Wendy's

Wendy’s was a bit of a letdown this time. While the service was fine and the staff was polite, the food was cold, which really impacted the overall experience. I expect hot and fresh meals, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case during this visit. The burger and fries tasted alright, but it’s hard to fully enjoy a meal when it’s not served at the right temperature. Hopefully, this was just an off day. Three stars for the service and taste, but the cold food was disappointing.

TERRIBLE drive through experience. I'm usually very polite and use manners,so when I was placing my order through the speaker,the young Hispanic guy had the worst attitude ever! The tone of his voice was more like "I don't want to be here and your bugging me"....he kept rushing me before I could finally say "I'm not done yet"...please allow people to fully complete their order before rushing them to pull up..also no mention of my total and they didn't get my order correct (4 nuggets instead of 6,and had made two frosties instead of 1)..had he listened instead of rushing,he perhaps could have gotten it correct. Just MY experience,hope yours is better. Also the fries were over cooked🤢🤦‍♀️

Paid at order window under a patio cover, told to pull forward to wait for order. There were no cars behind me, must be something to do with the staff artificially lowering their service time. Anyway, got rain in my car because of this and look at the food for yourself (almost no ranch dressing. Just a bunch of dry chicken and some wilted lettuce). Fries were good.

3x coming through drive thru at night and food is never fresh steal over cooked and cold employees attitude is a 0!!!

Subpar food plus I had wait 10 minutes after I paid in the drive thru. We've had the saucy nugs at another Wendy's location & these are no where close to being good or similar to that experience. The garlic parm is just greasy, not much flavor. The BBQ doesn't cover the nugget, plus these seem like they have been sitting. I don't mind waiting for my food, but for the wait I thought I was getting fresh food. Definitely skipping this location. Definitely not worth the $$ or the wait

Don’t waste your time! Wife and kid was sick so I thought something quick to avoid making dinner would be nice. They left toys out of kids meals, no napkins, no straws and the chicken on my wife’s salad was rock hard. Sent in a response in the app and they took no ownership. Posted their response in the picture. This is hands down probably the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to and we’ve given them multiple chances and wasted hundreds of dollars out of what we assumed would be convenience. Management is seems to be the issue and it rolls down to the unfriendly and rude employees.

The cashier was great. He got our order correct. The problem came when the order arrived. They didn't give us half the order and looked confused when we went back to let them know it was missing/wrong. Then they tried to give the rest of order to the drive thru window. They have no condiments out or napkins for dining in.

Drive up was ridiculous and seemed to be ordering from that of a child. Worried too much about her talk with her Co worker rather than my order. Went to hand me 4 drinks and dang near spilled them on me at window, rather than apologizing, she laughed about it. No receipt given to me so who she was I don't know. She needs to grow up and focus on customer service. Fries had maube 10 total in the small size and 3 nuggets to each of the 2 we ordered. The fries are cold as if they have been sitting out for a long time. Only thing worth the money spent was the frosty drinks. Even lemonade is without the ice.

Been to the drive thru a few times and the food is usually good, but pretty much always takes a while. Service is so-so in the drive thru as well, drinks don't always turn out as ordered and seem to go flat quickly. Not sure what's up with that. Thing that prompted me to post a review was arriving at 9:25 on a Saturday night, seeing all the lights on and at least 3 employees visible in the kitchen area, yet the entry door is locked despite posted dining room hours being thru 10 pm daily. Oh well, CFA is on the way and ALWAYS has good service.

Horrible customer service, no one forced you to work at wendy’s, the girl at the window had an attitude, and when I ask for the manager she rolled her eyes, the manager didn’t care either. I made a simple request to get half spicy nuggets and half regular. I was told “It messes up inventory”, and had the window slammed in my face. This is unacceptable.

I live down the street and it's much easier going to this location but this is the 3rd time coming here and not impressed. All 3 times the food has been cold and old. Not fresh. They never have chocolate frosty only vanilla. They have a bunch of kids working who don't know how to do customer service. This will be the last time coming to this location.

Would have been better if they served fresh food. Fries were stale and cold. Burgers weren't made right and they were cold. Nuggets cold. Very sad and disappointing. I know its fast food, but it should at least be warm.

Apparently the store is run by children who have no idea what customer service is let alone what the side of the building versus the front of the building is. Foods already cold and I just left but I was waiting on the chicken tenders I just spent 20 bucks here I live less than 4 minutes away let's see if anything is hot
