Tell me WHY there is hair in my fries??? 😥😥😥 I ate half of my fries only to see it buried in the basket between fries. I asked for well done, but the wings were not crispy. I had to microwave it when I arrived back at my hotel to make them crispy. The order came out literally a couple of minutes after I left the counter. There is no way extra crispy wings were done in two minutes. Cashier is super nice. Why are employees sitting by the front door face timing on the phone??? The blue cheese dressing or ranch dressing is great.

The food tasted well but there was a long wait to get your order. The employees are not friendly but they do their job without being rude. The interior is decently clean with about 5 tables available for dine in. The big draw back is the long wait to get the food after ordering. It took 30 minutes for a 24 piece. Also, this location does not provide wet-wipes so that customers can clean their hands after.

I did a take out order. I recommend that you call in an order or order online. This place is really busy. Possibly because it's so close to U of H, TSU and a large high school. The food was incredible as usual. The service was interesting but fast. I would go again.

It was my first time ordering Wingstop in a long time and it was good. I loved the transparent window I could see them making the wings. Dining in seemed so bland and as if it wasn't an option, so I just left for take out. The wings seemed kinda small.

The staff was friendly and the wings were good. Unfortunately the fries were way too salty. So salty I couldn't even eat them. I would've given the atmosphere 4 stars because they had sports on the TV and the dining room was clean, but the men's room was disgusting and filthy in every way imaginable.... Lost my appetite to eat after that.

The hicorey smoked BBQ and Lemon peper sauce was the best sauce we got. The Koren BBQ sauce was very underwhelming. The fries were very disappointing, you would think they would be very good but we were left wondering what happened. The wings were nice big and juicy.

Wingstop play too much. Ordered food for delivery. The fries were supposed to be extra seasoned , but were soggy/oily and no season at all. I ordered original hot and lemon pepper sauces. The hot was full, the lemon pepper was only a few drops. Wings were ok

Terrible service by the cashier. She got my order wrong. And then they took forever making my food. The lady who came in behind me got her food before me. I was not happy about the service because no one was hardly in there and it took about 20 mins to make my wings. Also it was alot of workers that was scratching themselves and then cooking. One guy was getting very lit on Monster energy drinks. And I asked for a large veggie tray and she gave me this little one. It didnt even have ranch. I was really disappointed at the service. This is my 1st going in and having lunch.

I ordered online and tried to call in to tell them about my order. My wings I ordered well done and the Louisiana rub wings and my other wings was sitting in grease. I couldn’t eat them and no one is picking up the phone.

Very Disappointing Experience I was really looking forward to trying this chicken wing restaurant, but the whole experience ended up being a letdown. The wings were the biggest disappointment — they came out lukewarm, soggy, and lacked flavor. Even the sauces tasted watered-down, almost like they were rushed or not freshly prepared. Overall, I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re craving good wings. There are plenty of other spots that do it much better.

So sad to do this, the employees are so rude and disrespectful. They make mistakes with the orders (missing wings or ranch)and get upset at the customer’s because of their mistakes. They are always out of coke and their fries are overcooked technically burnt.

The smell of sweage when walking in is what made me change my mind then when asking why it smell like that, they didn't know but it clearly smelled like a loud bad smell of sweage, The FOH Was Not Up To Part. Diamond The Cashier Was Very Welcoming & Ethusiatic.

I just made an order with them and I was trying to call them to add my sauce on the side, the dude let me in hold like ten minutes, and then he just told me “the order is already done I can’t do nothing” I mean what kind of respect you have for your costumers? My friend Maria had a horrible experience in this place and I don’t recommend it at all. She’s a 16 years-old minor who was severely ignored and mistreated by an almost 20, medium height, black man who didn’t want to take my friend’s order because she is Cuban so she has an accent speaking English. He acted really rude and disrespectful when she was trying to order 10 wings, two with no spicy, a Fanta, and some fries. At the place, my fried cried so much because the way that man treated her just because of her accent, saying that he couldn’t understand her and not even looking at her. After that, a tattooed white girl laughed made fun of my fried with the same man as before, and it really pissed me off. I hope you do something to improve the service because I don’t think Wingstop is a bad place, given that my friend went there with an obvious purpose and then she came back literally crying. Goodbye.

