My first time at this restaurant was truly remarkable! I was greeted with a warm ambiance that set the tone for an unforgettable evening. Our waiter, Angie, was particularly wonderful; her kindness and attentiveness made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious, and the drinks complemented the meal perfectly. I couldn't help but notice the vibrant music playing in the background. It was an incredible experience that and I left with a smile on my face and a desire to return. I can’t wait to come back and explore more of the menu on my next visit!

This restaurant is also an authentic Salvadorian store which is very cool. I’ve gone a couple of times and the food is always fresh and delicious. I’m Salvadorian and I love the pupusas and Plato típico. My absolute favorite. I will come back again!

We came straight after our Documentary Premiere and were blessed with finding the most authentic, home-cooked, flavorful Salvadoran food ever!! Jason was remarkable. He made sure that we had everything we needed! We ate ALOT. I promise you that this is the restaurant you NEED to go to! 100/10

The pupusas are to die for, not literally but they are truly amazing. My friends and I drive across town just to eat here. You can’t beat $7.50 all you can eat papusas and drinks in Houston. They have many authentic dishes as well to choose from on the menu. The food has a great texture and it does not have a super heavy feeling like some food can have. They are good with their flavors and you can go wrong with the meats of choice they have. When I have a craving for papusas, and the time for a big meal and a nap, I usually end up here. La papusa gigante con queso y jalepenos es mi favorita. Good stuff. You must eat at this here if you are in Houston!

I was working in the area and hadn't had pupusas in a while. I had called them first to see if it's only a buffet. Luckily, it's a la carte now. Buffets are just not a good value for me. Beware, they play loud Christian music. They have a small grocery store within the restaurant where you can find all types of Salvadoran products. I wanted a fruit drink and asked to try the cantaloupe juice first. It was artificial and too sweet. I'm glad I didn't order it. I was appalled when I saw the price of the fruit salad drink. It's $7.99. Who do they think they are? I inquired if they have a small size. They don't. I wonder how many folks purchase it. This is a low-income area. I got down to business and ordered a cheese and loroco pupusa. It was of course served with curtido (cabbage) and a tomato sauce. The pupusa was good but I've had better. The sauce was watered down. I would probably go back to have a pupusa if I'm in the area. But it's not my favorite place to have them.

The food was great, really authentic Salvadoran cuisine, we tried about 5 dishes all of them have good flavor, and were on point, except for some dessert and food will try to prepare them less greasy! I’ll suggest more communication regarding the menu availability since there was confusion on few of them that we wanted to try out Yorleni, our waitress was very friendly and helpful, when that came to order our food she explained us and suggested us some dishes, we’ll come back again!

I am laughing at all the reviews I’m reading, the worst food preparation , if you ever taste good Salvadoran food you’ll never set a foot in this place. Good luck if you believe all the reviews, a good pupusa has body and consistency are thick and full of a combination of ingredients like pork, beans , cheese and don’t look like flat grease bad shaped tortillas.

This “Buffet” should be honest, because i thought it was a buffet of everything like the videos i saw, but it was just the pupusas. Everything is supper expensive and the worst part of this is that i got a quesadilla and it came with mold🤮. I’m very upset about this because me and my family thought we could at least enjoy our quesadilla. I’m super upset about this and never coming back.

I will definitely will not go back I came with my kids to try the buffet . The soup was nasty it tasted like the broth had been made days and the chicken was with no flavor the drinks they offer was way to sugary like if they had added way to much syrup and the pupusas where like pancakes thin and greasy. Before I even got the pupusas I had told the waitress that we where not staying we where going to go somewhere else and she went to speak to someone over the counter and that lady I believe told her that I was still going to be charge the pupusas because there where cooking . I told her that I was leaving she said I had to pay them . I was so upset because I got charge $27.00 And for pupusas the size of small pancakes and in top they ruined my kids lunch time with me. Spending $27.00 how in the world would I have money to go eat lunch with my kids somewhere else. They did not deserve $27.00 if you plan to try out this place please don't waist your time or money I regret coming to this place and if someone would of give me the hands up I would not have gone here.
