Gluten Free at the airport. How awesome was it to find out they cook with gluten free soy sauce and many of the appetizers and entrees are available as safe for celiacs and those sensitive to or avoiding gluten. Our first time here and we are impressed with the speed of service, the quality of the food and overall experience. Order right from the table or bar via an iPad, pay at the seat. Swipe stations for cards. Multiple outlets for charging phones and other devices. Definitely check them out if you are in Terminal D by Gate 10 when traveling. A definite repeat visit is in the works.

Upon entry to BamBam I was kindly greeted by the manager Carlos who gave me my menus and found the best seat in the house for me. He was constantly engaged with his team always looking to find ways to support all positions of his team. A true leader by example. Raven was my mixologist who made me the most delicious espresso martini-with Pantalones Reposado tequila and the perfect amount of sweetener. Other than my fabulous beverage, we had a great chat and she made me feel so welcome and cared for. Another member of the team, Liset also made herself available for any additional needs and meaningful conversation. She’s a hard worker who addresses any issues immediately. If you’re around terminal C, specifically C6 in Houston, don’t walk by this hidden gem. In any busy airport it is hard to find hidden gems where the people genuinely care about the customer. BamBam is made up of a fabulous team, a best practice for all restaurants in the Houston airport to benchmark themselves against. I will be back during my next trip to Houston.

Despite negative reviews my experience was good. Prices are high, but sushi was of good quality although the menu was quite limited. They have a deaf/mute sushi chef and he made sure I got my correct order when the runner accidentally grabbed the wrong dish. Food came quick.

It was delicious, we had the salt and pepper wings. Ruby C was our server and she was specially nice and attentive. We really enjoyed our food and will be coming again.

I only had rum punch Cocktail 🍸 , and it was so deliciously loaded with some fresh fruits and lime, just the way I like it 😋. The waiters and bartenders were very friendly and courteous. Food on other passenger plates looked and smelled tantalizing 😋🤭😍😆

Excellent. Very good Vietnamese food. The manager Bulent was very professional and yet friendly. Our server was very good too (sorry can’t remember her name). Will definitely return and recommend

This was so far the best restaurant I’ve ever been to while passing through the terminal. Bulgolgi fries were delicious! Along with avocado - salmon sushi and smoked brisket fried rice! Nice staff!

Cool little place for Vietnamese food. Also drinks. Pro tip: THEY DON'T TAKE CASH! You scan the QR code on your phone and it leads you to the website to order and pay. If you are sitting across the way from the main store they will deliver to you. A little pricey, but it's in an airport. What can you do?

Wait staff lovely and attentive. Cook staff are performing hygenically as I spy into the kitchen but food is overpriced and the bun on the Japanese chicken sandwich falls apart because they use such poor quality. Not the worst place i have eaten in an airport and I was allowed to sit unmolested for a long time. Also not a fan of having to tip before the food comes as its a prepay place similar to fast food but tipping expected. Waitress deserved it however.

Friendly energizing staff, quick food, great atmosphere, questionable eggs. This is a great place to stop for some breakfast eats that has comfortable seating, lively music, and pretty good food. The eggs taste like liquid or frozen eggs vs fresh eggs, but in a S and which or burrito they would probably be fine. The other food was good. You order at table through website and food comes out quickly. Prepare to pay airport prices.

This place is a good choice for something a little different if you're getting tired of big American meals. Nice mix of flavors and a funky online tablet based ordering system. Quick and helpful staff. Wide range of drinks available but no Sake! Bit pricey but quality meals deserve it. If you're from Sydney it's cheap!

Vietnamese style restaurant The price is on the expensive end even for airports. The shrimp fried rice I ordered cost almost 23 dollar, with tax and tip, it came to 28 dollar. The restaurant is almost self serve, you scan the QR code, order, pay then the waitress will bring the food to your table. The food portion is small, I have a small appetite and I barely feel full after the finishing the whole thing. With the price, the food quality, the food portion, the service all in consideration, I don’t think I will come back again.

Cool place with a nice vibe. Food was pretty good but nothing special. It’s a Chinese/Japanese place though. Nothing Vietnamese on the menu except maybe the wings. It’s good enough for 4 stars if it was not airport pricing. All in all, pretty good but I will still go to some of the other places instead

I got the Beef Pho and it was sooooo salty, it burned my mouth. And the noodles, which were a variant I liked, were waaay undercooked. It was not a good meal. The food looked amazing, just not good.

