I don't go here but the service is bussin and the bathroom is always so clean. I love you go here, get a diet coke, 2 family fill ups, and destroy their bathroom with my massive bowel movements. But man that food bussin G HMMMMM YEAH 😶

My wife and thoroughly enjoyed our meal from here. The chicken and tenders were very tender. My wife loved the fries as well. Great all around.

I come here for work lunches every few weeks. The food is what you expect from KFC. The staff are fast and polite. Clean environment.

The staff is always friendly and the restaurant is always clean. They get the orders correct and they get your order ready fast.

I got the food for my son and he thoroughly enjoyed it. They even miscounted and gave him an extra piece of chicken.

Everyone needs some comfort food that's why KFC has been around for so many years. They have the best bisquits and Cole slaw.

This is one of the best KFCs. The chicken is always fresh. I dont think I can go to any other one now.

Just your average kfc, my favorite item on the menu is the spicy chicken sandwich (no pickles) or their biscuits.

The service was friendly, and i quickly received my meal. So yes, I recommend this location.

Almost a 20 minute wait between standing in line and receiving my food. The owner is most likely cheap and not willing to hire or work another employee on a sunday.

Brought Chicken and fries chicken was good fries were to salty had to return to make them do it over .

Just waited in line for 20 minutes behind 2 customers. Never got near being able to order. No staff=no service. Not the fault of the staff, they just need more help.

Its hit and miss here. Sometimes the chicken is hot and juicy, this time it was cold and dry.

Ordered 12 piece meal and large pop corn chicken, I get home and no popcorn chicken in the bag. Plus no receipt!

The location needs a deep cleaning. The self serve soad machine is gross and needs to be replaced. I would not use this machine If your care about your health.

The soda fountain is absolutely disgusting it's constantly leaking it looks like it's from the 1970s the stainless steel is stained and doesn't look like it's been cleaned

I'm not a fan of KFC so I may not be the best person to ask. Years ago, I would have sold my soul for a biscuit. Now they're awful. Floors were dirty. I could hear my sneakers sticking to some spots as I walked.

Crowded. I felt the person helping me was rude. When I asked for chicken wings and pptatoe wedge on a goocup I was told they haven't done that in 6 months when I have gotten them several times at other KFC not happy.

This is the worst kfc in Dutchess. No drive thru window which would spare you some of the pain of watching mopes struggle over preparing a fast food order. Honestly how hard is it to put chicken in a box? Its also very easy to predict human behavior ie people will want eat at dinner time. Maybe have some food ready and some people to serve it? You will end up walking out and going to Tokoharu. I warned you.

The chicken is small it looks like they only cook little chicken that are small sizes and dry. The 3 pieces for $8.99 are dark meat, if you want white meat it's additional $2 that's a rip off. Other KFC they give you a choice either white or dark meat. Do not go to Hopewell Junction is NOT WORTH IT.

Ordered a two piece all white meat meal and got a dried out chicken wing and I guess a piece of chicken that must’ve sat here all day long. I’m pretty sure the chicken is probably also born the same year I was. There’s no napkins at the tables no ketchup no nothing so you have to literally ask every time you want a new napkin.

Ordered delivery. One of the items was wrong. Another item was noticeably very old.

A large amount of food was missing from our order. We called and mentioned this and the employee was rude and stated “That’s odd because I am 100% sure I put that in there myself”. I replied with I am also 100% sure we didn’t receive it. He then stated he would have to check the cameras so I told him please do!!! After complaining and driving 30 minutes round trip with 3 kids they did give us the missing items only to have half our order cold. This KFC is in Hopewell Jct. there’s zero street crime here this isn’t the city. Not one person who lives here will tolerate being treated like a lying criminal for calling up and reporting items missing from an order we paid over $45 for. I hope the management does review the cameras for training purposes!!! When my wife finally got back the man who works here was rude and asked “so what is it you want”. We ordered a family meal with add ons. They left out an entire large side and instead of a bucket of chicken they gave us a small box meant for the individual meals. We were rudely challenged on this as if we were trying to scam them. I barely consider this food we only ever order here when we are busy and in a hurry. The last thing I would be doing is trying to get free garbage fast food like this.

Called the store, told them about it and asked to order it via the phone? "Sorry online only." What ever happened to politeness and making the customer happy? Guess we're getting Popeyes from now on 🤭

I would rate much higher if my kids were getting the items they wanted, or if they could choose a replacement for unavailable items. With the amount paid for grub hub, a complete order would really be nice.

What finally pushed us to never eat here again was the refusal to accept our mailed coupons. They were charging nearly double what the coupons advertised and it's just not worth it at all now. An 8 piece bucket with 2 sides is like $35 now. Not worth it at all at this point any more. The coupons were the only reason we ever stopped in anymore to begin with. Just buy fried chicken from your local grocery store at this point, it's a third of the price and tastes the same. It's really sad to see this franchise come to this after enjoying the food since I was a little kid. Also, I want to note, the cashier was nice and tried to explain everything. It's the franchise owner not allowing coupons anymore that's the problem.
