Domino's

The last time I was at Domino’s I noticed something off about the crust seasoning; it tasted cheap (non Italian), like a dorito chip. I was a loyal customer thrown into the arms of Pizza Hut (and the melts is a great idea btw). But it would appear that they fixed the problem. I ordered the deluxe because of the 50% discount (I guess it costs A LOT to fix a taste mistake/calamity with your primary product) and it was amazing. Moreover, Jose did an excellent job of preparing my pizza (I had a feeling it was going to be awesome when I gave it a peek) and he was very nice. It was a pleasure to watch him work as I waited for my pizza. Still, tots are better suited for prisons and school cafeterias because people think cheap cheap cheap. Thank you Domino’s and thank you Jose!

I love this place. Delivery is always friendly. Food is always on point. My only complaint is I never redeem my points because when its time to pay I always have problems of it going through. Or it takes literally about 30 minutes to get it to work. Been a loyal customer for years tho.

The employees at this Dominos are efficiently fast. I saw the parking with 5-6 (me being one) cars with their lights flashing waiting for their orders. Suddenly, I see various employees running out with orders to the cars... some of the employees were in their golden years and they still had that sense of urgency. I was met by a older gentleman and he had a great customer service... something that now a days is missing.

Extremely disappointed I fill like just because I paid already they didn’t take the time to do the order, and it’s already too late to cancel cause they have ur money already. Won’t be going back for a while!!!

My rating has to do with the size of the pizza. We had a large pizza delivered. It cost me $27.00 with tip. I was shocked at the size of the box I was being handed by the driver. It was the size of a Little Ceasar's hot and ready. So the whole time i was thinking how I could have bought 3 of those for this price! felt like the value wasn't there. The online ordering and tracking was great. The delivery was quick. And the pizza tasted pretty good. But the size and price wiped that out.

When I got to dominos to pick up my order. It was wrong, I only know this because they told me it would be right out so I asked if it had been made incorrectly and they said yes. I was annoyed that they lied , if they would have led with sorry we screwed up we are remaking your sandwiches, I would not have happy but mistakes happen. But to top it all off the philly sandwiches (both of them) had next to no meat.

Ordered 3 pizzas and one of them was the special chicken buffalo and apparently it looks burned but we gave it a try it had no chicken at all and I the flavor don’t recommend it at all

I got my order, but the lava cakes were damaged. I called the store 2 times to inform them what happened, but the lady hung up.

To summarize, They will take your money, make up a reason to cancel the order, then never refund you.

Whatever you do, NEVER order a thin crust pizza, the crust was so thin, there was no pizza crust. Will never order a thin crust pizza again.

Order a pizza at 7:11pm, Never show up. I have to call them 3 times “NOTHING” I had to drive to Domino's and cancel my order 2 hours and 30 minutes late. When I enter the store they are laughing and not so busy. They just lost my business.

We all understand SUPERBOWL Sunday is busy. You expect your pizza to be late. But 2 hours late without an apology and on top of that a rude employee. That you don't deserve when you're ordering pizza trying to have a good day. But that's what happened yesterday. When I called today to speak with a manager, I asked why do you guys give out times on the email knowing it won't be ready at that time? It was blamed on corporate. When I asked If I would be compensation for the lateness or rudeness, I was told I could have a free pizza. I didn't want pizza!! I wanted them to be better prepared to handle a busy day. Definitely NOT going back to Domino's!

Im not sure why the app has no instructions about the takeout hours, so it made it really inconvenient to have to go and speak to someone when theres no necesity if only the instructions were clear. Also, due to the fact it was really late my order was all messed up and late. .. not suprisingly. To sum it up, this dominos needs more manangement and needs to pick up the slack.
