This was my second visit and it was even better than it was the first time!! The food was hot and tasted GREAT!!! An employee by the name of Angie was amazing. She suggested the best sauce for my meal and checked in to make sure we were enjoying our meal. I brought along a friend and she loved it!

Usually a young crew, but always kind and respectful of guests. Food tastes good, comes out quickly, and they're extremely fast to fix any mistakes should it ever happen. Clean sauce bar, clean bathroom, clean restaurant.

This place was great. Awesome atmosphere, great customer service, and good food fast. I ordered the steak chimichanga and sampled the awesome variety of hot sauces. While I was in there I noticed there is a ton of celebrities that walk through them doors by the many pictures of them inside the restaurant. There is cool art painted everywhere. I will definitely be going back. Did I mention it was very affordable too..

Awesome service! Fast and friendly! Great place to get a quick lunch or sit back and relax while eating. If you want catering - they are great for that too! They will deliver the food, or you can pick it up (food comes in special bags that keep the food hot while transporting). Thumbs up!!!

Great experience with delicious food. Every person in the restaurant was nice and helpful. It's not the first time we've been here and we're going to keep coming back. The young lady who was the shift lead was excellent.

The food here is amazing and the staff is always really nice. I order delivery from here quite often and rarely is anything about the order wrong and when it is, it's something so minor that it's not even worth worrying about. I'm glad I don't work there because I would be constantly eating!

I love this place for Tex-Mex style food. I go out of my way to get here even though it's further away than other, similar restaurants. The staff are super friendly and the food is clean, fresh, and yummy! The hot-sauce bar is a blast! It's not a quiet place, though. If you like burritos, go on a Thursday; their Thursday burrito special can't be beat!

The staff was super friendly and helpful; they even ran to the door to hold it open for us. They have over 10 sauces to put on their already fresh, seasoned chips, each with a list of their ingredients. They also have a sauce u must sign a waiver for. I got a burrito bowl and queso, and both were great. Food was fresh, fast, flavorful, and filling.

Best place for lunch. I have been there multiple times and tried almost every thing on their menu. Their hot sauce bar is pretty good with a wide selection. They have generous portions of food with quick service.

This is my favorite Tijuana location. The customer service here is impeccable. They don’t miss a single thing. The servers are beyond attentive. The food is great and the atmosphere is great. Met the manager (Charles) and he’s doing a phenomenal job running things! 10/10

Great mexican food. A ton of hot sauce options. I love the Megajuana option. Double the meat! They have great options, from bowls to salads to tacos to burritos. Friendly staff, reasonably priced, very commjnity minded. It is fast casual but the taste is superb!!

The food and service are great. They have this offer on Thursdays where you get a Tijuana Burrito, chips and drink for $5.99 and you can change the burrito for a bowl.

The food’s really good there. Just make sure that you order a large salsa because if you don’t when you get home, you’ll regret it. It doesn’t come with your meal. You get the chips, but you don’t get the salsa. Make sure you order salsa or queso.

I had a chicken burrito bowl and enjoyed it very much. You order at the counter, pay, then add sauces from a wide variety of choices. They call your name when your meal is ready. I went with a large group and we had an enjoyable experience.

I go here a lot and they always seem to be very organized and helpful. Last night in particular, there was bit of order confusion, but a gentleman was extremely helpful in sorting it out for me. I didn't catch his name, but he was the only guy I saw speaking with customers on the evening of 4/9.

Out of town are here, googled around to find cheap good Mexican that was not owned by a chain. We were here from Utah where is common to find a chipotle, or Café Rio. This place is very casual, colorful and the burritos and chips and salsa that we got were super good. It is an interesting place very unique. They have their own different hot safe bar, I don't try any I felt the food was good without. But If you are into different hot sauces this may be fun for you.

Walking in I am always greeted kindly by the employees, ordering is easy and the food is amazing. I get the flautas with original chicken very good. And there is a manager, young guy, heavy set fella always getting us refills and opening the door for us on our way out. Great experience every time!

