Review: 10/10 Would Recommend First off, major props to this spot for holding it down right next to a chain pizza joint. That alone deserves respect. It's my first time here, and I came in curious. I ordered three slices: cheese, pepperoni, and sausage with ricotta. I started with the cheese slice. At first bite, I’m thinking, “Okay, this is just a regular ol’ cheese pizza. Nothing special.” I’m critiquing the sauce—too this, too that—but halfway through, something hit me. Suddenly, my taste buds are just overwhelmed with something I can only describe as amor casero—homemade love. The flavor snuck up on me and completely flipped my expectations. Simple, classic, and full of soul. Then I opened my other box: sausage with ricotta and pepperoni. I didn’t know which one to eat first, so my brain made the only logical decision—folded them over each other like a pizza sandwich... and then folded that in half. Bro. Let me tell you, that right there was a mandingo of a pizza. Pro tip: grab a side of ranch. Dip it, pour it, whatever fits your vibe. But trust me—do it. This place? Fire. Thank you. Ten out of ten. Would absolutely recommend to a friend.

Had a Friend in town and he was in the mood for a slice of pizza. So I thought what better place to take him to to try out. JoJo's NY Style Pizza is always fresh, I read one of the other reviews where they said JoJo's cheese is not real. I'm not from Italy, nor NY so I don't know. But I can tell one thing, compared to other places I've been to JoJo's Pizza is a lot better than Casola's in Miami. They are the only ones who give you the "BIG SLICE" btw the pictures I posted is of the 30" inch pizza. The few times a year that I’ll have a slice of pizza, JoJo’s is where I want to go. Truly the largest and most delicious slice in the entire world!! Even better than Italy!!

I’ve been going to this place for at least nine years and in Hollywood a lot of the good pizza places have died out or sold out Like Morrows in Young Circle to name one that I know specifically people will remember, but JoJo has remained a staple in the neighborhood. The prices of course I’ve had to fluctuate with The times, but never in an excessive way, and the faces are always familiar. The taste is always spectacular and it’s something that you know you can always come home to. Plus, the milkshakes are actually milkshakes not vanilla with chocolate syrup. I’m talking chocolate ice cream for a chocolate milkshake and strawberry ice cream for a strawberry milkshake now that’s what I’m talking about.

I've been coming here for years. The food is always the bomb. Even if they make a mistake, if you're agitated but calm about it. They"ll fix it. It is take out only though. So try not to stand in the middle of the doorway, be annoying , and eat. The place gets busy fast.

Ordered a Lrg Pepperoni online added Spinach & Pineapple. Live 3 mins away picked up hott & fresh. The pizza was surprisingly deelish! omg the crust alone is mouth watering. Needless to say, I ate the whole pie alone in 20.6 mins lol. I think the prices are a bit much.

To all my native New Yorkers this is the spot if you are in Florida! When I tell you this will remind you for NY I mean it. There portions are HUGE I ordered for lunch and didn’t expect it to be this big. This is not a spot I will always order from and I highly recommend!

The pizza here is just like New York and I'm saying this being somebody from New York they have it by the slice they're not kidding they have great variations like Hawaiian and the The Price is right. And today was my first time coming and they treated me like a king they gave me a hat with the logo on it that's really catchy and they gave me an excellent price on my first Hawaiian pizza. An entire 20-in pie for less than $25 it's a steal the real deal.

Finally tried this pizza spot and I was absolutely happy I did. Great great pizza. I ordered an xl white pizza and 3 garlic rolls. After getting to meet Francisco and speaking to him for a little while he went ahead and added a couple more garlic roll to my order, free of charge, and just because he’s a good guy. I will def be coming back as this is now my new favorite pizza spot. Thanks for the great pizza and the great service!

The meat lovers Stromboli and supreme calzone was huge, and absolutely delicious. Each could easily serve 2 or 3 people. The Caesar salad was large enough for 2 or more people as well. It was fresh and had large shavings of Parm not bitty shreds. The cannoli was not soggy and had wonderful flavor! Overall it was a great takeout experience. My only slight negative was the sliced bell pepper in the calzone was raw rather than cooked but that absolutely will not deter me from ordering it again. For the above mentioned dinner we paid $69.

