Panda Express Houston Reviews
my server Anh N was amazing she asked me if i needed anything else and offered me to join the rewards program she has great customers skills
Really great location! Food is consistent and I love the pomegranate pineapple lemonade
Shout out to ARLETT for always remembering me and everything I get! I always come in and when she’s there she’s so sweet to me and I don’t even have to tell her what I get. AND shout out to SILVESTRE for being super sweet and so helpful
5🌟 mainly bc the service from the staff, most esp the manager on duty that I believe is of asian descent was so on point.. She was so sweet, accommodating, hard-working & very efficient. Compare this to the one off Weslayan by Costco is like night&day. The manager & staff there was absolutely horrible, which is why we chose to give this location a shot! Don't regret it one bit & will most def be back (:
Waited 30 minutes, understandable due to Beryl visiting us on Monday. My cousin orders before me and is abruptly told there’s a limited menu. It was pretty obvious since we waited for so long in line, visibly seeing the limited menu. The food was still tasty! Kung pao chicken had a great kick to it. The peppers and beef in the Beijing were perfect sweet and savory balance. Rice was a bit dry overall.
Visited on Oct. 21. Had ordered the bigger plate with 1/2 Chow Mein and 1/2 Fried Rice, Original Orange Chicken, Honey Walnut Shrimp, and Honey Sesame Chicken. Everything was good. Usually the bigger plate is more than enough for me. Plus I got a deal on it. 🥠 I also named Panda Express and it was my idea!
Wonderful customer service. While I was eating my food, the Asian lady asked how is my food, I said Chow Mein feels a little hard. She asked me if I want to wait for the next dish to be cooked. I said no. She apologized and brought me the 3 cream cheese dumpling, after a few min she me a plate full of freshly cooked Chow Mein.
Oh man. This is the first time in a while I’ve eaten until I felt like I could throw up, and still wanted more. The orange chicken is to DIE for, and for $15, they give you a pretty fair portion! It’s sweet, it’s savory, and has just a hint of spice. The rice ties it all together, too! It keeps really well in the car ride home, which took me about 20 mins. I will say most of the staff didn’t look like they wanted to be there, but they were friendly, and plus, it’s Friday. How can I really judge? 8/10, would go again. Definitely suggesting to my friends.
I know everybody's body temps are different, but this Patrick location was FREEZING cold. Much too cold to be able to just sit down and enjoy a meal. Other than that, the food was decent Americanized Asian food.
I went to Panda Express on Old Spanish Trl. I got a bowl of steamed vegetables and honey walnut shrimp. I also got a small side entree of more honey walnut shrimp (I had a coupon). When I got there, there were no veggies so the attendant made a new batch. The veggies were simple. Steamed with a bit of crunch. The honey walnut shrimp was not as crispy as I would have liked. The flavors were there though. I haven’t been here in a while but I vaguely remember larger portion sizes…however, I cannot hold this against them. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was nice to satisfy a craving every once in a while. 3.5/5
This is the worse location. Placed an online order for pickup. Food burnt and all breading. Maybe a piece or 2 of actual chicken. Food tasted like it haf been sitting and no one that came in store would take it. Ordered seame chicken- green beans plentiful but overcooked, the orange chicken was no better. Chow mein was dry,but the friend rice is why they got 2 stars instead of 1- it was the only thing decent to eat on the whole plate. Burnt vegetables throughout. Did not contact location because I do not plan on returning. The quality of food in that area has really gone down.
I think this is the worst chinese takeout. The amount of food is really low in respect to the price. We used to order a lot from there until we find a better one. They gave us broccoli beef with more broccoli rather than beef. It should be named as broccoli in sauce, the beef has no value in it. It happened several times. And the manager, oh God!! She is very rude to both her employees and customers. I do not know how she is keeping up with a big brand like panda!!
The food at this Panda Express is what you’d expect from a franchise—consistent and decent. However, the service left much to be desired, especially considering the prices and portion sizes. I waited for my order, and when a delivery driver came in, the woman in the black shirt—presumably the manager—was incredibly rude to him while I stood there. This behavior was concerning; if the manager treats someone like that, it raises questions about how the rest of the staff might act. Both I and another customer found her attitude to be discriminatory. Everyone deserves respect, regardless of whether they're paying for their meal or delivering it. Management should remember that delivery drivers are essential to their business, and treating them with respect is crucial for maintaining a good reputation. I won’t be returning.
If I could give "0" I would. walked into this store on Sunday (2:30pm) and walked out due to the horrible service. The server told me you have to wait, because the other person is in front of you. I was appalled at the discriminatory practices and made sure to report this place to corporate. Depleted staff during a food rush (Houston rodeo and livestock event). I'm asking that this store be investigated and the staff be retrained to understand the value of customers. Money only goes so far...
This food was not good at all. Outrageous on price. Just save your time and skip this place.
Dis not have any main entree choices at 6:20PM… had to stand there for 10 min waiting for something I did not even really wanted.
Make worker kept mugging me for no reason and acting weird all the workers kept staring weird as I ordered and like talking about me under there breathe mad me feel made awkward just to get food
their noodles taste like stale grease and smell like fish. you have to beg for a fork (chopsticks would be fine but they dont have them either). orders are always wrong. tonight they scammed me by putting a quarter scoop of the entree on my noodle bowl and spreading it out so i got basically noodles for dinner with no recourse because it looks right. avoid this awful location at all cost
The food from here is no comparison to a proper Chinese restaurant in terms of flavour and quality, it is the same way as comparing the gourmet burger in a restaurant to what you get at a fast food place, Panda express is nothing bit a Chinese fast food place. I would not be back, unfortunately.
