is a joke. Corporate just gave her my phone number and address... What are they trying to get me jumped? The owner was rude to all of us. She yelled at us. Made fun of two separate people in line before me. Yelled at and bullied a small child after my order. Got my order wrong twice and just gave me whatever she wanted. Then they openly mocked a disabled man in front of us all. She called some kid obnoxious and kept clicking her teeth at the mother of the child and rolling her eyes. The disrespect has escalated. She yelled at a man and stole 2 dollars from him because he asked for a Whopper and small fries. She decided to charge him for the medium meal, then say "it is only 5 cents more." Then, in the snidest way, she told him to get napkins and go... A man with cancer asked for something else. She went off on him. I kept saying sorry the whole time I ordered. People were walking out to avoid them.
