Crust Pizza Company Houston Reviews
Very good! Came in with a few friends for a late dinner. Started with garlic knots. I had the chicken goat cheese salad. Friend had the chicken Alfredo. All good! Knots were super tasty and fresh. The place was clean. The staff was friendly. The prices were reasonable. I'd definitely say it's worth a stop!
The pizza is sooo good. My boys loved it didn't leave any leftovers for tomorrow. The customer service was great. The bus boys who constantly clean and come out to set your plates where super nice and respectful. Overall great experience
The thing I like about Crust Pizza is their consistency. My favorite items are their pizzas and calzones bonus points for cauliflower crust . This is a new spot with a huge outdoor seating area, television sets everywhere, kid play area and plenty of parking. I also like that it's located in a walkable area next to other shops and eateries.
I love Crust Pizza Houston for their quick service that doesn't compromise on taste. The thin-crust build-your-own personal size pizza with 10 toppings are $12 and delicious. It was perfect for 2 people. The restaurant is new, so it is impressively clean, and they have a lovely patio where you can enjoy your meal. TVs are located conveniently, so you don’t have to miss a game! We will come back on Wednesday for their wine deal.
Great experience at the new location of Crust Pizza Houston. Friendly staff and the service was excellent. The location was easy to find and the patio was perfect for a families with kids! Pizza was great and the wings were excellent! We live nearby and are so excited to have a walkable spot to go to.
The customer service at Crust Pizza Houston was top-notch, with friendly staff making us feel welcome. Our thin-crust pizza and pasta dishes were delicious, showcasing high food quality. The speed of service was impressive; our meals arrived promptly. Plus, the prices offered great value for money. The restaurant was clean and had a cozy ambiance, perfect for a casual dining experience.
We had a wonderful experience at Crust Pizza Houston. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making it a great place for families. The location was easy to find, with ample parking. The prices were reasonable, and the portions were generous, offering great value for money. Plus, the ingredients tasted incredibly fresh, making every bite delicious. We'll definitely be back!
We loved the food, the service and the atmosphere. The fountain sodas were an absolute pass, flavors were off big time with more of a seltzer forward taste. That was the only fail of the visit. We ordered two individual 12 inch pizzas, one margherita and one blanco. I opted for the stuffed crust on the blanco. My wife also grabbed spaghetti for our little one and a salad to start. Every single bite was delicious. The food not only looked great but tasted great. The pizza was super pleasing on the eye as well as the tastebuds. The toppings were so fresh like the basil, each bite was flavorful. I will definitely be visiting crust again soon, I'll just grab the sweet tea again instead of trying multiple soda fails.
Came here for the $12 lunch special and they had quite a variety of items to choose from. I got the pepperoni and sausage pizza and a meatball sandwich. The meatball sandwich came on a flatbread and was really good. The pizza was a good size and not too much sauce. My wife got the house salad and pizza combo. I would definitely recommend coming here.
Crust pizza is a winner in my book! I was looking for a new pizza place and decided to give Crust pizza a try after reading the reviews. I seen Crust Pizza had deals on Tuesday that I couldn’t pass up. I purchased two of the $10 pizza deals and the BYOP for $14. My kids are picky pizza eaters and they both enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently visited Crust Pizza Co. at The Heights, and I had a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the inviting atmosphere and friendly service. The food was delicious, and the drinks were awesome – an absolute treat! I want to give a special shout-out to Diego in the kitchen. His dedication and skill truly elevated my dining experience, and he deserves a raise and personal recognition from the manager and owner. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and a wonderful dining atmosphere. I can’t wait to come back.
The ambiance of the restaurant was quite pleasant. Although the pizza did not particularly suit my personal taste preferences, it was still a commendable culinary experience. Trying out different varieties of pizza is always an enjoyable endeavor, and I maintain an open-minded approach to savoring its diverse flavors. While I personally favor New York-style pizza, I acknowledge that this establishment caters to those who may not share my preference. The service provided was excellent, and I extend my best wishes for their continued success. Bon appétit.
Great place for family dinner or lunch. Love that they give the kids dough to play with. They really love it. Pizza is also great and their pasta too. They always have games in their TV’s and the outside area is really great for the kids as well. Great accessible location in the heights. Their Mr.Potato Head pizza is so good. Also recommend the Wyatt’s Barbecue and Madelyn’s Alfredo.
The interior has been re-done since the previous pizza restaurant in the same location. The renovated interior is no frills but that's ok. It seemed a little odd to order the pizza at the counter then drinks separately at the bar at the other side of the restaurant. The pizza menu & beer selection are both extensive & interesting. We ordered a build your own & the Hawaiian pizzas. The build your own was reasonably priced. I liked that it was one price & not charged by individual ingredients. The Hawaiian had the usual ingredients plus cranberries, cashews, & cheddar. Both pizzas were very good with a lot of fresh toppings. The only issue was the crust on both was thin & tasted good but was 3-4 minutes undercooked & not crispy enough. The service was ok. The pizza came quickly. We would definitely go back (& make sure to ask that they cook the pizza a little longer).
My experiences with Crust has been a roller coaster. I’ll start with the pizza, typically they are good and no complaints. But I once had a BBQ pizza that just had too much sauce and was very overpowering. It was hard to really enjoy that pizza. Today’s pizza, I had requested extra crispy and it wasn’t, also it was hard to pick up a slice with the pizza coming apart. But what drove me to write this review was the lack of understanding I received when picking up my pizza today… During my last pick up order they forgot a sauce that was ordered with 2 pizzas. When I noticed, I was already near my job and didn’t have time to turn back. I figured it’s only a $1 sauce why call and make a big fuss out of it. I’ve been going often so I’ll mention it next time. Today when I mentioned what happened during my last pick up to the girl, her response was negative and instead she said she couldn’t give it to because there’s no receipt. So now online orders hold no weight because there’s no paper receipt from the register? Instead of saying no, she should have called a manager and I’m sure that person would have had no issue giving me my $1 sauce that wasn’t given to me during my last visit. The person behind pizza bar came over and the sauce was given to me.. I would of never wrote this negative review had my experience today been better..
Went for the first time on a Sunday. The place was mostly empty and yet we waited for 40 minutes for our pizza to arrive. When I asked about it they said they had a new person training so sorry for the delay. When the pizza arrived the olives were sparse and in one half of the pizza only. Furthermore, the pizza was cut into odd squares which made the middle pieces hard to eat without a fork and knife. The pizza flavor itself was nothing special. I spoke with the manager and he again apologized blaming this on the new employee. I mentioned that they should still have quality control and training. He gave me a refund and a coupon for a medium pizza the next time we visit. Won't be back. I've had way better pizzas in the area to risk this experience again.
So upset because we truly loved this place when they were on Shepherd. Ordered from the new location our normal dishes and was so disappointed. The Blackened chicken capri USED to be so good and authentic. Now they use FAJITA CHICKEN (that’s not even chicken - it’s rubbery) IN A PASTA??!!!!! Gross! It didn’t even look appetizing! After spending $40 insane.
Very unprofessional and rude service. We ordered two pizzas over the phone — one Hawaiian and one Margherita with Hawaiian toppings. Not only did they give us the wrong order (a full Margherita pizza), but they also refused to fix their mistake. On top of that, we had to give our card information to the girl who took the order four times because she kept messing it up. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and made no effort to take responsibility for their error. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service in the Spring area. Unfortunately, we had to keep the pizzas just to throw them in the trash. Terrible experience — definitely won’t be ordering from here again.