I visited Tijuana flats for some tex-mex fix. I ordered a chimichanga and made it a megajuana with everything on it. Very filling and I was pretty hungry. What I like about Tijuana flats is every tastes fresh. Their guacamole is made fresh. This chips are usually fresh as well. They have a hot sauce bar that lets you sample a variety of sauces ranging from mild to very spicy.

The employees were friendly. My food was delicious, I had the steak tostada with extra steak and the bangin chicken wings. I love all the choices at the sauce bar.

Tijuana Flats: Customer Service As Hot As Queso Today, I came in to order a basic chicken wrap and the staff was very attentive and accurate with my order. While dining, I asked a gentleman by the name of Brandon for a bag to put my chips and instead he gave me A WHOLE BAG OF CHIPS!!! Caught off guard by the amazing customer service. Glad you guys/gals can service us during these harsh times.

The place wasn’t very busy, so we hesitated at first, but everything was honestly delicious. The food was very fresh and well prepared.

After a rough day at the hospital, we came to grab some food before going home. We know the food is good already but Alex welcoming us with good energy and kindness made our night. He recommended items from the menu and let us sample something we were in the fence about. Great customer service!

The street corn, boy it's little lol. It's good I did like it. This was my first time having it. It's something I would order again. I ordered something I think it was the a layer dip. That was good . It's my new favorite dip. I tried for the first time there brownie. I recommend it. It was good.

The employees were very friendly, the service had the food on-time and their tacos (loved their fish tacos) are scrumptious.

The staff are very welcoming - always greets customers and usually will ask if a customer would like to see a printed menu before proceeding to the counter. If dining in, staff are attentive and the hot sauce bar is fantastic (still working my way through the many flavors). The food is yummy and everything is fresh. I gave 4 out of 5 stars due to the to-go order failures - be sure to double check your order before leaving, as the kitchen seems to consistently forgets to pack the fixings (lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, guacamole, etc.) or makes the order incorrectly. 🤷‍♀️

They said you had to purchase it separately. I was full after a few of these and asked for a take out box and shared with the hubby.

We needed to stop by to eat something before our flight. The staff was awesome, from taking our order, the timeliness of our meals coming out, to refilling our drinks when needed. We ordered the chips and guacamole which was huge. The bowl and burrito both hit the spot. For a quick lunch spot or if you are looking for something affordable, this is a good spot.

If it's Tuesday, you can't go wrong with Tijuana Flats. They have the dos tacos special, and the burrito bowls are really filling. The drinks and the margaritas are great. The customer service is always fantastic. Also, I live the new togo sauce cups with the attached lid (huge improvement).

It wasn't busy at the time that we went which was after 4pm. Service was fast and friendly and the order was correct. My partner always order flautas but they looked and tasted different he said. Very few people eating in, lots of to go orders being picked up.

If you like Mexican food eat here. If you ate Taco Bell million times. Stop eating Taco Bell and eat here. I had two soft tacos with everything but jalapenos. And some nacho chips with guacamole. Guacamole looks fresh and made on location. You can see in the pictures the chunks of avocado and tomato. I made my order for pickup, the wait on the phone was a little long but well worth it for such fresh food and excellent customer service. The employees are hard-working knowledgeable and always there to help. Please be sure to tip they deserve it. The only reason why I didn't get more stars was because I didn't get to sign in and try more of their delicious food. I love the decor