I'm from New York, and I've been feeling kind of homesick. This spot has been up the street from me for the last few years, and I never heard about it. I tried it today, and the food is incredible and amazing. It reminds me so much of New York, and the customer service was incredible. If you're looking for that New York style cheesy pizza with large slices, this spot is for you.

When they first told me that I was paying $16 for two slices of pepperoni pizza and two cans of soda I thought they were crazy. Fast forward this was one of the best and biggest slices of pizza I've had in South Florida... Not only is this slice twice the size of its nearest competitor... But it is actually thin crispy and delicious... If you're from New York, then you know what I'm talking about!

My first visit here I had the hot honey chicken wings!! My goodnesss!!!! Taste amazing!!! Fair price and the best part, chicken is thick! A lot of meat on the bone. Aside from that, the customer service is welcoming, the workers there makes you feel like family. Thank you to Francisco for your amazing service. Last but not least, the WAIT IS NOT LONG!! The pizza slice is friggin huge and is pretty good. The crust is thin and foldable, like you expect NY style pizza. We had it door-dashed, so i have no review of the restaurant. We did only got one of the two drinks we ordered and see the pizza place as partially responsible. We also ordered a slice of Tiramisu, which was middle of the road.

A bit pricey even can sodas but that's the world now... however pizza slice size are huge and flavorful. definitely reminds me of nyc pizza. The place is small no spots to sit down or hang out fyi

Pizza was great, but the woman who took my order was rude. It was my first time there, all I saw were boxes when I walked in so I politely asked if they sell slices. She sarcastically said “I don’t know do we” and I said “excuse me?” Then she pointed over the pizza that was on the other side of the boxes which were obstructing the view. A simple “yes we sell slices” would’ve been nice… I was so confused at the response and she just kept laughing.. definitely pissed me off.

I just moved into the neighborhood and was excited to find a nearby reliable NY style spot. Unfortunately the driver from ubereats stole 2 of the 3 items I paid for so I only received the pie that I ordered. I called the restaurant since Uber was siding with their driver (despite my having ring footage of driver only delivering one item.) The store explained they took a photo of what they gave driver - which was in fact my full order that I never received- and instructed me to take it up with uber. I never got refunded from uber and I never got the rest of my food but I did get a heaping dose of terrible customer service and will avoid spending my money here moving forward as a result. The pie I received was good - can’t speak for the quality of my stolen items but I can tell when a place doesn’t care about your business and treats you like every other tourist even if you just bought a house .2 miles from the establishment. NY style pizza isn’t hard to find, good service is.

We ordered this one night, the cheese rolls were terrible. We threw out 5 of the 6. The pizza was meh, bacon, pepperoni and mushrooms..which were diced. We ended up throwing out half of the pizza.

Always come here for great pizza and since earlier this year everyone only speaks Spanish and doesn't have the car or time to speak with the customer. They want to sell you a slice of pizza that sits on the counter for however long, not heated or covered.Hopefully the owner will read this and reach out to change this review. miss the good days when you can walk in and grab a fresh slice of pizza

The NY style pizza slices are huge!!! Its a bit tight inside. The young lady by the register gave me someone else's slices and didn't put my meatballs order in until they finally figured it out, took me a while to get my stuff. A bit hectic but the pizza was good and once again, huge slices. So, once I got home I opened up the meatball and pasta dish, it came with 3 garlic breads which were a bit burned but it didn't bother me at all. What really got to me was that there were NO MEATBALLS AT ALL, just pasta and sauce. I'll never go back since it was a madhouse and they couldn't get their stuff together and made me wait too long. many pizza spots nearby with better service and attention to detail, there is no place to sit, all is to go.

