Pizza was doughy and cinnabites were overcooked. One person even chipped a tooth by simply biting into it. You would think it would have been an apple, meat bone, or silverware to cause them effects not something that is supposed to be soft and fluffy.smh.

The Cheese Pizza was good but I'd like mine more cooked. The pieces weren't very poorly sized. The slices pictured were of opposite sides of the pizza. The presentation could've been better. I used promotions on an app to get a good deal to feed me and my kids for a birthday in the family. I was more happy with the price than the pizza. The size wasn't worth the price either though so. I would only order if I forget about this poor order or if we are really hungry and need a cheap meal to feed the kids. I'm not really a pizza person but when I do, I prefer thin crust for a reason. I'd order again for my kids. I'd say it's kid friendly but not adult friendly, then again, I know this one was just me. It has potential I suppose.
Arrived 10 minutes after the estimated pickup time to minimize the time I'd have to spend on premises. This strategem proved ineffective however, as I was advised at the pickup window that the staff had "done give [my] order to somebody else who come here claiming they was [me]." I didn't bother asking how in the hell it might be possible that someone else knew my name, or that I had ordered pizza for pickup there. While waiting outside for them to make my order, I am reflecting on the unfortunate trend of businesses asking customers to make tipping decisions prior to the delivery of goods. Regrettable.
I got the food delivered and I received the wrong order side order I called the store and was on the phone for 20 minutes with no answer. I drove up there to get my correct order and she said that the phones don’t even work!!!! She was also frustrated with me because the delivery driver didn’t give me a receipt and she wasn’t even able to pull my order up on their computer! I showed her my order on the app so she gave me the right side but this was so frustrating!!! They didn’t offer any compensation so I had to go to the app and report it and thankfully the app able to help me out more than the actual humans.
0 OUT OF 10 EXPERIENCE It is always something when I order from Domino’s. I have never physically been inside the store because I always get my food delivered, but I have spoken to employees over the phone. The last time I ordered, it only took about 20 minutes for the food to be made, which was completely fine. However, it took an hour and a half for the food to actually be delivered to me, even though I live only 9 minutes away from the store. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and missing all of the sauces I paid for. I was not refunded for the cold food or the missing sauces, and I was not offered any compensation, waived fees, or resolution. I decided to give Domino’s another chance today. I placed a new order and even used some of my saved reward points to get additional food. About 20 minutes later, the app said my food was completed and on the way. I watched the tracking the entire time and saw the car sitting at the store. The delivery time kept increasing and increasing. About 20 minutes after it said my food would be on the way, the store suddenly canceled my order with no explanation. Although I was frustrated, I attempted to reorder my food. That is when I realized my reward points were gone, even though the order had been canceled. I called the store and was told there was no explanation for why my order was canceled and that they could not handle reward points in the store, which I understand. However, I was not given any contact information to resolve the issue. I was only told I could reorder, but I would have to pay full price again, including paying for the food my reward points had already covered. I did not understand how the store could not resolve this when they were the ones who canceled the order and caused the issue with my points. The store should have record of the canceled order and should have been able to resend it but no. I also tried to report the issue through the Domino’s app, but it told me I could only report it after the order left the store. Since the store canceled it before it left, I could not report it there either. I then called the customer service number and was directed to an automated system that said I would need to email support. It also said I could receive a text message to handle the issue if I pressed one. I pressed one multiple times, but I never received any text messages. I tried repeatedly to get help, but nothing was resolved. There was no accountability taken by Domino’s, and I was unable to get in contact with anyone who could fix the problem.
By far the worst customer service, pizza is always over cooked and cold. I tried calling the store to speak with a supervisor on duty regarding my most recent order and was put on hold for 1hr. Called back the next day and wasn’t able to speak with anyone. I have worked in customer service for 10 plus years and this experience should not be tolerated by cooperate. This also shows that their customers do not come first. I will not be ordering here again
I pulled through Pick up window and a little white girl comes to the window. I asked her when she handed me my order for one or two packets of the pepper flakes and Parmesan cheese and with the straightest face she was like I’m gonna have to charge it…. I said ma’am, is it coming out of your check can you not just give me one packet of each? She goes “no” Stares at me as if I was a problem. It does not kill to give good customer service one or two packets of something that somebody asked for whether it’s policy or not just taking care of that Customers request goes a long way that’s how you retain customers. When you make customers feel like a problem for asking for something so simple it’s outrageous. Needless to say I won’t be returning this is the second encounter here.
