There was a young man at Chipotle working in between the hours of 6-7PM baking the food yesterday. This gentlemen had a mustache and a goatee, this young man wrapped the perfect burrito. If you have ever had a burrito tear apart you know what I'm talking about. I asked for two wraps that is where all the magic started, then I asked for extra rice, and he stuffed it, the burrito was flawless. Nothing came out,the structure stayed in place from start to finish. I will ABSOLUTELY be back,and I hope he teaches everybody how to wrap burritos. Wow it was so good.
Served up hot fresh and tasty as ever. Clean store with friendly staff! You get worried sometimes when you go out into the out laying countryside, but this location stays true to the service and quality i expect from Chipotle.
Loved my order and the food was very fresh! However they had a new hire and this girl had no respect for my family’s food. She struggled rolling their burritos and I understand that shes new and needs experience, but to laugh and smile as she disrespects the food is pretty bad, and especially posing a risk of spit on the food with all that laughing. Over all really great experience and well 5 stars for atmosphere because its always like that for chipotle
Jan 28, 2026 lunch time. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Portion size for chicken and guacamole was good. Bowl was good overall. The guac was exceptional tasted super fresh. Brown rice was a little hard. Coca Cola from the soda machine was half flat.
Descent Chipotle restaurant. The staff were ok but seemed a bit moody and a little unmotivated at the time I went but overall the rest of the food was good and proper portions were solid. Always ensure you get a perfect full scoop of anything that you add to your bowl. Some Chipotles like to put sloppy small scoops to save money on food so be cautious since you're paying a lot for a quality meal and time.
I came on a Saturday with my kids and ordered 2 Carnitas Bowls and a Kids Chicken Quesadilla. Food tasted as good as expected. My son's quesadilla was really stuck on the foil. That usually does not happen and we've been to several Chipotles in the area. Other than that, we had a good experience.
I love Chipotle, but this location is hit or miss! Maybe they were short-staffed, but there were about five staff members there, and it wasn't a good experience. My husband and I arrived around 7pm, waited in line for a few minutes, and when we reached the counter to order, the guy said they were out of chicken and it would take 10-15 minutes to be ready. We were okay waiting and went to the back of the line until it was prepared. However, once we returned to the counter to order when the chicken was ready, the guy didn't apologize for the wait or greet us—he said he had to make a ToGo order. I think there should have been another person handling those behind the counter. So now, as he's making my bowl, he decides to add more barbacoa to the bin, and some juice leaks into the queso. I hope no one has a pork allergy. Overall, I could tell no one there was a team player or willing to help their fellow team members. I believe the guy helping us was overwhelmed, and no one came to assist him. They need to ensure they are fully prepared for a dinner rush because they clearly weren't tonight. We were there for about 30 minutes just to get 2 bowls to go.
Shared a chicken bowl with my daughter and we both had diarrhea.. The last behind me mentioned the beans looked soapy I should've know. Also the serving area was disgusting and the guy was pouring the old stuff in a pan with the new fresh items.. I don't think I'll ever go back and the customer servce was noon existent
What’s happened to the portion? It used to be filling you leave there happy and satisfied I went with one of my employees to eat they charged almost $42 for only 2 fajita bowls and I am not kidding Ty he portions are cut to less than half w elect still hungry. This is the 3rd chance I have given this restaurant the 1st2 times rice was under cooked left unhappy and I have been going to chipotle for years ever since they opened up these 3 last time I’ve eaten there were the worse specially that they cut down their portions to half even the guacamole they started given very small amount
I asked for a little sour cream and the employee gave me a heaping spoonful of it. I suspect purposefully. My lunch was a soup! The turnaround rate here is insane and all the employees seem very unhappy.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. Tiffany, the general manager, was extremely rude and unwilling to listen to the situation. I ordered a quesadilla half-and-half chicken, but after adding the chicken, the employee asked to pay for extra meat due to a misunderstanding. Even after we agreed there was miscommunication, Tiffany refused service and told me to “get out.” The level of disrespect was unacceptable. Very unprofessional customer service.
The crew from you 2/24/26 at 10:31Pm were so unprofessional and rude . States they did not have anything as far as toppings and rice . 30 minutes it’s still too early to not have food for your customers . They seem so want to rush out and leave . Will not be coming back to this location.
ORDERED & PAID FOR BURRITO BOWL, LARGE CHIP, SIDE OF CHICKEN, SMALL QUESO CHEESE. REC'D SMALL CHIP. 1HR AFTER EATING, I WAS VOMITING ALL NIGHT! NEXT DAY, CONTACTED CHIPOTLE THROUGH UBER EATS. FRUSTRATING AI, BOTS, CRAP THAT I GAVE UP DEALING WITH AFTER 1HR OF TRYING TO GET HELP, RESOLUTION. WHAT GOT WAS SICKNESS, FRUSTRATION, WASTED MONEY AND A DECISION TO LET EVERYONE KNOW THAT CHIPOTLE ON PIPELINE IN HURST, TX IS TOXIC, SELLING BAD FOOD & WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Employee preparing food today had super bad attitude. What happened to customer service?We are not doing you a favor for eating here. Didn’t even get what I asked for on my food because of the terrible service. Not coming back.
