If I could give service more then 5 stars I would they be doing the most. they go outside of their area to check on people see if they need refills or anything they're just so nice and over the top. they're always super friendly and kind. It makes sense why they don't have many low reviews.

I ordered fries and two drinks for my brother and me! There was a line that was backed up, so I used the Chick-fil-A mobile app instead. Customer service was fast! I didn't have to wait in that long line!!

Holy smokes! This was my first Chick-fil-A and it didn't disappoint. Very busy, however the staff were friendly and efficient. The food (Spicy Chicken Sandwich) looked good and tasted good. The waffle fries were fresh. We need this restaurant in Kennewick, Washington!

I probably come here too often as Alan on tne team recognises me and brings me my order withput asking my name. It is hard to get better service than that, especially as I order from the app before leaving my desk at Lunch.

The wait time for food is not bad except there's nowhere really to stand. Unfortunately, the designers of this space did not leave enough room for the massive crowds that Chick-fil-A draws. So if you're claustrophobic, this is not the place for you! Also expect to have to push your way through people to do things like refill your drink.

Chick-fil-A does not have food that I particularly enjoy but completely make up for it in their service. I have never received any rudeness from the employees here, nothing but kind souls.

Food is always good, you can count on that because it’s Chick Fil A. But service is getting progressively slower as of recent. Had to wait 10 mins just for a #1 which is a little too simple to make for it to take that long.

It's good enough for fast food but over priced. I don't like the families politics, and religion has no place in business. You want religion to be part of your business, start a church, otherwise keep that stuff out of your business. I call it God's chicken, because the family pushes their beliefs, its a fast food chicken chain, leave God out of it.

Food is usually good as seen by their popularity. But I wish they focused on consistency. One day a sandwich is very different than the next. You can tell if the sandwich maker takes pride in their work each time you order.

I went here with kids because they were being fussy about what to have for breakfast. Otherwise I wouldn't give my business to an LGBTQ-phobic business like this one. Food was fine, not great; real chicken is a plus, but the biscuit was dry and a little too sweet. Lots of packaging for a small meal.

Progressive decline. I'm a regular here for many years. I'll still come here for the food, but the accuracy of the orders, speed of drive through, and sloppy drinks just get worse each time. Mr. fil A, no one wants to be handed a drink with the outside of the cup covered in the overfilled drink! Not sure how many times it needs to be addressed in reviews, but Branden the manager is not paying attention.

Maybe I just happened to have a bad experience, but it was VERY packed during lunch time. I waited in long line for almost 30-minutes because my 4-kids wanted to eat chick fil a. I fished the order and paid, then my kids changed their mind and wanted to order another item, and I asked the cashier if I could order more and was told that I would need to go back to the end of line. Really????? Didn’t make sense to me, and of course I would NEVER go to that place again. I would try to avoid going to chick fil a whenever possible.

The food is good, the location is clean and the staff are nice. I dropped this rating due to a recent change in policy. They stopped offering curbside pick-up from this location. It was a gesture that was above and beyond and made the capacity for easy Chick-fil-a possible. But they stopped offering it. I cannot express how disappointed I was when I couldn’t order curbside. Please bring it back, as the pandemic is still very much present.

It was so dry that the top portion of the biscuit was very cracked and I was unable to pick it up to take a bite so I just ate the chicken. The service was good but I want to say this. There is a chicken egg cheese meal so there is no need to charge the customer .70 cents for the egg and .30 cents for the cheese.

I have grabbed to go orders from this location 3 times. Twice they have forgotten something. This time fries. Last time drink. So I paid $15 for a sandwich and 8 nuggets. Always check your to go order before leaving this location.

No refills offered at this location. NO SIGN POSTED!! NO VERBAL NOTIFICATION!! To let you know about the change. We are all mind readers I guess. All they have to do is give you a new cup. Will not be coming here again.

The size of the chick fila chicken was about the size of a WB kid's burger (for a 6 to) a. It was about $10 for the combo the small sandwich came with.

I use to really like chick fil a but not anymore. The last couple of times I went there with my family we noticeed that the spicy chicken sandwiches We ordered is almost raw and fully cooked. Today at memorial city mall the same thing happened again I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich I couldn’t eat it and I took it to show it to the manager because it wasn’t fully cooked, the manager was rude and didn’t even Apologize or offer anything to make it up. My family and I won’t go to chick fil a ever again. I still feel sick and want to throw up. that was so disappointing and very disgusting.

At 9:50 in the morning, I went to get a delivery, I asked for help from an employee, he saw that the order was ready and he ignored me, leaving me waiting for a long time and without delivering the order.

My boyfriend got one breakfast at chick fil A. I saw it’s burnt, and chicken and egg were black some on it. I wanna tried to change it. They told me this store is Noh same to the other one. Feels so bad. The first time has this experience.

12/7 visit (evening). Food was uncharacteristically un-fresh for a chick-fil-a. They don't warm up the cookie at all. The chicken sandwich taste like it had been under a heating lamp all day. The macaroni and cheese had some hardened cheese in it like it had been dried up in a heating vessel. This was not the slowest service location I've been to but it was the poorest food location I've been to.