I made an order here from the app on my way home from work on 1/30/26 at 6pm. I pulled to the window when notified that the two ordered pizza’s were ready. I get all the way home in Harvest to find that they gave me the wrong pizzas with ingredients I’m allergic to. I drive all the way back and the managers response was a simply “oh well we’re only human” and tried to give me my correct cold pizzas that were still sitting on the counter for nearly two hours. Absolutely no problem and no consideration in wasting my time and travels for their incompetence.
I sat in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes waiting for a pizza I had already ordered. No one came to the window, and the employees inside were just sitting around and not acknowledging customers. When I finally went inside to ask if the drive-thru window was open, I was told yes — but still no one came to the window. Very frustrating experience and poor customer service.
Just ordered a pizza over the phone to and was automatically set to an automated ordering system. After 4 times to re order my pizza and it was delivered, my pizza wasn’t made properly. I ended up calling back to talk to a person to be told I should’ve ordered specifically and with a terrible attitude. I’ve never ordered with an automated ordering system like this. I’m upset to know that my 35 dollars has been wasted. 0/5 will not ever order from here. Do better.
Already had to pick up a low paying order for doordash, they were late, and it cost me valuable time in the middle of the lunch hours. This is unethical and unacceptable. The man was also on his phone in the middle of work whilst I was waiting to pick up the washers order.
I ordered a pizza and specialty item for delivery at 6:40 pm on 01/14/2026 and it came out of the oven 6:51 pm. I did not get my order delivered until 8:12 pm. That would make my pizza 1 hour and 21 minutes old. This obviously reduced the quality and introduced possible risks of food safety. Not to mention the annoyance of getting my order much later than expected. I called the store to complain about this. The girl that answered was attentive, and stated that they could remake the item and send back. I agreed to this and was asked to hold to notify the manager. She came back on the phone and stated that they are short on drivers, and that it would take the same amount of time to receive the order again. I was then given the option to have it remade and was asked to come and pick up as a carryout and that they would refund the delivery fee. This was not something that I could do, as I was working and unable to leave to correct this. I then just asked to have a refund or delay on remake for a different day. She asked that I hold, so that she could speak with the manager. The manager then came onto the phone, and was EXTREMELY RUDE! He said that "You got your pizza and your money." I tried to deescalate the tension by stating that I tried working with them, but I am unable to leave my job to pick up the pizza. However, he mumbled something, and I no longer wanted to deal with the situation or the attitude over something that the business was in error for. I have attached a picture of the timeline. Do not order from here and notice the multiple one star reviews. Should have checked before ordering.
food has been out for delivery from 6:17pm and to current screen shot, and still have not received my food. should be NO reason for it to take this long. by the time i get my food, i bet it’ll be cold and disgusting. also stayed on hold for 10 minutes without a single soul answering me. sad and will no longer buy from here. sad. very sad. would give a negative star rating if i could.
They want delivery drivers but can’t even get the ones they have to deliver to the correct address? You can’t even train the ones you have — second time ordering from this location and each time has been a hassle. The issue is management, not the employees for sure, this is too much of a pattern to just be a staffing issue. And the very robotic, automatic reply the “owner” gives to call the store is laughable because they do not even answer it. Like I don’t see how corporate allows this to perpetuate
Absolutely Unacceptable Customer Service I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life with this Domino’s location. After placing a delivery order, the Domino’s tracker showed that my pizza and wings were finished. When no delivery arrived, I called the store. The first employee I spoke with confirmed that my order was still sitting under a heat lamp and said they would send a driver out with it. At that point, I requested a refund because the food would clearly be poor quality. I was transferred to the manager, and that’s when the situation went downhill. The manager immediately accused me of lying about whether my food had been delivered, despite the employee before him stating it was still in the store. The phone call turned into a 15-minute argument, during which the manager was rude, disrespectful, and extremely accusatory. While I was on the phone, I heard the manager ask the driver if the order had been delivered — and the driver said no. A few moments later, the manager asked again, and suddenly the driver said yes, after which the manager refused a refund. The manager then stated he would be pocketing the money and told me that if I came to the store to dispute it, he would call the police. Because I never received the order I paid for, I had a police officer meet me at the store. The officer was professional and kind and went inside to request the transaction be voided. This should never be necessary over a pizza order. I have never experienced such hostile, dishonest, and unprofessional behavior from a manager anywhere. Since these local Domino’s locations appear to be owned by the same group, I will no longer be ordering from any Domino’s in this area. Do not recommend.
