Ok it's a Burger King, so you already know the menu. The food was good, they got the order correct,and it is very clean. The worker at register was extremely helpful, saved me $3 by suggesting a special 2 for $10, instead of the way I placed my order. Very helpful.

My order was delicious, but the lady who took our order was AWESOME! Keisha you rock girl! Thank you for your kindness!

I Went to Burger King drive thru in Hooks Texas on my way home from work and I must say Shawna that’s in the drive through she is the best I’ve seen around lately. The young lady took the order was very nice & accommodating. I had 3 separate orders & she didn’t flinch at that. She repeated it all back & was very efficient She then had me pull up to the 2nd window where she took the money & gave us our food she was very nice & accommodating and had a big smile she was apologizing for the wait but I had to let her know it wasn’t a problem because she still had me ready to go within 3 min of me being at the window and the 2nd night I came she had my bag out the window before I even got pulled up and got my money out It was such a pleasant experience that I will go back to that store again and I hope she’s the one that serves me Employees at other stores could learn from this lady and the ones who made the food those 2 nights because I went on opening day around lunch and I swore I wasn’t coming back however I decided to give it another chance and I’m glad I did because Burger King is my favorite and I’m glad they opened close to my house. Keep up the good work you guys

Had taste for a Whataburger at 4am but was told at 5am the employees will be pleased to serve me a early morning Whopper....not too many Burger King stores would have done this & would tell you after breakfast we start cooking burgers.

I have been to several Burger King restaurants. Food is always good, but service is usually terrible. Not at this location! The order taker at the drive-thru was very polite. Didn't sound rushed or rude like in other places. When I pulled up to pick up my food, i was greeted by a super friendly lady who gave me my order with everything correct, asked me if I needed extra condiments and gave me a BK crown saying "don't forget your crown because at BK, you rule!" That that was cherry on top for me. She went above and beyond!

We order on the app all the time food is always hot and fresh when we pick it up however it seems to be short staffed like most FF establishments but it doesn’t bother me because it’s always hot.

I usually come by for a sausage biscuit in the morning and sometimes just iced coffee. The lady that works in the morning is so kind!! She's sweet and has manners and a smile. That's so rare nowadays. So many fast food places that you go to people are " that it? What else?" Attitudes, hatefulness, frowns, acting like giving you your food is the worst thing in the world. I understand people have bad days, even to the rude people I am always kind and say " thank you so much!" Or " have a good day!" Even if it bothers me, but this lady makes being kind pay off, she's what the world needs more of. ❤️

They lost a star because they forgot my fries. Ordering went smoothly, had to pull forward. My fries weren't really cold but they were really old. I don't mind being pulled up, but when I am everything should be fresh.

I went to the one in Headland, they are so slow. The young people they had working that night shift, most of them are rude and stand around laughing and talking instead of working. I sit so long in the line one night I left when to Hardee's across from them ordered, gotten my food left and the car that was in front of me at burger king had not moved. The owner needs to check his store at night.

Ordered BK Italian Crispy Sandwich. Received a crispy chicken sandwich. Had to wait 17 minutes on food. Completely understaffed.

they couldnt get an order or an order number right and when we tried to get the right things they yelled at us and didnt even give us the right orders at the end. we ended up leaving because we were waiting for almost an hour for the wrong food.

Purchased 2 Whoppers and fries on 10-09-2025. Within 1hour my wife and I were sick and upchucking everything. Will not be back and will not recommend this place

Ordered Ck King and was not impressed. Supposed to have tomatoe - Not! Chicken was bland - not really any seasoning at all! I felt like I wasted the calories and tossed it after a few small bites. Don't waste your money on this one.

I stood in the line .two people in front of me.. their orders were taken.. I get to register and literally stood there 12min never acknowledged ... A manager and 2 employees walked passed me made eye contact and didn't even bother to say a word to me..nor did the employee working register that took other two orders and walked away quickly on me... Not to mention the store was filthy and the bathroom stinks!

They came into our tiny neighborhood promising a 24/7 Burger King and Super Gas station. Instead, we got a regular BK that closes at 10pm (What kind of trash fast food place closes at 10pm in 2020 anyway?) and a supersized gas station with less than the average EZ Mart, that's closed half the night due to incompetent staff. Now this community has to deal with 5x the traffic, Lights that cover the neighborhood all night, and HORRIBLE music that you can hear from 5 blocks away.

worst drive thru. Took more than 10 min after pull up to the waiting area, then order foods missing. Didn't even say sorry when asked about missing items. (Ordered only 2 menu burgers)

This particular BK sucked as usual. Every other time I have come I always say it's the last time. But this is it! Not anything against BK in general, but this has to be their worst one!!!

I went thru the drive through. There were no cars ahead of me and none behind me. I was 1st told it would be 3 mins on the BK Big fish which was fine. Then someone behind the boy at the window said something he the boy said, "Oh, well, nevermind but could you go ahead and pull up to the white line?" I did. And I sat there for 12 minutes! I didn't want to go jn bc I had both of my dogs in the car but I went in and told them their 3 min wait has been 12 mins so far. They were ALL standing around talking. Not a single one was working and there were no other customers inside nor thru the drive thru during all this time. They found my order in the microwave!!!! I told them if I didn't have my dogs sitting in a hot car, I would make them remake my order. I should have just gotten my money back bc the food isn't worth eating. It's cold and soggy and on top of that, they didn't get the order right. I guess the little boy at the window thought it would funny to make someone want until they finally came in to get their order. Well, guess what? It wasn't funny and I hope when the manager sees this, something is actually done about it but I won't hold my breathe. I won't be back though, that's a fact. To the little girl who gave me 2 free pies, it was appreciated but sadly 2 pies doesn't make up for my only meal of a stressful, busy day being soggy and cold.

I asked how long my food had been sitting they’re and all the man and other girl could say was they were not sure Then girl tried to hand me me food which had been sitting there for almost an hour and wouldn’t even re make my cold food, and when I asked who I could contact to make a complaint they refused to give me the information and told I them I would come back the next day and ask!
