Visited on a Friday afternoon Aug, 6, 2021 around lunchtime. The interior decoration is a treat for the eyes! I ADORE the paintings and colors they chose. A very tranquil environment with relaxing music and ambiance. It wasn't too Busy, but there was a comfortable amount of patrons sitting in the restaurant. Thai tea. Bold flavor! Absolutely delicious. Give it a good mix with the straw but drink from the Top of the Glass where the whip cream is instead of drinking From the straw. Really adds to the flavor and sweetness. ❤️ Ordered the lunch specials and got the curries. Started with hot and sour soup. Flavor is fresh, bright, and delicious. Perfect sized portions for the lunch specials. Comes with jasmine rice and fried noodles Very authentic home-made taste. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and that the food has been cooked with care. The dishes are rich in flavor. GREAT food. AWESOME experience. Will be back as soon as possible!

Honestly, I have no complaints about this place. The food is amazing, you can tell it's authentic and fresh and the staff are very nice and attentive. Friends of ours recommended Baan Thai and we decided to check it out for lunch. So.Good. Started with the Dragon Ball appetizer. My wife had the chicken teriyaki and steamed rice and loved it. I had the khao soi gai noodle soup (Thai curry) and omg it was delicious. A couple small spoons of chile sauce pushed over the edge into definite repeat territory. Finished with a shared plate of mango sticky rice. Chef's kiss. Thank you and we will visit again.

This place is amazing, the owners are super friendly and the food is amazing. Not to many Thai places in our town but hands down this is far the best place. The Khao SOI was amazing and it's so hard to find a Thai restaurant with it and to have roti bread as well makes this place my go to place. (Green curry, roti bread and Khao SOI)

So good! As someone who moved from Los Angeles, this is the closest you’ll get to Ocha Thai’s “7 mares” soup in Houston. My husband loves it. The pad Thai was good and the Roti is delicious!!! Never had roti before until here.

This place is amazing! I just tried it for the first time and it did not disappoint. I recommend the Khao Soi Gai it’s pretty much a curry soup, I’ve tried a similar soup in about six different restaurants and none of them are even close this one! They’ve only been open for a month but building their clientele pretty quickly from what I observed today.

Today, our office placed a lunch from Baan Thai to celebrate our dental assistant's birthday. She had never had Thai food before. We ordered one appetizer, one soup, one side, and one entree. Everything single item was delicious, and we were all very impressed. The staff was very friendly. I picked up my order, and the interior was really nice as well. They had plenty of tables, as well as a bar area. We will definitely be going back again and again.

I can’t remember what I had, some type of curry but with noodles. Two full chicken drumsticks, tons of noodles, a big bowl of broth and all kinds of toppings. It was delicious and piping hot. Service was great, I’ll definitely eat here again next time I’m in the area

Think of it like a Thai café. I had been wanting to come here since I found out they had a green curry fried rice, one of my favorite dishes that is so hard to find and it was everything I wanted and more. Aside from that, the food was incredible, the tea was incredible, and our server (who may have been the owner) was also incredible. Everything about this place was great, from the atmosphere and decor, to the staff and I honestly can't wait to go here again. We got the green curry fried rice as I mentioned above and the shrimp Pad Thai. The presentation was on point and so was the heat. I have a low heat tolerance so I got the medium heat and that was plenty, but it goes up far beyind that and the pad Thai was Thai Spicy and outrageously hot. Even with the intense heat, however, you could still taste all the flavors and there was honestly so much depth. The Thai tea was also to die for! Again, great place all around and definitely going to be a repeat customer. Go here for amazing Thai food!

Baan Thai is the best Thai food near me in Humble TX! You really won’t find any better. Plus their delivery is always super fast, faster than they quote on their website. And the portions are huge! Don’t be scared to go up a spice level, they go easy on the spice.

