Wonderful staff, and wonderful food. I have never had a dine-in order look like this one. The tacos were very fluffy, and pretty. They were cooked really well, and set up well also. My curly fries were also good. They were not overly greasy or anything. The staff was really nice, and attentive. The interior of the place was sort of messy, as was the bathroom, which was out of paper towels for your hands. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

There was some type of snafu with my order and when Jess noticed me sitting in order pick-up, she came over and asked if everything was okay. She fixed my order issue for me - the food was hot, well made and came out quickly. Thank you Jess!

I don't review fast food very often because usually it is what it is.. not great but good enough. Sometimes, however, I have an experience that is noteworthy, either positive or negative. This JitB was a pleasant surprise, particularly because of the service. The food was as good as can be expected, hot, fresh, properly prepared, and tasty. Unfortunately, one of the people in my group decided to try something new, a chicken sandwich, and was reminded why they don't order chicken.. not because there was a problem with the order, but because they don't like condiments on chicken. Even though it was a long shot, they asked if they could exchange it for a small burger, and the manager was surprisingly accommodating. No eye rolling, no sighing, only a smile and a burger OF THE SAME VALUE, not just a small. I consider that going above and beyond expectations, particularly at a fast food restaurant, and deserves kudos. Thank you!

We were greeted kindly on entering & asked if we needed help with the menu we were trying to order on the app but was having technical difficulties. She tried to work with us to get the deals from the application which I was very appreciative of. Location could benefit from a deep clean but was not filthy by any means. Our food came out hot and you definitely get a good amount of food and variety for the price paid. I do not recommend the tacos, not sure why they have so many options to get these tacos in a large quantity but others must like them more than we did. I found them tasteless, dry, hard, and greasy. Other than that it was quick, filling, budget friendly decent food.

It’s been some time (years) since I had Jack in the box, so I decided to visit. This was the “large” fries I received with my combo. The only reason why I’m rating two stars is because the person working drive thru. She was very pleasant and kind. However, I don’t think I’ll return

Horrible!!!! I ordered a fajita pita with no tomatoes they gave me just the chicken in the pita.... I ask for no lettuce in the Tacos guess what lettuce in the tacos... they ran out of buttermilk ranch and a bunch of other sauces you would normally get. I usually wouldn't even bother to leave a bad review because I understand sometimes mistakes happen but every time I come to this specific location to get something thinking this time will be better it's not. Needless to say this will be the last time I EVER come to this jack in the box location

I came here on 11/30 and some dude in a shower cap screamed at me after asking what my order was. He postured himself like he wanted to fight me, took his red shirt off leaving a black under shirt only on. Once I said we can fight if he wants he cried and ran inside muttering “I hate my job” and I’m pretty sure once he went inside the girl who took my order with “baby girl” on her bottom kissed him on the forehead and held him. I don’t know what you guys have going on here but I will not be returning to Jack in the box ever. Crazy experience

Ordered through the drive-thru, not only did they take a while to bring me my order but once I opened the box the burger was dripping and there was so much grease in the container! Just smelling the burger made my stomach turn! I turned right around and got a refund.

This lady should not be working at this establishment whatsoever because of the level of disrespect and rudeness I received at this location from her. Not only did she have disrespect with me, but also a car in front of me as well. I will be bringing this up to the corporate ladder. Now I see why this is the only job she could get.

I was taking a DoorDash order there and nobody attended to me, there was a guy who saw me and said nothing, he was wearing a silver chain, I asked him why he didn't attend to me and he yelled at me I told you “one second“

Came here after a 12 hour shift at 2 o’clock in the morning. Told the gentleman cooking my food “thank you, I appreciate it” just to get a response of “don’t talk to me, get out of here”. I then asked for a refund and was told they could not process it. I don’t want somebody like that with that type of attitude to touch my food. He was a 25 to 35 year old light skinned African-American about 6 feet tall. I have been coming to this Jack-in-the-Box for the last 15 years and definitely will not be back until I have confirmation This person no longer works for Jack in the box and at least does not work at this location. To want a little piece of comfort after a long days work and still have the energy to be nice to someone and say thank you for making my food, it’s extremely disheartening to be met with that kind of response for simply showing my appreciation. Also, would like to point out the young lady working was extremely nice and helpful. We had a long conversation before my food was ready about a variety of things. She agreed that was extremely rude and uncalled for. She previously mentioned that she was new to that location and I believe that was the reason why she could not process the refund. Not her fault at all, and I believe she should be rewarded for the way she acted.

Just picked up a mobile pick up order. Order curly fries but they gave me regular fries. Would have been ok except the fries were ice cold. Probably been sitting there for hours. Why would they give this to me? Terrible service

How ima order potato wedges with no sauce makes no sense they gave me no cheese or anything and theres only two choices the regular and the spicy, worst place makes no sense at all smh 🤦‍♂️
