If we're talking about pulque, this place is the best description: a peaceful, pleasant, and vibrant spot. It's a bit small, but that doesn't limit it to being a cheerful place with excellent service. Personally, I think it's the best pulque you'll find in Tlaxcala. Yes, of course, there are the small towns and the experience of exploring them while sipping pulque, but if you're on a trip and don't have enough time to visit a town, Matlalcueye gives you that taste of naturalness, with high-quality and delicious pulque, as well as its variations like ice cream, pulque distillate, and even craft beer made with pulque distillate.
