They closed early. When we told her we still had 5 minutes to close she said they were ere out of chicken. She already had her drawer counted so she had closed at least 10 minutes early. If you are open until 10 then dont close early

The biscuits were hard and dry. The macaroni was watery and gross. The potatoes were dry with no gravy and lady at window was rude.

Terrible customer service. Girl in the drive thru was so rude I refused to order. Then I called the store and the manager just made excuses for her. Please and thank you, are not hard things to add into a sentence, but for these folks its obviously too much. Nobody is gonna spend their money where they're treated like that.

I usually don't take the time to write reviews but this is ridiculous. KFC launched an new advertisement campaign to win back customers from their competitors. Serving old and greasy chicken is definitely not the way to win people back. I purchased two 8 piece bucket of chicken and to say the least it was very disappointing after getting home and looking at what was in the bucket. Chicken look like it sat under the heat lamp far too long, falling apart and crust missing. This is my last time giving KFC a chance.

I ordered through the App. Picked up my food and returned to work. Half the sauces were missing. Everything and I mean EVERY PIECE of food was burnt. And after calling the store 7+ times and getting no response— I have to say; probably don’t order from this location.

I ordered two of the mashed potato chicken nugget bowls in the drive thru, I was asked to pull to the front and told it would be right out. 15 minutes later I finally got my order. Returned home and started eating,only to bite into a very sharp piece of bone that cracked one of my teeth and stabbed me in the gums. Ultimately, this $16 mediocre food that I didn't even finish eating is going to cost me a tooth and a trip to the dentist.

Never again. This place sucks. The situation: 10/07 5:35p Drive through to order an 8pc original meal. Tell me it’s going to be a 24 minute wait. Paid and was asked to wait in a parking spot. Cashier comes out about 15 minutes later to ask if I would take a crispy meal instead. Sorry, no, it’s for someone else. 20 more minutes pass with no update. I go inside, manager says not to blame her but to blame the cooks. Cook says the fryer (or oven) was heating up. It’ll be a few more minutes. Keep in mind during this time that plenty of people have arrived after me and have left with their orders. 6:28p food is finally ready and given to me. At least the guy that brought was apologetic and nice. Manager: screw you. You are to blame. If you can’t get the cook to cook, then what is even the point of having you there? You are to blame as well.

Horrible. I ordered a Mac and cheese bowl but got whatever this is instead. The food was literally swimming in grease. I didn’t care for it to be replaced, my appetite was ruined. Customer service could use some improvement as well. First and last time visiting this kfc.

So today I placed the order a KFC through the drive-through I asked for a three-piece combo crispy chicken with gravy in a biscuit the biscuit with hard the mashed potatoes was old and I got original chicken that was old as well now the person who took my order with TAMMIE when I call the store I spoke to her she told me she did not take my order but clearly that’s the person that’s on the receipt This is not the first time that I had an order that was in white the last time I went I got biscuits that was undone I was literally still eating the Dow I mean the customer service on food is horrible But The customer service that Tammie give when taking your order is great I I wish the food that they prepare would match

I had family tragedy so all my family was going to be together. So I offered to get KFC, it was conveniently on the way. I received a message that it was ready to be picked up. I arrived at the location was not greet properly but someone in the back yelled out. Then no one said anything else to me. Saw about five cars order through the drive thru and get their food and leave then I say ok I’m here to pick my order. The lady says, “who are you pick it up for Uber eats.” I replied back to her no and my name. Then she said ok and it will be out shortly. I mention to her that it said it was already to be picked up. Then I was upset cuz no one else was helping her. One person washing dishes and the other person texting. Then I’m like ok o spent 100 (91.95 to be exact) on this order and this is the service I received. Then once the order was ready 30 mins after the time it stated. Then I asked for more sauce she tell me I have to charge. I even paid for the extras sauce. Then I received my order and I’m missing the plates, Macaroni was cold and chicken was saugy and impossible meat was over cook. Sauce that I was charged for damaged cuz she threw it in the bag!!!!

Not cool how we got 8 rolls that were RAW in the middle! I'm not sure if it was spite or just someone not paying attention but I know we weren't rude or anything so idk what's up with that! Idk if we'd go back to this location...