Stepping into this place feels like a trip back in time with its Tex-Mex vibe, 90s rock music, and black ceiling. Although there are a few too many tables that were mostly empty, the centerpiece is an impressive hot bar featuring 12 hot sauces that steal the show. The decor is busy but leans into its Hollywood roots with a full-wall poster of vacationing, lizards and the Hard Rock. Tatiana, the waitress, was friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming (she literally greets and says goodbye to everyone). The menu is lively and keeps it young and hip with playful, spicy-themed language and stickers. Tatiana recommended a “special “ of shrimp burrito, strawberry lemonade, and chips with guac for like $8 (13 with guac and tax) which arrived within five minutes, served on a tray with a Southern touch. The hot sauces really elevated the experience, with the ‘Smack My Ass and Call Me Sally’ jalapeño sauce packing the biggest punch. The chips were crispy, not fresh from the fryer but definitely not stale, with a peppery guacamole hinting at lime and balanced cilantro. The burrito itself was wrapped tightly, heavy on the rice but offset nicely by the sour cream. The grilled shrimp was flavorful, though unevenly distributed, as one half of the burrito held most of it. The corn tortilla was just right—soft but sturdy enough to hold everything together. I missed the salsa that usually adds a bit of wetness, but the sauces filled that gap well. As a bonus, my receipt included a survey with the incentive of a free taco. I appreciate the old-fashioned customer feedback

Lunch burrito with cooked well. Priced very decently. The customer service was very positive and frequent. Staffed stopped by to ensure that our drinks were full and that everything tasted well. I did utilize the restroom it was fairly clean, well stocked.

My husband and I have been coming here for a few years now, but within the last 2 years, it feels like this place has slowly gone downhill a little. My husband LOVED the chicken wings with the mango habanero sauce. Then we came in one day, and the staff told us that corporate had decided to remove the wings entirely from their menu! We used to come here every couple weeks for the wings alone, but since they took the wings off the menu, AND no longer sell the large bottles of 'Mofo'in Insane' hot sauce behind the counter that my husband loves (he is a hot sauce connoisseur and Tijuana Flats met his 'heat standards' that he couldn't find met anywhere else), we've been coming here significantly less. I still like their burrito bowl and taco salad, but truthfully you can get something like that at Chipotle in half the time spent waiting, especially if you order online for pickup. Now, the best thing we get here is the chips and queso. Also, we would always get a couple cups of their strawberry lemonade with our order. During our most recent visit, staff told us that the strawberry lemonade was now considered a 'premium drink', and they can only give out a small cup size of it with your order. They used to give out large cups of the lemonade! I mean, its lemonade! It's not like it's a watermelon mojito or anything special. It seems like corporate is making some extreme budget cuts, and it's also cut down on our enjoyment with coming here, sadly. It even looks like their hot sauce bar has shrunken significantly, as its now a little cart in the center of the dining room, instead of the 'bar' in the corner.

really boring tacos filled with sour cream and cheese didnt like the whole wheat tasting flour tortilla. chick soup was ok but lacking flavor. salsa not bad, generous portion of chips. didnt hit the spot any of it...nicr service tho

The vegan options are good,my wife didn't like the Baja fish street tacos they where not season well,the chicken flautas where good but the beef where better. Don't be afraid to try the sauces ,they lack taste tho

I ordered tacos to go. By the time I got home all three of the tacos could not be picked up as they would all fall apart due to the amount of grease from the meat soaking up the taco shell into mush. You have to devise a plan in order to rectify the situation at hand, that way when I get home I can actually pick up my taco and eat it. Maybe strain the fat out of the meat before serving, or put something first besides the meat like lettuce, then meat on top of it. Also get the stand up taco shells, they are way better!!!

Staff was unfriendly and forgot part of my order. My family was the only people in the restaurant and the staff acted irritated that we asked for sauce cups (the sauce bar was a mess, no cups and sweet chili sauce). The food tasted good but we just felt like we weren’t welcome. The bathroom was also a mess. The paper towel dispenser was hanging by a thread off the wall. The floor was covered in mess, and the trashcan was overflowing. This location is not their finest.

This is a nice place for teens and if you want a quick meal. Its colorful, clean, and staff is nice.