I reviewed y'all last time. But my post was deleted. But y'all need to talk to the girl working the line on the evening shift. She's horrible with her customer service. Got this horrible attitude. She's a heftier A.A girl that has one ear piercing. I think her name is Jennifer. Not sure doe.(That's why I described her appearance) I was greeted by a guy who was nice serving my beans rice and chicken. But then came to her adding sauces and stuff and she just stared at me like if I was dumb. I said " what did you say" and she said "I ain't say nothing" and I guess she ain't get the hint. That that's her problem she don't be saying anything and is rude. Then u ask her for stuff to add and she be rationing. Someone talk to her. And if she ain't like her job. She need to dip. And don't delete my post. Thank u! Other than that great food.
I want to express my considerable dissatisfaction with the service I received during my visit to your establishment on December 6, 2025 at approximately 10:00 PM. Upon my arrival, I observed an employee, Jennifer, whose initial demeanor was notably unwelcoming. Her visible reaction, which included an apparent eye-roll, followed by her retreating to a back area for several minutes, created an immediate sense of unease. When she eventually returned to the service counter, I attempted to initiate a polite interaction by offering a greeting. However, my salutation was met with a terse "give me a minute," after which she proceeded to fulfill another customer's order without acknowledging my presence or returning my greeting. This immediate interaction set a distinctly unprofessional and inhospitable tone for the remainder of my visit. While I am cognizant that business operations may be winding down as closing time approaches, I firmly believe that customers are entitled to consistent and courteous service throughout your advertised operating hours, which extend until 11:00 PM. The implication I received was that my patronage at that hour was an inconvenience. Furthermore, when my quesadilla was being prepared, I noted a significant deviation from standard portioning guidelines. The amount of my chosen meat and cheese was noticeably meager, requiring me to explicitly request additional servings to reach what I consider to be an acceptable quantity. This suggested a lack of attention to detail in service delivery. In summation, the employee's overall conduct throughout my interaction conveyed a distinct lack of engagement and professionalism. I am providing this feedback with the expectation that these concerns will be reviewed. It is imperative that all staff members consistently uphold high standards of customer service and demonstrate professionalism, ensuring that every customer feels valued and respected, regardless of their arrival time within your operational hours.
WHO IN THE WORLD TAKES A WHOLE HOUR TO HAVE TWO KIDS MEALS DONE AFTER THE PICKUP TIME!?!? Genuinely, if you've ever thought about ordering something for pickup, you might as well just go in store and be out quicker. ( And blaming on a rush is insane. I've ordered when there wasn't a rush, and when I got to the store the people in the frount were just talking even after asking for my order SINCE I WAS THE ONLY PERSON IN THE STORE AT THE TIME!!!)
The manager should instruct the employees to speak to the customers...lol Also, while I was in the store another customer asked the dude behind the counter to turn off the music or change the song because the song was dropping f-bombs and it was really loud. He told the guy he couldn't change it. Management should be embarrassed.
Came here today and spent money for a cold chicken bowl and lumpy, tasteless and cold queso sauce for my chips. The chips was the best part of the meal. My sister asked for kids meals and was given and charged for 2 adult meals from the incompetent teenagers working at the counter. Will never come back to any chipotles again. YUCK!!
barely got 5 pieces of chicken on my plate and the lady went to scoop an additional 3 pieces and she put it in my bowl and then scooped the 3 pieces out of my bowl.kept asking her to put more rice bcuz it didnt even fill a quarter of the bowl i had to ask her like 5 times to just get a normal amount of rice. same with the cheese. {edit} Owner asked how they can make it right and I obviously said a refund and then he sent me a buy one get one free entree. Why would I get two entrees when my entire family hates chipotle because of how small portions y'all give. Any other location gives out triple the portions yall give, everyone the extra 10 minutes to a different location is 100% worth it. This place sucks, the workers look like they hate everything and thats probably why they give such small portions that after you finish eating you're left still hungry. I mean this is just embarrassing at this point if I ever end up back at this location and they pull this bullcrap for the 5th time, Im just going to leave and tell them to keep the bowl because im not paying for 5 pieces of chicken. I left my own photo after asking for more cheese and rice constantly and then I left some other photos i found at this location.
Unsanitary and poor quality of food at this location. My barbacoa was one big chunk of meat and inedible. Shredded cheese was unavailable and the grilled veggies were burnt. The employee behavior is the main reason for 1 star... the cashier was eating, drinking, and using her phone with gloves on while working. The main cook was eating while working. This is disturbing as the cook is preparing food while eating. I also saw the cook wipe down a counter then use that same rag to wipe her hands and arms off. I will not be back and I did not finish my meal.
Placed and online order and it was the worst togo that I have ever received from this particular Chipotle. The containers were bent, out food was sloppy, the steak was rubbery and thought. Never would I have imagined receiving something that was this bad from one of my favorite restaurants