This is my first time dining here. I saw Khao Soi on the menu, so I had to jump on it. I picked beef option for $3 surcharge. It was brisket cooked until you can pull apart with chopsticks. I asked for mild and it is still nice and spicy, but you don’t burn your mouth :) there was pickled greens and fresh red onion sliced which are very refreshing. I also had Satay Chicken. It was very mild and I am thinking that some of you might ask for Thai spiciness level. I’m sure they can serve you that. It came with two sauces, peanut base (?) and sweet vinaigrette that has chopped cucumber and onion. This vinaigrette is really nice with the chicken. I’m happy with service and food, will be back for sure!

Amazing experience. Store was very clean and staff was extremely welcoming and kind, with fast service. The Thai iced tea was the best I’ve ever had and same with the golden tofu and fried rice. Also, this place is vegetarian and vegan friendly with no fish sauce in their bases!

Went here for my birthday and can't wait to come back! Good smelled so good and was so delicious, I forgot to take a pic before eating! The waitress checked on us, but not too much, to make sure we were happy with our order. I got the ginger tea to drink, and the Stir Fried Sweet and Sour with shrimp. It came with a side of white rice. Flavor was just right. Not too powerful, but not weak.

Came here for lunch with my colleagues. It was around 12pm but it was quite empty. I think because they were just opened not long ago. Service was good. Food came out about 5-7 minutes. I ordered red curry with pork. It was delicious and not spicy at all. I will come back to try other Thai dishes.

This restaurant changed my life. The food was fully seasoned and had real flavor. I searched for many years for the place where I would call my home restaurant; with pure joy and satisfaction my search ended here. Food was so good I left with energy and vibrance. The yellow curry made me feel like I was on a winning team. The fried calamari and chicken fried rice were the championship trophies. The Thai tea was the nectar of champions. Its a grave injustice that google only has a maximum of 5 stars because they deserve 20. Come here and experience for yourself good food and peaceful vibes.

1st time trying with my godmother because we love mango sticky rice so we're exploring Thai restaurants In the area. When we first walk in the restaurant is quiet and looks well managed and clean. The atmosphere is very peaceful and calm on a Tuesday and the man at the front was very kind. We ordered take out and waiting for our food took a reasonable amount of time. When he handed us our food to go it was a great hand off that felt very genuine. We felt that without even trying the food yet made we just knew from the great service and atmosphere the food will be great and we will definitely be back. P.S food was 10/10

We found this place by accident but oh wow was it a happy accident! Food was absolutely delicious! Everything was made to order. The Thia tea was so unique and refreshing. The owner was welcoming and the service was excellent. Definitely a hidden gem of Atascocita! We will definitely be coming back.

The food here is fire- we got the kra pow and the garlic shrimp fried rice , Thai tea was on point and the owner and staff were friendly. More importantly the food came out quick because we were in a rush, they accommodated us. This is great for Astros game and especially if you are on lunch break. Best Thai food in the city hands down.

This is a family owned restaurant. The food flavor and taste was very authentic and delicious. The owner of the restaurant, Mr. Zee and our waiter Ford was wonderful. Service was excellent.The ambiance was very attractive and the decors are from Thailand. Make sure you know your spice level because 3 out of 4 was already spicy enough according to Thailand standards. Ask for spice level 1 or 2 for your soup or noodles if you can’t handle spicy food.

Went here a couple weeks ago and had the best fish ever, if you come here you had to try the Pla Sam Rod, it is the best! I came back again this week and the food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere felt very homely, and the servers were very nice. Stopped in after landing from the airport and loved every minute. The food is spectacular - very authentic. If you’re not ready for 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ don’t get too bold on the spice scale. Pream, our waitress, was so friendly and informative. She was quick to answer any question we had about the menu and she checked in with us regularly - service you don’t see much these days! The atmosphere is calm and serene, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a nice family meal. We usually top it all off with their delicious coconut ice cream — the perfect sweet ending to an already wonderful experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for authentic Thai food and warm, attentive service.

Came here for the 1st time on Tuesday and loved the food and customer service so much I went back on Thursday to try the orange chicken. Let's just say ill NEVER try the orange chicken again. The pieces were soooo skinny that there was any meat in it. It was like pork skins with orange sauce. They were so tough and crunchy. Couldn't even finish it, it was so hard.

