Zero's Sandwich Shop Houston Reviews
Get a blueberry bagel with strawberry shmear and a caramel cold brew coffee! The bagel was perfectly toasted with plenty of shmear, and the coffee is a nicely blended delicious coffee that in my humble opinion beats *bucks bitter coffee a million to one!
Einstein's was easily the best part of the very solid Hyatt Regency. It's beautifully laid out, well-stocked, and spotlessly clean. Someone is doing a fabulous job in managing this location. The cashier and barista who were working on the morning of Nov. 3 were so sweet and friendly, and also quick and efficient. Tasty mocha and bagel sandwiches, very fresh. You can access the shop from inside the hotel or from a sidewalk entrance on the Dallas Street side of the building. Great job!
Located in the Hyatt regency downtown. It’s a nice quiet spot to grab some bagels and have coffee. You are also allowed to quietly sit in the hotel lobby to eat without any issues. Will def be back if I need a quick breakfast bite. The ladies working there are quick and efficient.
We liked this Einstein’s! The breakfast sandwiches including the egg and cheese was absolutely delicious. Friendly and patient staff, conveniently located in the Hyatt Houston, and great atmosphere! Worth a stop!
First time ever having this place and I love it! Was thinking about going to shipleys instead but so glad I decided on this instead. Much healthier option lol. I got the farmhouse and it was delicious. It is located within the Hyatt so its open 24-7 which is amazing. Staff is very friendly. Will definitely be coming back soon.
OMG!!! My new addiction... All I can say is WOW, YUMMY & I devoured every bite... The 2 employees working that day were super professional & went the extra mile by bringing me my food (parked outside downtown) Can't afford a damn ticket BUT will most definitely be returning soon; like once I'm showered & b4 i head off 2 work 2day soon 😋😋😋😋🥯
OMG the veggie bagel is to die for. Stopped here by accident and so glad I did. It is inside the Hyat and it's amazing.

Quick and friendly employees. Very clean, great assortment available. Anytime I get there, always great service.
One of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend!
The team consistently made quick work of every order while I waited inline after ordering. The Jalapeño and Cheddar Brisket is something special. I woke up early and gleefully licking my lips knowing the JCB kicked off my day with a banging start.

Great bagel sandwich at a very reasonable price. I thought it was very good with plenty of stuff in the middle. The bagel was soft and flavorful as well!

The food is good! First time eating at this restaurant period. Good prices and opened 24/7. Only bad thing was, I asked for water no ice and got the opposite and a excuse that didn't make sense at all. Fill a glass with half ice and then fill it with the, only hot water, stated that's the only thing they have then. Basic science. Ice melts with hot water and then I would have gotten, water with no ice. The bar in the hotel about 50 feet away was able to give me my request.
The hours are great, especially for late nights. Iced coffee was good.

i think einstein bros and this is the closest one from me with highest rating. i cant really find a decent bagel shop in houston i like, so this is the one i go. when i was in college we had einstein bros bagels on campus and i'd always go there. i like their blueberry bagels. asiago bagel and everything bagel is good too. their berry smoothie is refreshing but idk if they still have that. anyways since this einstein is in the hyatt hotel, the lines are longer depends on when you go. however the lines still move by pretty fast and there are a lot of food and drink items around that you can grab. they even have merch too. for parking i had to street park nearby. one thing that surprises me is how much cream cheese they add on the bagel. it blows my mind. sometimes i wonder if i am eating cream cheese with the bagel instead of bagel with the cream cheese. i always have to take most of them off because of the overload cream cheese they put in the bagel.

Unfortunately it IS a chain restaurant. The location is beautiful. The staff were amazing. The bagel itself was good, but the rest of the ingredients were subpar. I didn’t feel it was worth $8.
👍 This Einstrin Bros. is conveniently located at the Hyatt, in Downtown. 👎 Some items don't have prices. I certainly wouldn't touch a bottle of water if I knew the price was $9. 👍 They have a variety of bagels. 👎 However, the menue doesn't show many kinds of spreads. 👎 Also, the staff is a bit miserly with the spreads compared to other bagel shops in the Houston area, including other Einstein Bros. My latest bagel didn't have much cream cheese (pictured).

I'm a bit confused with the blue additive in the garden vegetable cream cheese. Very off putting and repulsive.
If Hyatt could kick this Einstein brothers out, it would be excellent. They make the experience at Hyatt bad for sure. Don't wait until it's too late. This is fast food and not very healthy. We all know it. I have not eaten from Einstein Brother in over 14 years. Got a bagel with egg, cheese and bacon. That thing was oily. What I didn't understand is why they charge an exorbitant $10 for a 1 liter bottle of water. Avoid at all cost. This is Texas and they choose to charge more for water than gas. The franchise owner should be ashamed of himself or herself. Oh by the way, the Aquafina is like $5 per bottle. Across the road at the pizza spot, you can get a tasty bottle of water for $1.50. Avoid the Einstein Brothers and head over to the food spots across the road. Mendocino Farms has healthier options and cheaper water and the pizza spot has tastier pizza and cheaper water. Stop taking advantage of hotel guest! Oh, I got coffee yesterday morning and it was luke warm as if it was from previous day. I really hate giving bad reviews but never saw water sold so expensive anywhere in the US before, not even I'm California. Shouldn't even be legal.
Very disappointed. I got the avocado bagel. The avocados were hard and I couldn’t even eat the second half because of all the pepper that was caked up on it.

I wont be coming back to Einsteins. My favorite treat was the Nova Lox , it used to be served open face with lox on both sides and was the perfect amount. Now for they have it as a "sandwich" so they can give you half of everything. Very disappointed.
Very disappointed. I ordered an iced coffee but when I got it the coffee was still hot and the ice had melted because the coffee was still so hot. The coffee tasted very watered down and unfortunately due to going to a meeting I wasn’t able to request it get fixed. I ended up having to throw it away. I spend $10 on a coffe to have to throw it out.
Very disappointed. I come here almost weekly since I work down the street , I got the avocado bagel very hard, could not enjoy the bagel. Service felt very rushed. I would recommend a different location, not worth the time nor money.

Cashier was unfriendly. Ordered the Texas Brisket and got home with no jalapeños in sight and food was not cooked properly. Cheese was not melted one bit, and everything was still cold once you bit into it. Only live 2 minutes away Update: As you can see they responded so I followed their instructions and submitted a complaint on their website. They replied saying someone from that location would contact me which has yet to happen
