I come to this Little Caesar’s frequently because I think other pizza places are to expensive for the same product and USUALLY this Little Caesars is pretty good. Today was a disappointment. The pizza still tasted good, however, I ordered 2 “Extramostbestest Sausage” and the amount of sausage on each of them was pitiful. Next time I will save a little bit of money and just order a normal sausage and not the “extramostbestest...”

Order my pizzas at 7pm. Waited an hour and a half for pizza that never came. Cancelled the order and was told I couldnt get a refund because the order was already in progress. Waited another hour and again to get hung up on and finally called a 3rd time to demand a refund because at this point its already 10pm. and was told I'll get money back in 72 hours. Never ordering from here again. 😒

Placing an order 2 1/2 hours prior and still not ready when guaranteed by 5:15 and staff are so rude and giving me options of what I didn’t order to take or get charged. The worst customer service ever!!

Takes over 2 hours to get a hot and ready which isn’t ever hot or ready. Don’t waste your time. Get a pizza from literally anywhere else.

Joseph apparently the only manager on shift tonight, forgot 1 out of 3 pizzas and could not come to a solution after going back in fourth with an argumentative attitude for 20 minutes after my family ate and I didn’t get to, the one paying for the pizza , in hutto area might as well order Marcos at least they will make everything right not to mention the order was an hour late which I completely understood it was the fact they forgot to make a whole pizza large at that lol, year rightttttt i understand mistakes happened however when someone confronts you about your mistakes you make them right apparently Joseph don’t have great salesman nor manager skills.

2+ hours for 2 pizzas with NO way to cancel. The staff there talking about transferring or putting in their two weeks to customers. It was the worst.

Not as bad as other locations but were not alway satisfied with this location. This is the 2nd time I've had an issue with this location and when calling in about the issue, they dont pick up the phone or they pick up and immediately hang up the phone with out saying anything. I've had orders missing items and burnt pizza. Why would they serve burnt pizza? If you choose to get food from here, check your pizzas and make sure you order has all items before you leave.

The worst employees yet!! Angry girls behind counter are rude to everyone. 20min order took 1hr! The trash talk in the back was loud. Kept threatening to walk out. Nothing was hot and ready. Mountain of stacked pizza dead on the counter. No managers any where. Lowest it's been. Dominoes from now on.

Went in just to get crazy bread and the guy says we have some but we planned to use it for another order that’s in the making. So it’s not ready yet and I’m here now but you want me to wait the 8 mins for order that isn’t completed and you want to give the cold bread but that’s what’s it’s gonna be. Sorry for who ever got the cold bread.

I’ve ordered from here three times (one time just because Uber Eats defaults to this and the other two just to see how inconsistent they are and maybe the first time was a one off). This is the woooooorst LC I have ever ordered from. Their Detroit style pizzas often end up with rounded edges, I had a four corner pizza cut in sixes, they can’t give the correct number of dips. LC management, you should have management from the W Pecan St location help this place out because they are struggling.

I ordered one PRETZEL crust pizza with cheese sauce and one regular pepperoni and they gave me two regular crust pepperoni pizzas and actually put cheese sauce on one. If I noticed before I got home I would’ve asked why they’re scamming people making them pay more for pretzel and not saying anything about them not using the pretzel .

They sold us 2 cups of crazy sauce WITH MOLD IN IT. How the hell do ya’ll not know the stuff is molded? Why isn’t it being properly stored and discarded once shelf life is reached?! I will be going into the store today because this is completely unacceptable. Who knows how many other customers they sold this too as if mold cannot tremendously impact your health.

Horrible Service! I waiting 45 Minutes for two Sausage Pizzas on Tue March 19. I ordered and Paid at 7:19pm and Finally got my order about 8:05 pm. These kids that they hire are very unprofessional! The whole time I was waiting inside there , you can here them cussing at each other in the back and talking about there explicit person lives. Just Horrible! I will never go to this location again period! Thank goodness I don't live in this area! I usually go to the Riverside location in Austin and surprisingly way better than this location. And I probably had a total of ten Sausage s on my pizza . Never again this location. Sucks big time!

Omg absolutely terrible, almost no sauce on the pizza, might as well been cheese bread. Also the way the pizza was sliced looked like edward scissorhands took a jab at it while intoxicated and halfway asleep. I have never had a pizza as dry as what i ordered. It was as if they ran out of sauce entirely. I dont leave these kinds of bad reviews if not as terrible as it was. I like little ceasars and get it often at different locations but I ended up tossing this pizza in the trash and wont go back to that location for sure. I thought maybe I could get a bite to eat for lunch before going back to work and I just wasted money.
