The young girl working today was super sweet looked exhausted but still kept up great customer service when me and my husband came in. She was busy and worked through it well and at a good pace we didn’t have to wait very long. We had a great conversation with her and the place was super clean. I will be coming back to this location again!
Very friendly staff tonight! Saturday the 10th night shift. I need to get better at paying attention to names. They were both great, worked together, conversational with me. Nice to see that! I think we all get in a hurry and have very unrealistic expectations of service at places we also expect to be budget friendly. Anyway, great service thank you both! Sandwich was great!

On Wednesday 2/26/25 @1:45 pm I enter subway to order me some food while taking a quick break. I notice how only 1 person was preparing the order behind the counter. As busy as she was she still did a GREAT job with the rushband making everyone food. Jobs was being order through the app and people steady coming through the door. She was Awesome!!!! Fast and still.made our sandwich look fresh and taste good. I honestly want to hire her for my business myself. She's worth every dollar! Anyone that can handle a rush like that by herself and still provide great services...... i take my hat off bc i would have just lock the door until i was able to catch up. Anyways whoever that young lady in there were i salute u. I will be coming back when i have more time and hopefully its not so busy so that i can offer my helping hand for a new opportunity. Hard workers like that are hard to find!

The girl was on her phone the entire time - on speaker. She was not friendly, did not pack the hot sub separate from the cold sub like I asked. The tuna sub was a mess and the bread was hard and stale. 90% chance we will travel out of our way to go to a different subway from now on.

Ordered online to pick up 3 subs. Im so done with this location. The bread on my tuna (untoasted) was not day old, but tasted week old, dry, crumbling, discolored. Why is it prices go up but quality goes down? We are just going to prepare more meals at home, even in a hurry or busy day, Im sure we could whip up something better than this

Ordered from here tonight and will NOT be making that mistake again #30 The Beast arrived smashed, the 2 sauces were puton way too thick It was a complete nightmare to eat. #18 The Ultimate B.M.T.® I got a mouth full of spinach stems and then another of a banana pepper top with stem It was completely falling apart There was absolutely ZERO care taken with this order.
The whole experience was trash. The customer service was lacking. You can't see them make you're food anymore. The guy making the food had zero customer service skills. He was making the food and working the cash register even though there was another employee there. The small amounts of meat on the subs is ridiculous considering the prices. The veggies all looked old as well. The lettuce was starting to brown too. Over all I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Go to a different subway or go somewhere else all together.
I don’t understand how you mess up a sandwich so badly, I ordered a Spicy nacho STEAK sandwich with the new bread. 1st off they gave me chicken, not sure how you made that mistake cause it’s 2 completely different meats, then they gave me a really stale and burnt Italian bread which is also the wrong bread. Thank god I got a refund but whoever’s working there needs a reading lesson or something cause there’s no way you can confuse the 2 meats THAT badly
Went there for lunch today. Horrible experience. I walk in and there is a young girl complaining to her partner about things in the store cussing up a storm. So I place an order and long story short the guy asked her how to ring me out because I ordered the sub of the day. So she tells me it's 3 extra dollars for the foot long and I acknowledge by saying yup no problem. She starts repeating me and talking smack. Your place is dead and this is how your sale is treated? I'll be suprised if this place is here a year from now!
Why is the first portion of the sub prep area covered up? You can't see the sub made from start to finish- are you hiding something? I have never seen this before. The subs were terrible- where was the meat? I wish I would have taken a picture. I will never go to this location again.
I literally had the worse customer service at this location at 4pm Jan 10th 2026. I’ve been in here one other time and an older Caucasian woman couldn’t have been ruder. In both instances.
My husband waited 20 min just to order 2 6 inch subs but one person working she was making 5 on line orders with 3 people waiting in front of him. So we never got subs because it was 7:30 pm!
Terrible service one employee on the clock during lunch hour lobby full of people no motivation whatsoever slow paced unreal..better off going to Publix for subs next door!
Subs were a mess! Bread was hard and split down the back of the sub. Service was VERY slow, they were doing prep work while making our subs. Not the first time it has been like this, thought it was just a one off. Nope 3 different times and 3 different works same thing.
Walked in a NO hi how are you welcome to subway. Approached the counter and still no hi how may I help you The girl was on her phone either talking to text or speaker. I said hi how are you today? Her response what kind of sandwich are you getting proceed to tell her and ask if I could get Mayo on the bread 1st. After putting ingredients on the sandwich I noticed the whole end of the bread was broken off and she was trying to keep the sandwich together. I asked if we could start over because bread breaking off in my opinion was dry. She started with another bread and literally scooped all the ingredients from the 1st bread to put on the second sandwich. I walked out . This was the 1st time in a LONG time we had come to this location. Did not get the girls name but I won't go back if she's at the counter. Maybe I'll try another day and time. We like to support our local restaurants in Deltona just didn't have a great experience this time unfortunately.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! First, the lady was taking her sweet time getting ready to take my order and talking like if there wasn't a whole line, then she proceeded to give a very nasty attitude and made the sandwiches with no care what so ever. We ordered a steak sandwich that had literally 4 pieces of meat, gave me one of my sandwiches wrong, and also dropped one of them since she was "in a rush". When we went to pay she was not focused and said she didn't charge us right and after we played she went and gave us someone else's receipt. 0/10 would not recommend this location. 1st and last time. Horrible service!!

The two female employees are extremely rude, no idea how they got hired. Food is flavorless and the bathroom and overall cleanliness is disgusting. I walk in and the blonde girl is yelling at an elderly couple. 0/10 do not come here.

I just came to this store to order a sub with my husband and he only had one customer and he asked if we were picking up so we said no sir we are ordering . His words were ugh Jesus Christ and started mumbling. So we left the store because of the bad service we just received. Ppl like that shouldn’t be working if they don’t like giving good customer service.
