I don't understand why this place is getting bad reviews. Everything was excellent. Usually, airport food is not that great. Q is one of the exceptions. The stuffed jalapeño appetizer is really good. Highly recommended

I ordered two meats and meat was cold ribs was better than brisket (it had a lot of fat) you pay and tip before you eat which I didn't really care for . Manger was very nice. I believe this place is more like a hit and miss and the manger said the same.

This was the best burgers and baked beans I have ever eaten. My family was very tired after a long travel day and we landed here due to a tip from an interior airport shuttle driver. He even drove us here. We were so amazed. As to expensive, come on, it's airport pricing. But I would make a detour here again to get this burger, fries and baked beans

Stopped by here form sunny CA. Food was great … my spicy marg was even better! Our waiter was great and actually had some beer suggestions for my man… great input great food. Only gave 4 and not 5 stars on the food cause I’m picky like that but overall great place to grab a bite!

Super cool looking place. Turkey BBQsandwich was awesome. Worker helped me order. Lots of meat. Paid 19.95, your at the airport, price is alittle higher but worth it!

Damn good food and great service! This place is a great place to hang out, have a beverage and a delicious bite. It's got great service and lots of good seating with plenty of places to charge your devices. Enjoy!

The Q Texas BBQ Smokehouse at the airport in Houston is a grand visual experience... amazing looing bar and the kitchen smells great as its right in the open in the corridor.. Nothing better than a cold beer for breakfast and really enjoyed the Brisket Breakfast sandwich.

The Q Texas BBQ Smokehouse at the airport in Houston is a grand visual experience... amazing looing bar and the kitchen smells great as its right in the open in the corridor.. Nothing better than a cold beer for breakfast and really enjoyed the Brisket Breakfast sandwich.

You pay a very high price for mediocre food and apathetic service. Took me 20 min to get an oder of 2-smoked-meat combo and the taste was average at best while it cost me a good buck. Cooks at the order point looked very unfriendly and reluctant to answer questions. The only part of the experince I liked was the decoration of the sitting area with brass pipes overhead. I'd recommend looking elswhere if you intend on enjoying your meal.

I said good morning to the lady working and she looked at me like I had said something wrong. Food was mediocre. The menu stated “breakfast potatoes” and I got potato chips.

I was hoping that my bbq experience was going to be a real Texan one. I ordered a full rack of ribs and this is what they considered a full rack. Almost $50 later. Not worth the money. They also didn’t have any of the toast and didn’t tell me. Overall I was not impressed. I know I am in an airport, but still. They could do better.

The place was to small for the business it was getting. Grill top was way to small. I felt bad for the employees and im generally concerned for there safety. They made alot of sanitary mistakes but mostly due to the size of the kitchen area. Used a green cutting board for beef brisket. Not enough cooler space or prep area and the small area is an accident waiting to happen to someone that works there. They kept going back and forth and because it was unorganized. Also I think your hoods need to be cleaned.

I was ripped off $25 with their ponzi scheme where they offer you $20. When I talked to the manager about it, he was very unprofessional and rude, talking to me like an idiot. I have been traveling since four in the morning And maybe i'm not the sharpest I could be, but I do not appreciate being talked to that way. The coffee I ended up paying $30 for wasn't even that good...

While staff was just standing around, I could have given my drink request to a human. But instead, had to navigate connecting to public airport WiFi, and since the staff was just standing around doing literally nothing, they just physically got in the way of the bartender getting it made. Then the default tip was still 20% or higher. Its not the staffs fault. They have to deal with this crappy system more than we do. Not going back though
