Eenvoudige, maar ook zeer schone bar tegenover Palasalute van Imperia. Anders dan de uitgebreide toonbank-foto's van vroeger laten zien is de bar bij binnenkomst zeer schoon, maar ook zeer eenvoudig ingericht. Enkele brioches en stukjes foccacia danwel pizza, maar geen mogelijkheid om het buikje met een eenvoudige (prettige) lunch te vullen. Het personeel is zeer voorkomend naar de gasten toe. Nette prijzen. Uitbreiding met eetmogelijkheden, dus van foccacia tot pizzapunt is zeker aan te bevelen. Komt dit ook zichtbaar aan de toegang, dan zal dat hier geen windeieren leggen. De kwaliteit van de cappuccino, caffé macchiato, is zondermeer van hoge kwaliteit.9