The service is impeccable and the atmosphere is really neat! I gave it 3 stars because the food continues to be mediocre and disappointing. The chips aren't really delicious and have a stale taste to them. The burrito was not wrapped properly (the wrap was very loose and came off). The churros fries weren't tasteful and the chocolate that came with it didn't work. It tasted like cheap dark chocolate syrup. The menu is very difficult to understand and vague. They place a lot of carbs everywhere even in the "salad" that's in a tortilla bowl. The margarita doesn't really taste like a margarita, but I'm willing to forgive that fact because it is strong and fruity which is great for the price! Overall, the price is good, but I wish the food was a lot better, as good as their wonderful staff. I hope this helps

Pretty unimpressive food. Came for lunch, wasn’t that busy and a lot of tables stayed dirty. The food came out fairly quick but the prob is the quality. Thee steak was skimp, and the quesadilla was soggy and limp. Hot bar is still good tho. But overall a pretty underwhelming experience with my lunch and overpriced on top of that for what it is. Server was friendly tho

This location needs a deep.cleaning. The smell is horrible. The pin pad is disgusting. Ants everywhere. The staff is very nice I do give them that and the food isn't bad. The chips are very salty. Definitely would rate it better if they would clean up.

First let me say that the two young ladies that assisted me were awesome, now that’s out of the way. We got what we ordered, but not how we ordered it. We paid for extra sour cream for her quesadillas, in which she didn’t get, they gave salsa in which she’s allergic to tomatoes. We ordered queso, again no queso, but salsa. I ordered the shrimp taco, in which I was completely upset and refused to eat. The shrimp were either precooked and returned to the grill to reheat, because when I bit into the taco, all I could taste were burnt shrimp, not grilled. Like I said they either were old and recooked or just burnt in prep, they were tough and just nasty, leaving an unpleasant taste in my mouth. The only good things were my sprite and her chocolate chip cookie. Nevertheless I’m traveling through, but will not stop at this location in the future. Again thank you to the ladies that were so polite at pickup.

Ordered wings to go and two of the wings didn’t have any meat on them. They also didn’t give me the queso. So I wasted over $15 for this horrible meal. Usually their wings are great. Super disappointed. Wasn’t about to drive all the way back when Sheridan street is closed down and it’s down pouring rain.

There is no table service. You have to order at the register and then they'll bring it to you. Which I was not informed of. I went and sat at a table thinking that somebody would come over bring me a menu and offer me something to drink. I sat there for quite some time and wasn't made aware of the fact that I had to order at the register. Nobody came out to tell me while the kitchen staff and wait staff said in the back talking amongst one another. I ordered a Modelo and The Keg Tapped Out. They tried to give me two-thirds of a beer and thought that would be okay. I ordered a chimichanga with no pico de gallo. So they brought out my food which consisted of bland shredded chicken and cheese. The trivia is supposed to be deep fried and crispy and it seemed that they put it in a panini press and wasn't crispy or browned at all. He gave me about 10 chips and brought out no salsa or anything to accompany the chip. Overall is not a very pleasant experience.

Quality of this place has dropped rapidly in the last few years in terms of both food and service. Used to love it, unfortunately it’s very dry food (chicken and shrimp at least). It’s just an overpriced fast food place at this point.

Took my son for lunch. Ordered a chicken burrito for myself. After a few bites realized I wasn't tasting much chicken. Called over the manager and I asked her "where's the chicken in my chicken burrito." She explained that they only put 3 ounces of chicken in the large burrito. I told her that was like a toddler portion and for a $10 burrito, I would like to have a reasonable amount of chicken. She politely remade the burrito and all was good. I do not like to be put in a situation where I have to argue over the portion of food. It is NOT the managers fault. I blame corporate. Likely will never return to any Tijuana Flats after this experience.

This restaurant is fine, I'd just say that it's securely below average. Bland, watery Mexican food that just has a bit too much salt and not much eye for texture. The people working there were really nice though. If you needed filling food but couldn't really handle things with flavor (feeling sick or something like that), this might be a good option.