If I could give a 0 star review, I would. We ordered 2 large pizzas with bacon, and a 16 piece Parmesan bread bites. We were at the pickup window 15-20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. The staff was inside dancing around the store and eating. Once we got our order , the Parmesan bread bites had no Parmesan or garlic seasoning and we're totally bland. And our pizzas were pepperoni instead of bacon. We took them inside and had to wait another 10 minutes for them to be remade. Meanwhile the pepperoni ones we just took back inside, they took out of the box and put back in the oven. They still were wrong but we didn't want to go back in so we just left. Horrible experience.
I try my best not to order from here but on late work nights it's like the only place open. This is the only dominos I've ever had any issues with. Every time I have to order I see like 3 or 4 people just standing around doing absolutely nothing inside and like one person running back and forth doing the cooking and the pickup window by herself. If my local grocery store stayed open late I guarantee I could buy, prep and cook the pizza faster too. I don't even leave reviews that often but like... Man... Corporate has to step in
I placed an order that was nearly $50 and completely incorrect. I called the store, and the store manager, Celvin, was obnoxiously rude. I told him that the customer service was terrible, and his response was "I know. If you don't like it, you can call corporate, and they'll send you right back to me." I told him that the customer service was terrible, and I wouldn't do business with them again. He said, "Thank you." and hung up the phone. If I could give them zero stars I would. The food was trash, and the customer service was even worse.
They delivered me 6 uncooked pasta bowls. The boxes were literally cold. Both managers Samantha (first shift) and 2nd shift manager did nothing to resolve issue despite their guarantee on their website that if you aren’t happy with your order, they will refund it. The second shift manager actually hung up on me after contradicting every statement that he made to me. They stopped answering the phone because they said they were too busy and short staffed.
I had a very disappointing experience with the window pickup at this Domino’s location. I arrived on time, but I waited over 20 minutes just to get my order (garlic knots), despite there being no other customers ahead of me. When I finally received my pizza, it was cold and not as fresh as I expected. The staff seemed overwhelmed and inattentive, made the whole process frustrating. Not the quick and convenient service I was hoping for. I won’t be returning to this location.
I ordered a medium deluxe and had one half pepperoni and the other half deluxe as the menu has it. The receipt has it correct, but You sent me a Pepperoni only pizza. Why would i pay for a deluxe pizza and only want pepperoni when I could easily order only a pepperoni or even the extra pepperoni for the same price. When I tried to use the make it right option on the app, it offered me points enough for a 2 topping pizza not a deluxe. When I called, I was told it was a mistake because it was confusing. I believe there is supposed to be quality control but I'd say that person should be fired as they suck at their job. To be fair they are delivering a replacement, but this horrid service deserves a horrid review.. The delivery person showed the food was delivered 15 minutes before I actually got the delivery after i searched the hotel for the delivery. I have had some bad deliveries but this one takes the top prize for screwups...
UPDATE on 2/20/2024: NO ONE EVER REACHED BACK OUT TO ME!! The reply from Domino's below is total BULLSHIT. Don’t order anything from this location or from Domino’s at all. I tried calling this store again several times on 2/18 and no one picked up. I visited the store and there in-person encounter was even worse, I typed out a response to the email they provided below… and NOTHING. I called while in the store; NEWSFLASH the phone didn’t even ring. The acting GM (Ian) was arguing with an employee in front of me for several minutes. Then when I spoke to him about my order he said that he couldn’t access the order from the previous day to give me a refund or I had to bring the food back for a refund. This is ridiculous!!! I JUST WANT A REFUND!!! Time for a BBB review/complaint. 2/17: The ABSOLUTE WORST! Placed an order; estimated delivery was 30-40 minutes. Got food 1.5 hours later and couldn’t even eat what I ordered. Dough was raw and the cheese wasn’t even melted. Tried calling the store and got hung up on. Called again, got disconnected. Tried again and no one ever picked up. This is not the first time we’ve had an issue with this location. That’s not cheese stretching in the pic, that’s DOUGH.