When we walked up, I didn’t notice any clear signage explaining the service setup (self-seating, limited table service). That’s fine, but it would’ve been helpful to know upfront, especially given the price point. I ordered the $20 vegetable fried rice. The portion was pretty small, and the snow peas were very undercooked with a raw, stringy texture. I ended up not eating about half of the dish because of that. Overall, it was just okay and not what I expected for the price. I wouldn't recommend but there's also not a lot of options in the terminal.

Poor value for cost, slow prep. This is the $28 salmon salad.

I almost never leave 1-star reviews...and our experience here was THAT bad. If I could leave 0-star or minus five stars, I would. Best parts about the experience? The beef brisket bowl was very tasty (although $31 before tax and tip), and we received some pretty good customer service from a young gentleman that appeared to be about 25 years old. He seemed happy to help and do the best that he could to help us have the best experience possible. However, the way the system and process are set up (as well as the unacceptable behavior of the manager) and the unacceptable missing items led me to never want to contribute again to this business. I have sent them feedback twice over the last couple days, and there has been no response at all. With other restaurants, when I offer feedback that is less than stellar, they usually reach out immediately to acknowledge receipt and to ask for more information and/or how they can make things right. No such efforts yet from this business, and I wouldn't be surprised if they respond to this review with a copy-and-paste invitation for me to offer more feedback (that they won't read and/or won't respond to). Worst parts about the experience? Clumsy ordering process that takes too long and requires usage of scanning a QR code to order through a web page. Our experience would have been much better had we been able to order through any of the humans working there, saving a lot of lost time and effort since the cell phone signal is horrible at that location and wi-fi was not reliable at all. The prices are extremely high for the little that we did receive. If I ran the place, I would cut the price point about 50% (even if that meant reducing the size of the portions. We were informed that the manager was intentionally withholding chocolate milk that we had ordered. Our flight had already started boarding, so I was not interested to wait around and spend any extra time to discuss this withholding by the manager. We did not discover until later that they had also withheld the edamame and miso soup we had ordered. Suggestions/warnings for you: -Be careful if you don't have much time and they quote that the order will only take 10 minutes to prepare...it may take much longer. -Be careful that they include everything that you order. -Be careful that they won't give you the quality or value that other (airport) restaurants will give you. If we had to do it over again, we would have tried any of the other airport restaurants nearby.

This is the worst restaurant I’ve ever been at airport. It is highly overpriced. Just a small bowl of Ramen which should not be over 10 bucks sells 20? The waitress did nothing and asked for tip with a default 18% even before the meal is served? This is a joke. I really should have read the most recent reviews more carefully

Who owns this place? Pork ramen was literally the worst ramen I've ever had in my life and it took almost 30 minutes to get it to my table. Taste more like won ton noddles the way it's so flavorless. It's the airport so I get the prices. But it's not ramen. I don't enjoy it and I'm not remotely full.

I was told the tip is already a mandatory 18%, which im pretty sure the waitress was not telling the truth. My food was burnt and told the waitress and nothing was done, but that she would show the chef. I would recommend to avoid this place. Food was cold, tastes burnt, and they just don't care but only want to use you for your money.

Our server was excellent—friendly and attentive—but unfortunately, the food was unacceptable. I paid nearly $70 for two chicken stir fry bowls, and the chicken in both dishes was still frozen in the middle. We returned the plates, but it appeared the chef was displeased about having to remake them. This experience was very disappointing, especially considering the price.

Rice is cold to the touch $32 for a chicken bowl, I should get fresh, at least hot rice.

This is the WORST restaurant I’ve ever been to. Very disappointing and overpriced. We got the vegan Thai ramen and shrimp sushi. The ramen tastes like watered down curry paste with mushy noodles and a few random veggies. Sushi is like grocery store sushi. Bland and disappointing food at inflated prices. Paid $83 Canadian for this food plus a beer. Only good thing was the service. Would never go back here and do not recommend.

Pretty disappointing when you’re at the airport and found an online description and menu offering Vietnamese Cajun cuisine. When you arrive it’s just “fusion” Asian food at a marked up price. There was no seafood options nor Cajun offerings. Opted for the wings and the fries. I should have known it wasn’t going to good when you arrive around dinner time and it’s completely empty. I should have stuck with my initial choice and gotten Panda Express. At least you know what you’re getting there.