I came here hoping to treat myself after a long day, and this Wingstop disappointed me in every possible way. The wings weren’t dry, they were actually wet but I honestly wish they were dry, because maybe then I would’ve been able to finish them. The Hickory BBQ tasted like straight tomato paste, nothing smoky or sweet about it. My $3 BBQ sauce at home has more flavor than this. The Voodoo fries were sour AND watery at the same time, which is a crime because fries are not supposed to confuse me. I had to stop eating because the taste was so off it made me nauseous. And the ranch… please. That was Hidden Valley. I have the exact same bottle in my fridge, so let’s not act like this is some special house-made dressing. On top of that, the AC wasn’t working, the bathroom was locked the whole time, and the dine-in experience felt neglected. The ONLY decent part of my visit was the polite staff. Everything else? Never again. I regret spending my money here.

I ordered wings on uber eats, had to call to get hot lemon pepper and PAID for extra lemon pepper SEASONING on the side . My orders gets here 20 mins later and it was no lemon pepper seasoning and on the side they gave me lemon pepper SAUCE. I reordered and called again the guy said he’ll make sure this time that it’s right and they barely put any buffalo r or lemon pepper on them and STILL for got my lemon pepper seasoning on the side . They do not check their food STOP ordering from them take my advice

Order on uber eats an hour before they closed. They never made my order and kept teomh drivers they were working on it. Then closed the store and cancelled my order knowing full well I had an order placed. Will be calling corporate tomorrow

I usually don’t leave reviews but in this special case I had to. The food I had last night gave me three worst case of food poisoning that I’ve ever had. I had to wake up 2 time last night to “release food out of both ends” and I’m confident to say that this experience made me decide to never eat wingstop again ever again for as long as I live. Even the thought or smell of it makes me nauseous. Idk what this particular restaurant does different from all the other ones but if I could give a negative rating on the food then I would. Absolutely disgusting

This was just on a Thursday night, but it was so crowded because it's next to UH's campus. The workers were unorganized. I put in an online order and I still had to wait like 20 minutes in the restaurant. They also had around 15-20 orders on the racks, but the staff weren't saying any of the names on the ready to go bags. I also got scammed because they didn't give me my drink cup and I got the tiniest tenders that were my pinky size. Not gonna come back here again and I would not recommend.

this location has a homeless guy inside walking everywhere and touching everything (fountain drink machine) and goes back and forth into the restrooms, i’m sorry but is just disgusting. He is picking up things from the floor inside and outside the restaurant and coming back in touching everything again….. Lord have mercy

Was not pleased that I ordered a large 10 piece only to receive an 8 piece. The prices at wingstop are entirely to inflated for them to try to get over on ppl. Could have been and honest mistake but a mistake non the less. They need to do better. This costs the customers not them. Because I have never went to any wingstop location and gotten more than i ordered. This should definitely be a crime punishable by law🤦🏾‍♂️

Do not go here I am 8 months pregnant and I went in here to get food last month I requested my fries to be well done with Cajun seasoning they ended up not making my fries well done and I had to bring them back they remade them and did not make them cajun fries like I asked so I had to bring them back again that time when I brought them back they made my fries so hard they just crumbled into pieces and they gave me credit they couldn't seem to get it right I came back today for the fries and I ordered a side of wings eight piece when I went home the wings were well done as well they were so hard they were dried out and chewy I could barely even eat them I ate one and a half the fries were made correctly this time but again the chicken was not me being pregnant and having diabetes I was starting to feel sick so I rushed home so I can eat I called in to complain about it they told me to bring the food right back me living 15 minutes away I didn't want to make the drive so they told me to save the food and bring it back tomorrow I told them I ate one and a half of the wings and I couldn't eat anymore it was just too chewy and hard they told me that because I ate on one and finished another one they could only give me back six wings and here I am eating french fries and no wings due to cost they made it clear that they could not afford to compromise or give credit they would have to have the food back so again I am saving the food and bringing it back tomorrow I do not recommend this place I went in today 1213/2023 at 10 pm and the manager was a Hispanic lady absolutely no customer service I'm so disappointed 😔 this store is definitely getting a review from me on TikTok and Facebook Needs a new manager!!!!!
