EDIT: By 1930 I had my order. He rushed it over first before the other deliveries which was still an hour and 20 minutes after I initially had ordered. I was finally able to get the number from the delivery text message to reach out to the driver. Delivery from panda is a total wash. Never order from here. I paid $70 and got wonton and one of 3 plates, the smallest plate arrived. Upon calling the store. A manager was unavailable to take the call, which means they were supervising the orders out and the kitchen vs attending the phone. And this is the second time this has happened. I want a cash refund, this is disgusting. Saturday, October 19th, order arrived by 1747. Called 1749, review 1753. Los Angeles Time zone. -_- if you pay to remove this review, I will repost it.

I like Panda Express but in this case I am very disappointed We ordered food from Panda Express in Huntington Beach, I love fried rice because of the vegetables and egg But this rice didn’t even have vegetables even eggs just plain rice also I chose kung pao chicken this was so salty 😞😞

I love panda express but this location is one of the worst. They consistently get your order wrong with the items you ordered. They will forget to give you extra sauce even when you ask for it in a special request on the app. They will confirm you order is ready for pickup and then have you wait 15 minutes because they didn't have one entree ready, let you food sit and get cold. Worst panda experience ever!

Fried Rice has nothing, it seems that they just threw the chicken soy sauce at no orange. As you can see, they just threw the soy sauce at him and stirred it. I will never buy again and I just realized that he had very fine hair, by the way, disgusting it. And I tell them because I have worked on Chinese or that aspect food and not 0 stars in other express pandas cook much better than there I think they have forgotten the quality and only care about the quantity and sell food.

I made an online order and I got a text saying my order was ready at 7:30 as I wanted. I came at 7:30 and they made me wait for another 20 minutes.

Wasted my whole lunch break here waiting for my order and still wrong. To top it off no utensils or anything. And this is why I never go to panda express. Thanks for wasting my time and money.

Really need assertive team member to handle the app order line to stop the line crashers and distribute orders already prepared instead of fixing orders for people who ordered on app but is not ready for them My order was ready when arrived but had to wait like 15 minutes + to get my order due to above listed issues And then meal hardly warm and so many pieces of breading in orange chicken so was not a very good meal

I just had a horrible experience at this location. they refused to let me sample the honey sesame chicken. I simply told them I am 8 months pregnant and don’t know if I will like it and don’t want to waste my money on something I won’t eat. Not only did the cashier refuse, so did the manager. I had every intention of buying food regardless if I liked the honey sesame or not, but after being refused, I will no longer be eating at your establishment. I only ever got Sweet Fire chicken from your establishment and was looking for something to replace this since you no longer serve it at most locations. I have been a customer for years and am sad to no longer want to eat here.

The portions are way too small, I got the plate with 3 sides, and a kids meal. Kids meal suppose to come with fresh fruit and greens, I got dried apples and no greens.
