My husband and I just finished our awesome meal from Firehouse Subs. We ordered the smokehouse chedder brisket sub and it was delicious. It had just the right amount of ingredients and has that mouthwatering flavor. The best part of ordering a meal is that you get to pick any size drink for it. The gentlemen that took my order was very nice and helpful. At this location, you won't be disappointed!

Always one of my favorites around town for sub sandwiches. Great service and magament, expectally since they got rib of that loud mouthed manager. He was just too much. Now they just simply welcome you in, which is better.

Today was our first time here and we will definitely be back! We happened to go today for a school fundraiser this particular restaurant is hosting and we were quite impressed. The staff was very patient with us as it was our first time there and we were taking a while to look at the menu. I'm a little picky when it comes to food, but I absolutely loved the brisket and cheddar sub 👌 My kids also loved their turkey subs and already made plans to come back again; not to forget they loved the cookies and the cute firefighter hats they got with their meal. Great restaurant, great staff, and also great that they are supporting a local school to raise funds for their students and staff!! Would definitely recommend!! 😋

Great subs and a friendly owner. They alway have my favorite hot sause. Ask the owner to sell you some of your favorite sauce to you will and he will😂😁

I love firehouse subs. I had a big order for the office. I had the option to do online or go in person to place it. I chose to make it easier and do it online. I was right in the area. We had a total of 7 subs. And when I completed the order it notified me it would be ready in an hour. A whole hour?! I called the store to let them know that was right outside and should I just cancel the online and order it inside, if I order it inside I don’t see them taking a whole hour to give me 7 subs. And the person on the phone told me that they would start working on them. I walked in 15 minutes later and he asked me for my order information. He then proceeded to tell me that they had only worked on 3 subs and they had a few other people that walked in and they had to do theirs first. So you paused my order to then skip me and make other people’s orders that came in after mine? So I should have gone inside to order it. What’s the point of online ordering if the time is longer and the store is at there discretion how fast they have the order out??? I don’t give them a 1 star because it is a good place to eat. If you want your order ahead of the line and not sit and wait and see people that came in after you finish eating and leave before you receive your order. Place it inside.

The sandwiches had really good flavor. I got the 2 for 1 special that made this a good deal. I felt the sandwiches didn’t have enough meat and “goods” In them. Unfortunately, I won’t be back at full price ($8.99) for an 8” sub. Sorry, but at least at Subway I can choose how much I want on toppings and I know how much meat I’ll get on a footling sub.

To whom this may concern, I have a problem. I came to this location (9473 FM 1960 Bypass West) today (Wed. Nov. 05, 2025) spending my hard earn money, but I didn’t feel welcome. Customer service is customer service... People supposed to feel welcome 🤗... That's what brings customers, also serving quality food. My food wasn’t the problem. It’s the professionalism I didn’t receive…Please inform your staff, every ethnicity should receive the same treatment period (No excuses) Please fix this issue, Thank you...

Over priced this was literally 4 inches for 8.00. It was delicious but I could’ve got a 7 inch for 9.00 at Lennys.

I had my order wrong when repeating said "no tomato " for this $15 meal of more lettuce than meat.

See pictures of what I ordered vs what I received. This was my 1st and LAST time ordering from firehouse subs. There was no garlic bread no peppercorn ranch no sauteed onions no caramelized pepper and it has 2 jalapenos. Just a sorry excuse for a sandwich. It's like they didn't even read the paper smdh! NEVER AGAIN!!!
