My order was not made when I arrived for carry out, and when they finally made the order it was incomplete

The customer service at this location was the worst, the 2 employees valued talking and making pizza's in the back over helping me check out my online 'prepaid' pizza which was waiting for me in the oven behind the counter. I waited for about 5 mins and was told they'd be with me however, after I called to the employees for assistance after waiting patiently, I was ignored, all the while the conversations between the two employees continued on. So, I decided to take my PREPAID pizza that clearly had my name on the receipt out of the oven. And sure enough, that got the female employee attention. She started yelling at me, to come back with the pizza and I told her it was my online prepaid order and since they decided to ignore me, I took it. She continued to yell and then proceeded to call the police on me! She said she was trying to do her job which is the reason why should couldn't help me. Really? Helping me is going her job as well. 🤦🏽‍♀️She cussed me out and stating that I was wrong to go behind the counter to get my pizza. She was very unprofessional and she tried to escalate the matter by yelling and telling the dispatcher an exaggerated story. I decided to wait for the police in my car and when they arrived, I showed the officer my credit card charge, the receipt with my name on it as well as my I.D. which is honestly all that employee had to do, but instead she went berserk! The officer then went inside to speak with the employee then returned back to me and said said I was good to go and that she was sorry about what I just experienced. The young lady working there needs Jesus 🙏🏽 and to be discharged or retrained in my opinion. What a unprofessional trip! Beware ⚠️

Quite possibly the worst pizza experience I have ever had. Not only was the pizza cold and wrong and late. But expensive. A $25.00 deal turned out to be $40. I continued with the order because it was a lot of food and I thought we would get a dinner tonight and a lunch tomorrow out of it. Turns out it's all going in the trash. It may have come from the trash and then microwaved and that's why the toppings were wrong and it tasted bad. I work for a school district and I can tell you that microwaved middle school pizza would have been better. Next time I'll just put $40 on cardboard and microwave that.

I ordered from this location and an hour later they called asking me did I have my pizza. Then the guys says “oh well it’s been sitting here for a while now, just thought I’d ask”. Like how the heck would I have my order if you’re looking at it on the shelf? I didn’t find out until after ordering that it would be delivered by DoorDash, because apparently the drivers shift ended and nobody knew. Another hour goes by and he says oh a driver finally picked up the order and it’s on the way. It had now been 3 hours since ordering the pizza and I still hadn’t received it. I called again he says “you can pay the driver and call tomorrow to see about a coupon”. Driver arrives with cold pizza, & wet because he was lost in the apts while the sprinklers were on. I sent him and the Pizza back to Pizza Hut. I will never order from this location. Horrible service! Do better!

Food quality terrible I got the big box all my cheese was burnt , wings were cold no breading on the too much barbecue sauce cheese sticks taste like cinnamon I will never go back

If I could give this zero stars I would. I hardly ever give negative reviews but I have to in this case. I ordered pizza through the app and my order went through at 6:16pm. It said it would take an hour. Great. No big deal. It is a Saturday after all. I received a text message at 6:40 that it was out for delivery. 7:25pm still hadn't received the pizza. I called pizza hut, they say it will be here. It finally shows up at 7:33pm. It is cold. When I talked to pizza hut at 7:25, they were adamant that it wouldn't be cold. My whole order, pizza, wings and cheese sticks were cold. I'm going to call again to tell them but I'm sure it won't do any good. Good luck if you order from them in the future

Ordered the big New Yorker and cheese sticks. Pizza was sub par and warm at best. The slices had holes and fell apart. The “cheese sticks” are supposed to be “like” a cheese pizza without the sauce… they were sprinkled with cheese and could see bread through the cheese. I called and asked about it, said they could remake it. So I got the remake and it was the same thing so I sent both boxes of cheese sticks back with the driver. Called back and said they don’t do that anymore… then said they could give me a credit for next time I ordered. Will not reorder from this location ever again.

I there were 0 stars I would give it here! Waited 90 minutes for this called “pizza”,?called the store for an explanation , payed 30 dollars they offer me 15 dollars in store credit ! I asked them to remake it and I got the same thing. Unbelievable, never ever would I order from here again. Employees need more training in food preparation, give the customers what they payed for…thanks

ordered at 1:19pm called at 2:50pm to check on delivery time as it was almost 45 minutes past stated delivery time, only to be told it is sitting there waiting on a driver. if I could give less then one star I most definitely would. Will not order from this pizza chain again. finally delivered at 3:08pm

Worst Pizza Hut in the whole area, they take no care in anything they do, pizza thrown together, barely sliced, and the freshness label (what a joke) is always 90% ripped. It takes 45 minutes from when it leaves the store to actually being delivered so its cold and chewy, and they don't care. Never respond to feedback, awful. Sucks that we don't have a choice of delivery store because Harwood is way better

Unfortunately I had not read the reviews, guess I learned the hard way, again. In the past I have had cold (Solidified) pizza delivered from this location, and when talking to the manager they complaint about the 2.1 mile delivery range. Considering the recent road changes I figured what could go wrong now? This last Saturday, ordered a pizza, came appearing as though it was dropped, the cheese was closed in the box and hanging out when it arrived. We tried to talk to the manager Jeff, but he refused to speak with us (While we were on the phone not muted or on hold), he told the phone rep to tell us we would just get a refund including tip. I find today the refund was not applied, and they proceeded to include the $5 tip. I again called to speak with the manager, this time a female, she told me there was no refund and that I would have to personally come in to get my refund. Needless to say, this establishment happens to be Corporately run, so if you get nowhere locally, complain to Corporate and they'll follow up. Just got of the phone and the "executive branch" above the store is following up and getting my refund by Tuesday night next week.
