Koko Cafe Houston Reviews
Maurice was the best part of my hectic day with a toddler he was very nice and helpful with getting my busy son quiet fast with his ice cream!
Amazing place with amazing employees Would visit again

Can't wait to try food cute convient for quick beverage coffee or snack in the beautiful Herman Park Commons!!
Great addition to the park!
We only came to this cafe because we got a coupon from the carousel people for a half off ice cream coupon, which was good for the entire family, so that's awesome. So we came in and got four ice creams, for half off and I thought that was awesome too. They have a chocolate, a vanilla, and a swirl flavor. They have waters and a variety of different drinks, which would be fantastic if you don't have it with you on a hot day. Now that I'm looking at reviews.I am seeing that they also have fresh baked pastries. I definitely want to try some next time! And if we come by the carousels again, I will definitely be on the lookout for more half off coupons for ice cream!
Love stopping by the cafe after some fun at the park! We love the ice-cream and food options as well the staff is friendly as well- ya'll rock!
I have never been disappointed with the food or service. It is tucked away in The Commons near the carousel and playgrounds. It a great place to pick up a quick meal.
Such a hidden gem! My girlfriend and I stumbled upon it during a morning walk and the staff was very welcoming and helpful! All pastries baked in house from scratch ?!?!?? Say less! Will be back
Food was 🔥 Tried the burger and fries $13 no drink but really tasty. Also tried the pork dumplings $7.50 also yummy!
Bree and her team helped make our event a success.

Seating is all outdoors, and the food was alright - we were hoping for more from the Korean corn dog

The First time I went I actually enjoyed the food. The Second time I went was with my cousins, and I had to go through something embarrassing. We ordered Korean Corn Dogs and Fries. The Fries were ok, but the corn dogs were bad. They were cold, and they where not that good.
I ordered a hot latte and got one but there was no cup sleeve and when I tasted it there was no vanilla that I ordered in it . After they added it and I drank a few sips I found chocolate sprinkles in it .
The sign said ice cream until 6:30 but unfortunately the guy working informed us (at 6:07) he had already turned the machine off so we were not able to get any :/ a little disappointing but not opposed to stoping by again a little earlier to try another day.

Burger was mediocre. Just a reheated, gray patty.
This place is a scam we went the last Sunday of the elephant migration and went to go get food there. We paid a total of almost $40 they gave us a buzzer and told us to wait. Not even 5 minutes later the buzz us to tell us that they did not have any ingredients for the food we ordered. They then tell us that a refund is the only option that we had because they had no food. Why stay open if you don’t have anything? Nonetheless the charge did not appear back onto my account. Their excuse was because it was Sunday, it is now Friday and I never got my money back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!
