The staff in here couldn’t have been nicer. It was getting near the end of the day and they were doing some cleaning and tidying up getting ready for close of business but they made me feel welcome and they were friendly towards everyone who came in and took time to explain things to people. I've had a couple of bad experiences recently with McDonald's where customer service seems to have gone totally downhill but here it was really good. Will definitely come back.
I went today after quite some time, and as soon as I walked in I was welcomed by Abbey, who was already serving other customers, but still kept an eye on me and told me she’d be right with. She took my order with a big smile and just honestly was so nice and sweet! One of the most sweetest people I’ve seen work there! And my sub was perfect just how I like it. Thank you Abbey Xx
Freindly staff , provide great service whenever i go

Visited to pick up a quick bite to eat. The two girls serving at the time were brilliant and the customer service experience is the best I have had. Previously at this store the service has not bee great but the 2 girls serving are a credit to the company and couldn't do enough to ensure a positive experience.
I recently had a disappointing experience with Subway on Sunday 3-4pm. I asked the employees simple questions about my food. Customer service was very bad and the stuff was very unhelpful. One staff member came very close to me and was being rude. The lack of respect for my medical condition which I explained is unacceptable and I left Subway feeling insulted.

My sandwich was horrible there was far too much sauce and everything was jumbled together. The lady at the kiosk made a mistake and put the incorrect sauce in my order and proceeded to scrape out the sauce instead of making a new sandwich. This is what I was left with
The worker here was so incredibly rude the entire time. Whatever happened to “service with a smile”? I completely understand that working a minimum wage job isn’t easy, but that’s not an excuse for treating customers poorly. My sister was being nothing but polite — she even used to work at Subway herself, so she simply reminded the lady, “lettuce as well please.” The response she got? A very abrupt and snappy “I’m going to put it.” Totally unnecessary and unprofessional. Such a shame, as this used to be my go-to Subway, but after this experience, I won’t be returning.

Made two orders, forgot about second order. Asked to return money for coffee because no SUGAR told NO. Suggested me to drink coffee without sugar. Recommend to look over professional competence of this team which worked on 5th of January 2020 around 2 p.m.

When I asked where this policy was stated—since it’s neither mentioned on the website nor displayed in-store—she became defensive and dismissive. The attitude toward something as trivial as sauces is unnecessarily strict, as if the staff were personally paying for them. In the end, they chose to lose out on a £20 sale rather than simply add an extra sauce, which says a lot about their approach to customer service. This location used to be great, but since recent demographic staffing changes, the overall experience has noticeably declined.
My 12 year old son has visited this Subway branch every Saturday for over a year. He loves Subway and this branch is conveniently located for a well deserved treat after football training. The branch used to be excellent but, slowly, greed has overtaken customer services. It started with signs going up announcing that they don't participate in Subway promotions. When the menu changed and my sons favourite sub was removed, there was zero flexibility (other Subways continued to make it for him). As he got more confident he started to ask if he could go in store and order his sub himself, whilst I waited outside. Again, all started well. Friendly, polite, ordered, points collected, all good. The first couple of times he tried to use his points to claim his free sub their "systems weren't working" and so he had to pay. Last week it was "sorry, you have to be over 18 to claim your points". There is alway an excuse. I went in to speak to them and was told if I'd been with him, he could have used his points. It is "policy". Despite happily giving him the points every week for months previous, knowing they would never let him redeem them. They got their policy folder out and shoved it under his nose, stabbing their finger at "the rules". Poor kid was embarrassed in front of other customers and told he had to pay. No thought to tell him that, if he came to get me, they would except the points. It's a sandwich for goodness sake. The kid comes in every single week! Just give him the free sandwich. Unbelievably poor customer experience.
I visited here to get a sandwich and said I could only use the machine to order a sandwich which is really not inclusive to people that may be dyslexic or not comfortable using multiple menu options. In the end I ended up not getting what I wanted and buying a footlong rather than what I wanted. Really bad experience and won't be returning

4 customers in the store. 3 staff behind counter. Refused service as I preferred to order in person rather than the self checkout.
I walked in and experienced 2nd hand be littling from the employee that is currently working now as I’m writing this review and I found any information she received from customers she back handed a little comment back hiding it and calling it proto call in trying to order my said food I was told that the option I wanted wasn’t on the board even though after checking for the 100th time it was clear as day on the board and trying to gaslight me I left the establishment disappointed and quite spiteful towards this member of staff and it isn’t the first time I’ve had a difficult shopping experience there

I’ve noticed the lady putting two small scoop of steak, I pointed it out and she refused to add any more on my sandwich, even when it came to the sauce, I felt the sauces were gold dust or a rare mineral, never going back to that store again as this is the second time this is happening, I’ve never seeen as much greed as this before. Worst customer service and a horrendous atmosphere, it feels like staff are on slave labour.
How come you can’t get italian cheese and herb bread when they’ve got 2 full trays in the counter and they say no you can’t have one but the women in front of me had 2 and a half of the same bread. This is the fourth time it’s happened to me. I will never come back here again. Disgusting behaviour!
Indian lady was really rude, has put spicy chipotle without asking after that she said that she will charge me for adding mayo, and veggies as they don’t come as standard. Hygiene need to improve as ingredients are mix with other ingredients.
The portions they put in the sandwich are really really small also the salad they count out individual pieces of salad which quite frankly is pathetic. Talk about maximising profit but I wouldn’t expect it from anybody else.

Today i went there. Staff was very rude especially indian lady. She don't know how to talk with customers. She speak very rude don't like this behaviour.

This store doesn’t even deserve a 1 star; Rude and unhygienic staff with bad attitude and when u want to redeem any points of subway app, I.e, if there is 30% off something they’d say “oh we don’t do this here at this store” but are quick to overcharge u. Alongside this the Ethiopian girl who works there mutters something under her breath and when u ask what did you say, she replies “nothing”. I won’t be going to this store anymore and neither will my friends or family. We will stick with the Moortown subway which is actually clean and not dirty with ants crawling on floor. I will also be reporting this store to trading standards and food hygiene to come and review this store as it is under new owners for the past 1.5/2 years. Absolutely DISGUSTING!!!!!!