New Thai restaurant located in Humble. Decided to give this place a try. The restaurant is very pretty, a little bit tight since I have a big family. The menu is your traditional Thai cuisine though I did not see a drink menu till after I paid out so we all had water since we didn't know what they had. The food itself is good but not spectacular (I forgot to take a picture of the BBQ pork fried rice). They may want to consider putting the curry in a different bowl since it was almost spilling out. The Eggplant was good but a lot of onions which I like onions but wish there was more Eggplant since it was an Eggplant dish. The BBQ pork on the fried rice was excellent alongside the sauce but not enough vegetables. The biggest downside I found with this restaurant was there was not enough rice and they charge $1.50 for extra so we ended up leaving a lot of the curry left because we ran out of rice. Overall the food is good and I would recommend however if you are a big rice eater such as myself, this may not be a place for you.

We ordered the satay chicken, which was my son’s favorite. So much flavor in the chicken. I didn’t personally care for the wontons. They were decent but I didn’t like that they had corn but weren’t bad. I ordered the pad kee mow which if you like flat noodles, these were so yummy. They are a bit spicy so if you don’t like spice, that dish is probably not for you. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was peaceful and clean. Overall nice experience.

This is a small hole in the wall Thai restaurant. The food was mediocre but the service was excellent! The gentleman running the front and the bar was so extremely sweet. He made sure I had everything I ordered right away. He also gave me a complimentary cocktail and even asked me for suggestions on naming it. This more than made up for the food quality. I would def come here again. The receipt show what I ordered.

Stopped in for a quick bite on a recommendation from my sister who lives close by and I was pleasantly surprised by the authentic Thai food, the service was great and the food was A+ we tried the yellow curry, green curry, pad see ew with an order of spring rolls and some sake. Everything was made to order and they truly do live up to their spice levels be careful unlike most Thai places their spicy level 3 is hot 🥵🔥. The only knock is the location and smallish size of seating area.

Went here for lunch service was excellent the food was decent but the amount of food they give you compared to other Thai places is very little my dish had like 4 slices of meat an a whole lot of bell peppers an onions i was still so hungry afterwards an im a small female. I like to get my money worth ans Imperial Cafe gives so much more food for cheaper price an its good I probably won't come back here for lunch maybe they give more for regular meals but not a good spot for lunch

I ordered the shrimp tom yum noodle soup which was tasty, but for $19 after taxes, I was sad when I looked at the portion.. I had to cook more meat myself to add to it. I felt like it should be a little cheaper or have more volume. Also, one of the asian female servers that worked there didn’t seem too keen on talking to me on where or how to place a to go order. She said less than five words to me. It seems like she did not want to be there.😂 I would probably go here again, but it’s definitely not because of the service.

I really wanted to like this. The reviews where great and it’s the closest Thai restaurant by me. I love spicy so I chose thai spicy and it was not spicy at all. The food lacked flavor and the service was pretty bad as well. We never got a refill on drinks either as the server was non existent.

7/23/2023 update: food was not as good today, our meat was chewy and the tom yum noodle soup lacked a lot of flavor. The spice levels have been in consistent recently which is really disappointing since we love coming here. Really hoping no more changes. Super clean place, delicious looking food that tastes horrible. My husband and I had high hopes with the good reviews this place had, but we ended up being sick from the food. Definitely only going to be a try only once type of place for us.

I ordered the fried chicken fried rice and the Roti. Not impressed at all. Roti very soggy and greasy. The fried chicken had flavor but very dry. My food was not made to order because when I placed my order it was ready in 10 minutes. The statement farm to table does not add up to the quality of food I received.

BEWARE! Something is definitely off with this restaurant’s payment system. Right after I paid our $162.89 bill, my bank alerted me that a $401.22 charge from “FOODLIONTOGO32” was declined. It looks like their system tried to create an additional transaction and charge me again. Two transactions showed up at the same time — one from Baan Thai Cuisine and another from Foodliontogo32. Feels super scammy! Thankfully, my bank blocked it.
