Why are the asking for a 15% tip are they waitresses? Do they get 215 an hour cause that’s what waitresses get 215 an hour and they make 15% that was very insulting. I always tip a little but I do not want to be asked if I wanted 15 or 20% on my food when I eat in a fast food place when there is no waitress. Avocado were black

First time at this location. Ordered the BBQ sandwich and my child ordered the grilled cheese the employees were really thoughtful, polite, but the sandwiches tasted burned my child sandwich tasted burned and for the first time I threw out a whole sandwich from just one bite and mine only has the meat toppings on half 😑 mine also was burned in the inside but i was hungry so I ate it .it's clean the employees are kind but if the food was not good no need to go back .I'm not sure why but it's not letting me post the video of my son super hard old cookie wrapped I'm plastic .

Today, 12.09.2023, I placed an order via Doordash. I requested ‘easy’ lettuce and onions. Something I do everytime I order from any Potbelly’s location. When I received the sandwich, the lettuce was an inch think. My first response would typically be to just remove the excess lettuce because really, it’s not that big of an issue. But in this case, I also ordered oil and seasoning which is placed directly on the lettuce. When I remove the excess lettuce, I also remove the oil and seasonings. I am also posting the receipt to show my request which is at the top.

Beware just got two sodas and food from there and the drinks tasted like cleaning products, like the after taste tasted like chemicals, the the machines where just cleaned or they where spraying cleaner near the drinks or something. I immediately threw it away and called them but it felt dismissed and all she said was do u want the drinks replaced, no I want to know for sure I didn’t just drink chemicals…. The food tasted fine but now I am a little worried.

They completely mess up one of my sandwiches, we found a pretty big jalapeño on the kids sandwich (he wouldn't eat it...) and the bacon was very strongly peppered bacon (not listed as such online)

I order a BIG every single time. Every single time I receive a regular. I thought I might be wrong so I called and asked if they're different lengths. They are. So, the next time I measured the sandwich. It's a regular!!!!!! You've been ripping me off.

Terrible service walked in waited and they pretended like I didn't exist finally get someone ask where my drink is He said it should be in the bag I'll look in the bag there's no drink I look up and he done ran off somewhere What kind of terrible service is this I've never experienced service so bad before and I usually don't leave reviews so I just grabbed the drink I paid for and left terrible customer service Are they working or back there playing games.

Also buyers, the bowl size, is that one you see in the picture, small and almost 10$ dollars. If anyone is craving for a good big sandwich for a good price, go to " El Patriota" on Hurst.