Placed 2 orders. They made the first order and claimed they didn't receive the 2nd order and said they would start making it now. We waited an additional 40 mins while the other order just sat in the car. No sorry, no nothing. Don't trust this place! We will never be back.. The response from the owners says everything! 😂

Pizza was decent but don’t think you’re gonna drive up to this place and get a slice of pizza on the fly. The cashier at the front told me “your pizza will be ready in a couple minutes”. I only had an hour break from work. About 15 mins later I see the guy in the back just start to make the pizza. And I’m not talking about throwing the slice into the over. I mean, he was literally making an entire pizza, opening the dough, putting the cheese and everything. To make a long story short, it took me about 25 minutes just to get one slice of pizza. Not the vibe.

We ordered pizza late night, we skip over plenty of pizza places in the area and decided to give Jo Jo a chance. This is what the pizza looked like. Half ham half pepperoni. The pizza doe is flavorless in my opinion and the amount of pepperoni is sad. I was definitely expecting a better pizza for $20. Best pizza in town? Ehh idk about that.

Tonight im so shocked and very upset. People work hard for thier money. I placed an order for over $31 incuding tip. Its sad when you placed your order and you had to wait over 30 mins and than see a message stating ( delay resturant requested more time and your food looks like it wasn't even made from scratch. My food looked heated up. Like so what was the wait for ? The cheese even looks old. Now I see why people dont tip or want to put thier hard working money in to places so easily, becase people really dont care. So I wont ever order for them. I rather experience paying $31 knowing that my food is going to look fresh especially after delay on an order you requested more time on.

I’m disappointed. Their garlic rolls are dry and burnt. I came all the way from Miami to be highly disappointed. Then the lasagna is more cheese and very little noodles. For $15.00 I am very upset. My appetite is destroyed. I will stick to Eastside Pizza in Miami. No stars if I could.

Food is always amazing but the service today was horrible! We have been coming here for quite some time and never had we had an experience like today. My boyfriend and I had ordered some food about 15 minutes in advance. When we walked in they were not busy, there was no one else there, and there was food ready in the corner on top of the oven clear to see. We paid and tipped and were happy to wait if they were busy but they weren't. The lady who was running the register after taking our payment proceeded to then go on her phone until a coworker came up to pay for something. Once the coworker paid she then went back on her phone! It wasn’t until 10 minutes later after I finally asked her if the food that had been in the corner from the start was ours l. Her response was to laugh and once she saw we were a bit annoyed she didn’t look at it once, she then yell at us that she was “sorry she was too busy.” While she was on her phone the whole time we waited! If I never asked who knows when she would have even looked up off her phone. I love the food but we will not be returning solely because of the rude service over their own incompetence and mistake. She could have just simply apologized but instead yelled at us the whole way out of the door. To the point other people even asked what happened before going in. Detouring business away. All of this over not seeing an order.

The cashier is the rudest person in customer service that I have ever met. Only go here if you want to deal with a cashier who will yell at you for her mess up even though you tipped her over 20% for just putting the order in. We threw our pizza away because we were worried she did something it. Highly reccomend getting a DiGiorno pizza and playing it safe. No point in chancing someone poisoning the pizza.

Saw this place on TikTok and looked very appealing. Paid $42 for the worst food I’ve had in my life! The pizza was undercooked and made me want to vomit. The wings were overcooked with BBQ sauce squirted on it. The garlic rolls were burnt and horrible. No one in my house would eat it.

Last week I came in and asked for a medium pie with vegan cheese and it was great. Just today, I asked for the same exact pie, but they put dairy cheese on the pizza. I order vegan cheese because my sister is allergic to dairy. She had an allergic reaction and I had to call the ambulance. She got swollen and she could not breathe. I went back to Jojo’s once she got discharged from the hospital to let them know what happened and asked for the right cheese on the pizza in exchange for their mistake. The owner refused to replace the pizza and also refused a refund claiming they no longer serve vegan cheese on pizzas. The owner said “he didn’t want to deal with it”. The cashier I ordered the pizza with never told me they no longer make pizza with vegan cheese. This is bad business. I’ve ordered from them many times, never again.
