Dining at the Pei Wei location in Hurst is always a treat. The food is freshly-made while you wait, and everything I've tried there is flavorful. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they stop by the table periodically to see if you need anything. Today, our cashier was Analia, and she made sure to verify that we had everything we needed and were happy with our food. Definitely recommend for a quick meal or a relaxed family or friends dinner.

Me and my son love this place。 We eat here about once a week。 The food is good and the service is excellent。 I usually I would stay an hour or two working on my computer. Peacefull and chairs are confortable. In addition they have enough power outlets handy by the windows seats. I would call this the best Pei Wei and I've quite use in DFW

I’ve been coming to this location for lunch regularly for at least the last six years. Food is always freshly made and hot and I almost never have to wait more than a few minutes after I sit to get it. People always friendly. Pei Wei has added some new dishes last year or so I like too.

First time I came here they were understaffed and the food took awhile. The manager gave us a free coupon for a lettuce wrap. The food was excellent and affordable. The second visit I redeemed the wrap and ordered a kids meal and pad Thai and it was all fresh, quickly made and delicious. My expectations were perfectly met. Sean was excellent and helped us to pick out some menu items to our taste.

I go to Pei Wei a lot! Judy, the manager, at this location is so sweet! The staff is very fast and hard working. Plenty of seating & clean, too! My go to is the kung pao with extra tofu and extra peanuts. Download the app for lots of great deals! I just got a $7 off $15!

I don’t normally leave reviews but I had to after the excellent customer service. Upon arriving we were greeted with a warm smile. I had no idea what to order with it being our first time here but Kelsey was very attentive and patient, giving us great suggestions. She also gave me great options for our picky toddler who ended up loving his meal. The food was ready fairly quick and she didn’t even leave room for me to have to ask for anything because she thought of it all when she brought out the food to us. She also took the time to check on us making sure everything was to our satisfaction during our dine in experience and also interacted with our 2 year old. The food was great but I have to say what stood out to me the most was her service and efforts to make sure we had the best experience. She is a great asset to this location/business and I hope we get to be greeted by her the next time we come back!

Super friendly staff! Food was of course so good! I haven’t been in so long and never been inside only ordered online and my husband had never had it before and I remember why I loved it so much and my husband loved it. Wonderful way to spend a simple chill date night and the plating was like we were at a super lux restaurant.

I used to really enjoy Pei Wei before COVID when the chicken was fresh and the dishes had that real wok-cooked flavor. I stopped in today for the Kung Pao and while the flavor was familiar, the chicken was mostly breading and a bit chewy. Not the chefs fault as I know corporate made the choice to change their proteins. The restaurant itself was very clean and the staff were wonderful. Ana, the manager, was especially helpful and kind. She made the visit so pleasant. I noticed that she checked on every table to ask if they needed anything. I hope the company brings back the fresher, high quality chicken they were known for before COVID. The team here deserves food that reflects the level of service they provide.

In my previous experience at other Pei Wei locations, I was less than impressed with the quality of the food, as well as the menu selection. I went to this one because it's close, and my wife wanted the Orange Chicken, so I decided to get the larger portion and try it. We also got the spring rolls. Since my expectations were not high, I was not disappointed. The Spring Rolls were filled with some kind of substance, almost tasting like sausage, that was pretty mushy. I wrapped a napkin around the Roll and squeezed most of the grease away. The Orange Chicken, same price of $5 for the small or large order, was average and ok, but nothing to bring me back. After having real Orange Chicken made properly, this seemed like a typical fast-food offering with a lot of gooey, extremely sweet, sauce. The service was ok, but none of the staff ever smiled at anyone. For $5 and domestic tranquility, I'll get it for my wife.
