I haven't been to an Arby's in years. Had to try the steak nuggets, I loved them. Finally something different instead of chicken. Smoky, little pieces of actual steak without having to go to a restaurant. The counter help was very courteous and friendly, just like at In and Out. I'll be back.

By far the best customer service I have ever had at a fast food place. The lady was so nice at the register. I didn't feel rushed or bad for changing my order because I was indecisive of what I wanted and trying to get the best bang for my money being on a budget. I really appreciate places and people like this. I'll be coming back for sure

POTATO CAKES ARE BACK!!!!! 8/3/24 - Yep! Says it all. The rest like the roast beef sandwiches, gyro, and cherry turnovers were the same as always - delicious with the horsey sauce! Only specials are the 2 for $7 sandwiches. Otherwise, they've got cheaper wraps under $4. But all the main sandwich meals are priced $10-15 nowadays. Service was quick. Greeted entering, was a line of 2 ahead of me, staff opened a 2nd register. Cola machine fine. Good ice, good fiz and syrup levels. Bubbly for a hot summer.

There is no drive thru in this location but they were fast and super friendly! I love the outside patio with plenty of room and of course the classic Arby’s sign, very nostalgic. The food of course was top notch!! Thank you!

I ordered off the App and was supposed to get a free sandwich with my meal. It didn't happen, it gave me a code but they claimed I did something wrong when ordering. I'm still unsure what the problem was but the manager was very cool about it and gave me the sandwich anyway. Class act considering I was being unpleasant about it

Arby’s may have the meats, but they definitely don’t have the fries. I ordered over $30 worth of food including a large curly fries. When I got home and opened the bag, the large curly fries container was almost empty (it was less than half full). And they were cold. I advise you to check your order carefully before leaving the store. I won’t be returning to this location.

Arby’s. What a name. More like are bees in my food because it was naaasty. The service was relatively good, but the location and building were dreadful. We, my family and I, were hoping it was a drive through, but much to our disappointment it was a lousy walk in. The brownish gray paint on the building was pealing and the roof was hideous. I did not enjoy the food, in other words, it failed my low expectations. I got the chicken sandwich, but regretted my decision after taking the first bite, it was dry and tasteless like saltines. But there was one thing that stood out, the “curly fries “ werE NOT CURLY. I was so angry I threw them but to my surprise instead of the soft gross things splattering on the ground they exploded in a green acidic smoke. I think there was radiation because I have developed rashes where I touched the fries. Either get rid of this Arby’s or fix all of its millions of problems. The end.
