Great Food!
Bathroom was clean I did not feel grossed out, only issue is that they have no sprite. Very spacious and nice.
I ordered the giant pizza, 10 minutes it was done. I came in, said I'm here for a pick up and boom hot n ready for me.
This particular pizza buffet is clean great service and management kept the buffet full... Would go again
I love coming to this Cicis, they are under new management and you can tell the difference. Ms. Evelyn is very attentive and helpful.
The food was good. Just depends how long it’s been sitting out there, but I will recommend waiting for a fresh new pizza. I do wish they could provide more different pizzas for the public. Other than that great place for lunch and a buffet.
First time at this location on a Wednesday October afternoon (1ish). Not busy at all. Entrance is towards the back. Food was good and they had a good selection. I do mostly the salad bar, soup and a few slices of the jalapeño and veggie pizzas. They had sweet bread too that looked delish. Place was clean, restrooms too, although there was no mirror and no baby changing table. Kid videos were playing which is perfect for a family friendly establishment and music was decent- a variety of all genres.
Buffet is so good!!!! I love going to cicis. Luckily my family got there at a decent time because the tall lady with glasses that works there starting turning off the oven at 7:50pm when they close at 9!!! She even told someone that walked in she wasn’t going to make anymore pizza. Then when we left at 8:10 she locked the doors. Two people trying going inside but the door was already locked. Like I said great food but the lady was in a rush to leave and lost customers.
I see on the reviews alot of people complained about the manager or front cashier. Well I can see why but it didnt really bother me. My 7 year old son loves this place. We go here once a week. Always have to wait for pizza when we get there but that's ok cause its always fresh. They should close the game room though cause alot of the games never work and some that do will take your money.
Very disappointed in this trip out . I'm surprised that a restaurant that caters mostly to families doesn't have a changing table in the restrooms. I had to change my son in the car. The staff showed attitude when asked to clear a table that had been sitting vacant and dirty. When my husband asked for fresh cinnamon rolls he was told that they were fresh . We told them we had been there for about an hour and had not seen them replenished at all he was again met with attitude. When I went to serve myself a drink at least 3 of the flavors were out and just ran clear. My kids were so excited to go out to eat and left disappointed.
Not much to choose from but salad bar and custom personal pizzas makes up for it. For the personal pizzas, they don't toast the top much. If you want your toppings a little more cooked, you'll need to note that on your order form. Otherwise, it's a Cici's... a mediocre pizza buffet. It seems that staff friends tend to treat this place as a hangout spot but it's generally not crowded so it's not too bad. Floors are sticky.
I love the fresh pizza but it us ridicules to start clossing sections of the lobby at 8:30 on a Friday night. People coming in the door still trying to get a good time but guess what you have to huddle all the customers in one little section. IT'S FRIDAY FAMILIES WANT TO GO EAT OUT ON WEEKENDS WITH OUT FILLING YOUR GETTING RUSHED OUT 10 MINUTES AFTER COMING IN. Blocking the passage before even 9:00 not what I expected when I walked in.
It was 9:20 when I arrived. The cashier/manager was chewing food as he took my order. Gross, right? There was little to no type of selection of pizza. When I asked him (manger) if I could order a pizza.. he seemed annoyed as he ordered his staff to keep cleaning (I’m sure he was ready to go) he then directed me to order from another employee. He seemed annoyed that we were there and in a rush to get that restaurant closed. I failed to mention the child they had sitting in the back of the register playing with his tablet. (This is a place of business). When I asked him for desert he pointed to the TWO cinnamon rolls that were on the counter. I didn’t waste my breathe or reply. But never again on this shift for sure.
Bloody rude service they are very rude don’t listen to any customers. Says we don’t have change and gives racist remarks like color and skin think we don’t know English
If I could give this establishment a 0 star rating I would ! The food here wasn’t the best, there famous brownies was all out only for delivery which I decided to order when I received the box they were cold and tasted like cardboard turns out it had been sitting there for 4days the manager says he informed me but he never did he just lied to cover his self he seemed irritated about everything, my family will never come back to this place again !
As soon as I got there I waited 15 minutes in line to get attended even tho there wasn't anyone there and after they charged my child for an adult and the drink fountain didn't have ice and when I was getting my food I was struggling to cut the pizza because it wasn't cut properly and a worker came cuz she saw me struggling and she held the pizza in her hand and she said cut it with an attitude
The staff here is lazy. And they don’t know prepair the chicken noodle soup it’s watered down , definitely making pizza like the veggies are comming out of there paycheck. Was here an hour and non of the table are busted .
This location is very nasty . Bathroom smells , water barely comes out of the sink. Kids can’t play any of the games because the system is down. Until they fix things here go to a different location . They on 529 maybe is better .
Let me just say that I am a corpulant woman but that doesn't mean I would just eat anything. I feel as though google needs a negative star button because nothing about this establishment was good enough for a one star. The pizza was bland if this is what you call good pizza then Tony's pizza must taste like gourmet to you. The atmosphere was cold and gloomy. Their pizza looked like it had been sitting out since last year. Their salad wasn't too bad but again I came for pizza.
Horrible place! I order a 10 piece wings, the girl in the front said it would take 15 minutes. 25 minutes past my wings were on the back table. Finally got my wings, and they served me LITERALLY skin for one. I told the front girl about the issue. She responded very rudely, saying “I guess it will be another 15 mins for just one wing.” Very rude. And unprofessional