What resturant serves you "DINE IN FOOD" and gives you plastic utensils on paper plates! You expect to enjoy your outing especially when it's about food. Manager says they won't change the TV channel...... no one is in here.... why won't you change the TV channel??

First was my first time and first impressions say a lot, having employees cursing in front of customer in the counter on their they off very disrespectful. The food wasn't flavored as other mexican restaurant I been. The Nachos carnitas meat smell bad. The employee that took my order she was nice. I won't come back again.

I'm shocked of the recent positive reviews of this location. We've been coming to T Flats for a while, and I've never been a huge fan of the chain (except for the hot sauce which is great). The food has always been meh to me, and I'd only really push to come on Tuesdays for Taco Tuesday or Thursday for the burrito deal. The food has really gone down hill in the last year or so. I equate it to cafeteria food. And it's not cheap (on non-specials days). For the same price or less you can eat at Lime (used to be bad, now they fixed themselves) or Zona Fresca. I honestly prefer the taste of Taco Bell (at 1/3 the price too) to the current T Flats. No flavor. Food is cold often. And then they took away all the photos and flare inside this location at least. Theres not even music playing. Its empty every time we go. It's dead. Has no atmosphere. The staff is always friendly though and the hot sauce remains awesome. Just saw the chain got bought again, so hopefully they fix it. Shocked it's still in business to be honest.

This place needs a lot of help cold food no wonder they were very slow find somebody's attention I will make it again that's their own solution why don't you fix the solution by fixing the the problem by cooking the food when it's ordered and right the frist time not on a steam table where it just gets cold on the top i filled out a survey heard nothing back from the store that should tell us something too would not recommend this place. Not looking for anything but hot food when you paid over 30 dollars for it.

I do not recommend ordering food online from here. I always used to come for lunch and get chimichangas that were a good portion. I decided to try again after some time and ordered the usual and it was a horribly smaller portion. I thought “oh maybe just a bad day” I’ve ordered 3 times and each time it’s just like the portions are getting worse. It is not worth ordering anymore especially with prices now.

First time at this location I ordered 2 beef tacos and got 1 complete and the second a cheese one. Not a good experience

2/17/2024 (2pm) Placed online order and received a call saying "obviously " we don't have black beans so you will not have any with your order. The online. Com site does not inform the customer of this. No heading or note in advance and no adjustments to the order for the missing item. No bueno. I really like this restaurant, the atmosphere, ambience and customer service is excellent. I just didn't like eating with a dog in the restaurant. I didn't see any indication that this was a service dog and I'm not sure if this is the norm here.

Their online system is a hot mess. Ordered a steak and beef burrito and it switched to vegetarian. Got home until I realized this which ruined my dinner. Guacamole also had too much lime in it. Don't recommend this location.

Visited this place and it was bland. Too much focus on ambiance and not enough on food. They have a sauce bar and none of the ones I tried were spicy.

It really bothers me when a product is made really cheap for maximum profits! Screw customer satisfaction. The tacos and burritos have a tiny ramekin of meat inside. It is cheap. Lots of lettuce, a little cheese. I asked how much it would cost for double meat and it's $3.90! It can't be more than 2oz. It's skimpy! If the owner responds, I'd like to know the weight used.) What's in there already is not worth $3.90! Some companies just don't care and they should give masks( to hide identities) and mirror sunglasses to employees as this is shameful cheap unsatisfying food sold without hospitality in their hearts. You don't lure me back because it sucks. EVEN on Tuesday and Thursday.

First of all, there is no service. You order at the cashier and they bring it to the table. It’s got to be the most “HORRIBLE SALSA” I’ve ever eaten!!! And being in South Florida there is no scarcity of Mexican restaurants. So salsa should be relatively easy. It is definitely easy to get good “SALSA” anywhere other than Tijuana Flats!!!!
