I am normally one to not leave reviews after something happens but we ordered food and there was a mistake and they were super helpful and fixing the situation. The food we did get was delicious and the service is what is getting me to leave the review. Despite an error occurring, people make mistakes and they did all they could to fix and remedy the mistake and I can honestly say that it was greatly appreciated.

Stopped here mid afternoon for a late lunch. My hubby ordered boneless wings, and I got traditional wings. The server was friendly, but it took forever to get our orders. We waited about 25 minutes for our food to arrive.....and there were only three other tables full when we were there. The food came out hot and fresh, and we bot enjoyed it. I honestly thin the prices here have gotten a bit too high for the amount of food you get in an order. I know things are higher now, but chicken wings are just not that high at the grocery store......so I think these were a bit overpriced.

I hadn't been to a B-Dubs in nearly a decade, so nostalgia did some heavy lifting during our visit. We were seated quickly, and I was surprised to see it wasn't all that busy given we were in prime dinner hours, but maybe that's just them being in an odd location. Or maybe it's because people are tired of having servers like the one we had, who appeared exactly five times during our entire visit (appetizer/drinks order, to bring drinks, to bring appetizer/get food order, bring food, bring one round of refills) and usually only for a few seconds at a time. Never checked on us otherwise, never took away dirty dishes, and waited until our glasses were completely empty before offering a refill. Clearly wanted to be anywhere but doing her job.

2025: no Delight this visit, and this visit was not a delight. Gave the beer cheese cheese steak a try, it was okay. The cheese wasn't particularly cheesy nor beery. There wasn't many cheese curds, but that's actually probably closer to a proper serving size. None of our food was hot (this is the second visit for cold food now) and my drink sat empty for a long time. Our server, Lillie, was friendly but not attentive, it wasn't busy. She was responsive when we asked her for things but stopped checking on us when we paid our bill. While generally okay, this visit was definitely a miss. 2024: Our server, Delight, was Fan-Tas-Tic! She was the best part of our visit. We had a grand time. All you can Wings-Wednesday is only for boneless, and that sucks. The mango habanero wings were good, but not as spicy as I remembered them. The vegetables were fresh and crispy, the fries were peppery, and the tots were very salty.

I have a mixed review. Their bathrooms and restaurant area were the cleanest I've seen at a BWW so I want to make sure that is kept in mind. The food smells good, and tastes good, we were just surprised when we ordered 2 orders of 3 tenders and got less than what we're used to seeing. It's either shrinkflation or the company trying to pull a fast one. It was very disappointing. These are only slightly bigger than chicken nuggets. We haven't been there in a long time, and I guess in the future we'll stick to the bottles if sauces (though we wish they would remove the high fructose corn syrup and replace it with a more natural sweetener). Thank you to the people who delivered prompt and accurate service.

My husband and I decided to go here Tuesday night to watch the World Series game. We knew that on Tuesdays they have on their specials. When we got there we asked if the bar was open seating and one of the staff said yes. She didn’t tell us that it was just the bar top so we picked a table in the bar. Nobody came to serve us so we asked about it and they said the section was closed. The only other options available in the bar area were two tops and we had a friend so they said they could sit us in the dining room. All around us the chairs were picked up on top of the tables with more closed sections and it was only 7:15pm… Then on top of this rough start it took the server forever to greet us. It was not busy at all in the restaurant. Maybe 7 tables in the restaurant were filled at this time and there were at least 4 servers working. At least 2 in the dining room and 2 in the bar. When our server did come around she was nice and the food was good. I decided to try the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and I honestly miss the original Buffalo chicken sandwich where you could pick your sauce more. My husband and I both used to work at a Buffalo Wild Wings and over the years this restaurant has only gone downhill with all the corporate changes. Which is really sad because I used to love this place.

I ordered on Instacart. I chose Buffalo Wild Wings because I wanted to try the cheesecake with caramel sauce along with the wings. I didn't receive the cheesecake. It's the only reason I ordered wings there instead of elsewhere. Instacart refunded I'm not happy, though because I still want the cheesecake. They said they could refund and then order again. We visited this location yesterday on Father's Day and never experienced such awful service. Upon being sat, it took about 10 minutes for our server to greet us. My husband ordered a beer and I ordered sweet tea. He got his beer but 10 minutes later I still had not recieved my drink. Another table that got there after us already had drinks but I could not find our server to get her attention. ANOTHER 10 minutes went by and she finally came to our table to take our order. She asked "you want something to drink?" like I didn't order 20 minutes ago?? She came back a few minutes later to tell me they were out of sweet tea, so I got water. Our appetizer was brought with our meal instead of brought out first, and from the temperature it had been sitting awhile. She left before we could request napkins so we had to wait until she eventually came back to ask. At that time my husband ordered another beer. It took so long to get he reminded her when she passed by once and she said she was waiting on the bartender then went to the kiosk (who was not making any kind of drinks so it was obvious she just didn't put the order in) by the time he got the second beer we were about to ready leave. I give servers the benefit of the doubt because they really do run around nonstop, but from the service we recieved it was obvious this was just a bad waitress. I usually tip very well but struggled to give the $4 I tipped. The whole trip was a waste of time and money.

Trust the reviews, the are spot on. Horrible Service, and from the reviews has been this way for years. On our visit, it was just all bad. The only good service provided was from those who were not working our table. First off, drink order was obviously not submitted until after 15 minutes after it we actually ordered and only after we complained twice. The bar was not backed up as the waitess contended, the bar tender was taking drink orders and filling them on the spot. Drink come out for a little kid, no lid. It eventually spills. Food comes out, none of the special requests were met and we had no silverware. My food came out with an alergy item when I specifically said no cheese and explained it to the waitress at time of ordering. That was where I put an end to the compiling issues. Paid, but was given a 25% discount for horrible service and left. Everyone got food but me, the person who was paying. Bad idea, shame you can't do a negative tip because this trip was a total waste of my time and money. This location and it's management needs to take notes from other locations who are much bigger and much .ore efficiently ran. It will be a long time, if I ever return to this location.

If I send my son to your establishment with gift certificates, trust that they're legitimate. Don't grill him about where he got them as if they're counterfeit or stolen. Then you say "well this is only for the Florence store when on the back of the certificate it clearly lists all the stores that accept the certificate, including yours. From a dashers perspective, DONT accept orders from this location. I’ve had it happen multiple times where I have another order to pickup before getting here & the order is STILL being prepared when they had 30+ minutes to have it ready by the time I arrived. You will be late to drop off!
