This Jack in the box remind me of one back in South California, great service in the perfect greasy tacos that are legendary for hangover recovery. Definitely recommend the tacos and ranch. Also the extreme breakfast sandwiches is off the chain.
We didnt know this jack in the box was in this area so we tried it out. Plenty of parking, and YOLANDA was very nice and very professional. She made the experience very pleasant and that is extremely rare with today's fast food ordering. So thank you Yolanda, because of the excellent customer service, my food being ready fast and correct by the way,it was also one of the cleanest jack in the boxes I have ever been too! we will definitely be back to eat at this location, the employees at this location have great customer service , keep up the great work! Its very much needed in the fast food industry these days .

So I was excited to try JitB since it was fairly new and gave it time to slow down. My parents have eaten JitB forever. I would deliver from 200 miles away and never understood why?. They absolutely love JitB! Was not thrilled and yet not scared... the tacos were a little fishy and poppers a little burnt. Fries were a little greasy. But hey, it's fast food! Everything was hot and tasty overall. Just need to make a call to management and hope they make a few changes to cooking methods. And please, for God sakes can we offer sour cream with the poppers!!! Overall, I was satisfied and will be back!

I believe everything and everyone has room for improvement - to communicate my choice of 4 vs 5 stars. Look these guys are still very new and getting their bearings, Speed will improve improve over time. My orders have been 100% correct eash time I have visited this new location. 👍/Great Job.

Haven’t eaten here in a while because they usually mess something up. Tonight the kids want to Jack in the box so that’s what they got. And as usual, they messed up, forgot my fries that we’re supposed to come with my combo and I had to ask for my card back before I drove away. Jack in the box y’all need to tighten up!
Walked in and waited at the register and was ignored. I love the bacon ultimate cheeseburger and curly fries, but the service at this location sucks.
I haven't eaten at a Jack in the box in a long time due to the quality going downhill. We thought we would give it a try since it's new and the quality should be up to par. I was wrong. I was literally in shock of the prices. My bacon ultimate burger was cold and old, and boy have they gotten smaller. The two Chicken Fajita Pita was cold, and one had no lettuce. Does it come with sliced tomatoes instead of diced? The onion rings were excellent. Customer service was excellent. Arrived after 4:45 so the place wasn't busy, I'm not sure why most of my food was cold. it wasn't worth $25! Giving 3 stars just because the employee was great. Now two stars because of link info

Luckily, there’s no way you can mess up a chicken nugget, but there’s literally a hair in my fries and it was just completely just thrown together in the package like it wasn’t made with care or anything, but I don’t have black hair and I’m not sure if it’s from a dog, butat least get a lint roller Homie. Gross!!

Just stopped in. Was super excited cause we dbt have a jack in the box where we live . Got the 2 Jibee boxes . The sandwiches were DROWNED in mayo and ruined the sandwich. And the tacos were BURNED . I guess I'm not surprised bc the fryers were going on non stop with Noone pulling them up . And the whole placed smelled like old grease. Such a let down .
Ok, so I have to say the food was good but it took 5 mins to take my order for 4, then waited behind 2 other cars for 15 mins to get my order. Was checking the order and was asked why I was checking my order. Simply put, I told her that it seemed they were having a rough time. She was offended and explained why they were having a rough time, new ppl and they had to do it all themselves. I understand a bad day but this is my third bad experience at this JiB. Needs new management. BTW, I rarely do reviews.
Only giving one star because I couldn’t give zero. The drive through “ manager” was extremely rude. She has no care for making sure orders are right. When I called to speak with the actual manager, she just told me that they were shorthanded and everyone was frustrated as if that’s my problem. Do better.
Bought hamburger , French fries and tacos. Threw away tacos and fries because tasted like old grease. Fairly new Jack in the Box and will never go back. Apparently the manager has no idea how to run a restaurant. Doesn't care if you get sick. Its a shame because they are hiring people that sould not be a manager.
The worst service I have experienced ANYWHERE. AVOID THIS PLACE. I’m still sitting here waiting for tacos. There is no escape from these idiots after you’ve paid. There is also zero customer service numbers or ways to complain posted. I’ve asked for a manager, and so far have waited just as long as for my tacos. (The manager never came to talk to me, so I left. Typical of this location)
This is the worst Jack in the box I have ever been to. I have been sitting in the drive-through for 20 minutes. It took them five minutes to take my order
We bought two orders of tiny tacos. One was okay with grated cheese and sauce. The other one had canned liquid cheese and almost no sauce which all went in the trash. Also my burger was not good. Not returning.
Very unprofessional. The way the managers speak to their employees is appalling and absolutely disgusting. There is no respect and nobody talks to each other in the kitchen clearly. No wonder each employee looks stressed out of their mind. Was very excited to see how this would be with it being a new Jack in the box but I was severely and utterly disappointed. The staff should not be having to deal with the utter disrespect in the workplace and for their sake I hope it gets better. The food was okay at best but definitely could’ve been better though it is a fast food restaurant so I know my hopes shouldn’t be too high. The wait time for food was extremely long as well and it just wasn’t worth it.

Well me and the kids eat and tries to get what's missing and they tell him he did get french fries. Oh yeah and they give him a hamburger and they don't give him fries. They give him another thing of onion rings and the manager was terse if that's who it was at the window. Anyway, this is the second time they've missed our order up and doesn't even offer anything for in return. Except you got to drive back up there and get treated rudely. They really need to improve this location and it definitely improved the management. Thank you
This place is terrible, and I would avoid this location at all costs. I placed an online order, and it took 30 minutes to get my food. When I finally did get my food, it was prepared incorrectly. The food was not fresh. One of my items was a large curly fries, and they decided to fill the box up with regular fries and cover the top with curly fries to trick me into thinking I was getting the correct thing.
